Ordered a cheese Whopper with heavy mayo, onion, and lettuce, and no pickle.
What I got was a poor excuse for just a regular Whopper! AND they charged 8 cents for the lettuce!
This BK has done this numerous times. I am tired of complaining... only to be told to bring receipt and come back in!
NO... how do you expect to keep customers when your standards have decreased AND charge exorbitant prices for inferior products!
I remember the BK of old... this is disgraceful.
Desired outcome: Want more than just one replacement!!! AND for the store to fix this issue!!!! They are ripping us off!!!!! This has happened a few times!! PLEASE note that this NOT a ONE TIME happening!
