I went to the Burger King on Rt. 31 in Clay, NY. It was approximately 10:50am. I ordered 2 whopper juniors with cheese, no pickles. Normally the first window is closed but it was open and I was told to stop there. 10 minutes go by and finally a girl showed up at the window. She tried to open it but couldn't. 5 minutes later, a big guy in a blue shirt who I assume was the manager came over and opened the window. It wasn't locked, All he did was push on it. Then she couldn't get the register to work. Because she simply didn't login. I finally get my order and drive home. I was given 2 whopper juniors - no cheese and they had pickles. You have a serious staffing problem there.

Ordered on their mobile app. went to the that bk drive up and waited 15-20 mins in line only to have someone drive up in the other lane to get waited on in 2 mins.
Got to the window and ask for the manager only to get him to cop a attitude and tell me i only was in line for 2 mins when MY WIFE and I waited 15 20 mins !
He was rude and not ready to solve this at all and as a manager was not good with customers.
He had no customer skills and was clearly not there to mend this problem only to shout at me !
