I work in (May 2023 STARTED)) Burger King Converse, TX. 78109 and young manager at 18 years old would pick at me consistently to clean tables after he ate at the table, Would always tell me to wash dishes after I sign in, note: others were there before I got there. Now new manager (Zulma Zepeda) now tries to intimidate me. On June 30, 2023 4:50 pm she wrote me up for disrespect. "I asked her to move to another station.Employee started yelling at me in front of customers." (Zepeda 2023) .
However, I was the employee she is referring too. Me, Anastasia Obiribea. What she did not include in her statement is that she accused me of making mistake on an order, "it was not cooked correctly" (Zepada, 2023). I was not on the grill cooking and I was on break when that food was ordered,so customers start to complain when I clock in with my colleague we both where sent on break, I was at the drive thru window. Zepeda put me on the window when I arrived from break to pick a car on lane B and she was yelling and blaming me and I was asking her not to blame me.
I did not do nothing wrong saying all sort of words that'' we are the worse team she's working with she's not going to schedule us for next week if we keep making mistake and she did not realized that I was behind her so she was telling one of our worker that I don't know how to do expo" before she realized I heard what she said and she changed her tong of language to spanish,she was then saying to me that am not supposed to work at the drive true but she asked me to pick an order,,so I asked her did you say I shouldn't work at drive true then why where you asking me to pick up drive true when you first came here?
This was just one instance of continued intimidation from management staff since I arrived there. At 4:45 pm on 30th,june 2023 It is my belief that she will continue to come at me to have me get so angry as to quit. I have continually request my pay stubs, employee handbook to no avail, I have not yet received requested pay stubs. My being an West African immigrant recently in the United States, she and management targets me unfairly. However, I don`t know if it rises to racial discrimination. but it sure is strange she doesn't treat others the way she treats me.
I request a hearing on the managerial staff and franchise owners of this facility as soon as possible.
Desired outcome: I wish to be treated as the Hispanic members. They are clearly treated differently than myself.

The whole restaurant itself is always filthy, they workers normally look filthy as well. Customer svc is deplorable. stopped to get ice cream after church today, was after noon. The guy took our money & we sat for several minutes then he tells us to pull down. After quite a bit of time of waiting my husband decides to go in & get out money, lady was just then putting the ingredients in the machine. One black woman & 4 black guys, all wearing very dirty tee shirts. The woman did not want to give money back but finally did. We will NOT ever go back again.
When we go to someplace to eat, whether dinning in or drive thru, its very nice & assuring to have someone that is clean & courteous to take our order. I would not eat anything that the workers at this BK had to touch. We thot we were safe with ice cream.
defective gift card - poor customer service response
Today, on 7/1/2023 I visited BK #626 to use my BK giftcard which was declined using both the swipe and manual notation of numbers. The associate said that the card was possibly old or defective and I paid for my order. Customer service offered no help for a replacement card or credit. It worked manually 2 weeks ago, but not today and BK #626 says sorry. Card #[protected]. Bob

Raw whopper meat!!!
The Burger King in North Augusta, SC near exit 5 off of I 20. Address -101 Austin Graybill Road is NASTY. The food quality has been terrible. However when my husbands Whopper was raw…. Meat browned barely on each side but totally raw in the middle was our last visit. We will never go back. That was about 5 months ago. Ironically a friend last week told us his burger was raw also at the same Burger King. How can that happen? When I called the manager, she played it off as no big deal.
Desired outcome: Go to that restaurant and straighten them up.

I stopped at the BK on Rainbow and Spring Mountain in Las Vegas about an hour and a half ago and ordered a triple whopper meal large with fresh fries and a large Sprite, light ice from the drive thru. I was rejected service and discriminated at your dive through location located at 3401 E. Tropicana Ave. Las Vegas, NV 89120. The reason provided for this unfortunate occurrence was that my mobility scooter did not meet the specified criteria for preferred vehicles at the drive-through. I feel compelled to bring to your attention that the dining room at this particular location is closed, and no alternative, even temporary, arrangements have been made to accommodate individuals without vehicles.
In my attempt to address the issue, I approached the manager, Alberto, who exhibited minimal courtesy by merely conversing with me through the covered glass, making it challenging to establish effective communication. This interaction with Alberto stands as the most unsatisfactory management experience I have ever encountered, and the presence of such an individual as a front-line employee raises concerns regarding potential legal repercussions.
The term "vehicles" can encompass a range of descriptions, including but not limited to four-wheel, two-wheel, and three-wheel vehicles. Therefore, I fail to comprehend the interpretation that would deem my scooter as unsuitable for drive-through service. I question how many other individuals will be denied service at this location due to the lack of appropriate equipment while the dining room remains closed for an extended duration. I am uncertain if this issue arises from inadequate training or a failure to comply with reasonable accommodation standards by the management.
I don't hold high expectations for your establishment but I expect fair and reasonable service made to accommodate all patrons. I hope for a prompt resolution to rectify this oversight. I anticipate a satisfactory solution that addresses the concerns raised and ensures a more inclusive and accommodating experience
Desired outcome: The ball is in your court. If its not genuinely meaningful and thoughtful enough, I will bring legal compliance action against this establishment and make an example out of it.
As a manager she gets fired, but I am not cruel everybody needs a job but she should not be mangerment.

6/28/23 between 2:00pm-2:30pm and every time I go in there for a burger within the last year of [protected]. The food is never warm or hot and the service is so slow. Your standing there waiting and waiting for one order. Fast food is very expensive in all restaurants. There was a time when BK and Wendy's excetera, the food was cheaper but now their just as high as a sit down meal restaurant. I don't understand why the burgers have to be cold and the french fries too, and the people act like they don't know what customer service is. While I was in there one lady came walking back in stating they forgot to put the lettuce on the sandwich. There was a door dash customer who was asking about his order and no one could give him an answer about what happened to his order, he got frustrated and left due to no one could tell him where his order was. It is really bad and I experience this every time I go in there. I would like a refund or coupons and some hot fries and hamburgers but I don't think I will go to that BK it's a shame, because it is in a convenient location.

Than find out I ordered onion rings and gave me another fries I had to go back out of my way to get what I order and pay for. They can't use the same grease over and over, it got to be changed

order accuracy
I was in the Wellington, Ohio Burger King today, June26 at about 11:45 (time is a guess as I was NOT offered nor was I given a receipt). Order was totally wrong. No ketchup was requested on the whopper Jr, it came with what appeared to be EXTRA ketchup. I asked for extra pickles, and I guess 3 are considered "extra", I requested a couple ketchup packets and was given 13, 11 of which went in the trash, with the whole order. I requested onion rings and was given french fries.
This is not the first time that this particular Burger King messed up orders, but it is the last time for me. By the time I started eating the food I was too far away (and at work) to do anything about it.
I realize that nobody is perfect but for an order to be messed up this bad, is wrong. Also they NEED TO repair or have a screen that shows your orders ar they are placed.
Desired outcome: Possibly retraining or at least quality checks. Also how about giving a receipt?

The Menu on top of the board pissed me off!
I ordered yesterday, June 21, 2023 with OR # UO48302 at Rufino - Leviste St. Branch.
1. Sandwich meal with coffee and coffee is not available in the morning! Changed to juice.
2. I was asked to pay 171.00 instead of the 150.00 stated on the board (new menu).
3. Staff, including the manager, were surprised by looking at the menu, which means they aren't aware of what's posted!
4. Insist to pay 171 because it's the real price. And said that the updated rate is on the side wall. Wow! A small posting on the side, which most customers would not mind since it looks old, and the mere fact that you have a new menu board that offers coffee made us excited to buy, yet you failed to satisfy us.
5. Worst?! The cashier just gave the table number and change casually and seems irritated! no apology until I claimed my order beside the manager!
You guys must put that small price in front of your customer, and you must know what you are offering — don't look surprised! It's your product offer!
Remember you are working in a customer service - if you dont know what it means - leave!
Poor Quality Service
Groups of young individuals, about twenty teenagers, including employees hanging inside and outside of the entrance. All of the other doorways were locked, so if you wanted service you either had to walk through the group of teenages or the drive through. I went to our local Burgerking in Parker AZ at 9:00 PM. I wanted to order 2 of the 2 for $5 meals I had heard about on TV. The person taking my order after waiting 5 mins ( because only 2 people were working on a Sat Night ) said they didn't have the dbl kids burgers. OK I will take 2 Whoopers I said and frys. I saw a sign for Frezzey drinks Cheey and lime. The guy taking my order said

I had to ask him "Hay is This order number 93 ", He just said Yah and walked away.
I don't like to complane but this is not the first time I have writen to [censored] about the service at THIS BURGERKING in Parker AZ. Manager needs to be ON HIS CREW MORE and watch over it alot more and better.
