Burger King

I went to Cleveland Heights, Ohio location yesterday a little after 3pm and when I got home I was highly disturbed at what I saw. For one the chicken wrap had two old pieces of tomatoes and old lettuce a half picked piece of chicken along with another small piece of chicken that was overcooked. The BK king sandwich have a huge piece of wilted lettuce, mayo on the bottom of the bun along with onions and my chicken sandwich was laid on a burnt bun excessive mayo and old lettuce. This is totally unacceptable and had to be thrown out. This is not the first time at this location that the food was awful the only good thing I can say is that the employees did not have bad attitudes but because the food was so bad it makes the customer service go out the window and does not represent the brand in a positive light at all and I will no longer patronize this company because it seems as though there is no concern for what the customers experience. To be in line for over 25 minutes just to get home and eat trash is not okay at all and thus the reason for this complaint. If you don't change this shame of a service this location will lost money and customers which I sure they have already lost.
