I went to the BK store at 208 E. Calhoun St, Sumter, SC and placed my order. for 2 Cros s/e/c at the drive-in lane. When I got to the window, they did not have my order and tried to charge me for something I did not order. The employee said she would have to get the manager to void "something." The manager came and did something on the computer and apparently re-entered my order. I paid her and as she gave me my receipt she said, "you don't have to be nasty". I was not nasty or ugly. I go to this BK at least twice a week and usually place the same order. The manager did not apologize for the mistake or thank me for my order but was snarly and rude.
I am a regular customer at this BK and the service is generally not very good-sometimes it is poor. It is often very slow, but I have never had an employee make an ugly or snide remark to me until today.
My order was Order 97 on August 3, 2023, at 09:21 AM. and the Transaction ID is: [protected]-031422. This store was remodeled in the last couple of years and dual drive-in lanes installed. However, the service has not improved.

Desired outcome: I would appreciate a response and a report on what action is being taken against the employee.
