Using Bing as my search engine gives me redeemable reward points for a variety of things. One is a $5 off at Burger king. I live on the Illinois- Indiana border and I have gone to 3 Burger Kings in Illinois and 2 in Indiana and they have never heard of these e-rewards and keep telling me I need a rewards card. There is no card. You are supposed to show them either on your phone or a piece of paper, the code numbers that they scan. I've been bounced back and forth by Microsoft to a separate company who handles the rewards, and the burger King rewards department. One store I went into in Dyer, Indiana at 10:30 a.m. had a black woman manager who was so rude and dismissive for no apparent reason other than the fact that I am white, that I decided to not buy anything . In fact, I'll never go to Burger King again. How could someone like her be hired as a manager. When I was younger in the late 70's, I managed KFCs, Pizza Huts and Color-Tile stores and went on to be part owner and manager in a Piper's Wallpaper and Paint store in Evergreen Park, Illinois. I have Associates in Business and multi-craft maintenance tech. I designed in 1974 the removable patio enclosures for all the Kmarts in Illinois. As someone who has served the buying public for decades, I cannot believe that any company large or small would hire such ignorant and vile people to represent them. Blacks don't kmow how to act in society. They will cost you in lost business and theft. When blacks moved into Harvey, illinois and started destroying it as thay always do, the Macdonalds actually had to close for those reasons and the violence every day and night. I'll tell my friends to never go to that Burger King in Dyer. I am spreading the fact that these ignorant and white hating blacks will not be allowed to spew their racism towards white people in that store. I didn't deserve to be treated that way. I also went to the village hall and expressed my concern to the clerk. If you fall for this affirmative action nonsense, just to get some tax breaks, you will be sorry. Be more selective in you choosing of store management personal. They are the face of your company. I will never set foot in a Burger King again.

horrible customer service
This location closes 15 to 30 minutes early 4 out of 7 nights a week if not more. They say they are out of food or always have an excuse as to why we cannot order. Or they take forever to serve cold and burnt food. The workers are rude and unprofessional. This is the worst location in Memphis. I'm not sure who the manager is or owner but they don't seem to care too much about how their company is ran.

Ordered an item which I did get from the branch windsor Colorado. But the web membership would not login. Talked to the manager she said it's been down for three days, so I paid. The person behind me said the same thing and they honored his request. And the store had the incorrect straws manager told me to build three straws to make one.

BK use to be my go to fast food restaurant until In-N-Out came into play in our area. Recently I have eaten at two different BKs locally and the burgers were not even warm. One location was on Columbus St. in Bakersfield, CA and the other was 35112 Merl Haggard Dr. Bakersfield, CA.
I was super hungry at both locations and was totally disappointed that burgers from each location were not even warm. The latter location has only been open about a year and the other many many years, not that should make any difference. What is going on?

Ordered and received 3 Sundaes at Scappoose Burger King drive-thru. Did not notice until arrival, 4 min tops, back to work how skimpy they were. I have eaten many Sundaes from this restaurant and have never been given such poor serving size an NO chocolate on the bottom ( picture attached ). I told coworkers how good they have been but was quite embarrassed as one was for the owner of my company, 20 mill a year bussiness, he insisted I bring it to your attention. He also insisted on eating mine, as one sundae that size was inadequate; ) [ really he did! ]
To be fully candid they were prizes from the Stranger Things promo so I was not out any money but the experience was less than expected. The promo items have brought myself and other coworkers into your restaurants to try other food, we all took the Impossible Challenge ( loved it ).
I realize that mistakes will be made, lunch time rush has an effect but this turned an extremely positive experience with Burger King and a fabulous promotion a bit sour. And REALLY it had to happen with my boss, I will have "good natured" ribbing coming for a time.

Order 15 on Friday August 23, 2019 at 8:02 ordered a whopper with bacon received the meal with no bacon on it. Called the store to tell them about it and no answer. I'm staying here at the Phoenix children's hospital because my son is admitted here if It wasn't for him being here I'd go back down there and ask for my money back. There should be absolutely no reason why they shouldn't answer at this time of night.

We were in a burger king establishment in brockville ontario. My home town. A customer who had a slight mental issue came up to the counter and thanked the manager for the food. He thanked him 3 times and the manager rolled his eyes and never even acknowledged him. Completely ignored him in front of all the customers. I was appalled at how rude the manager was and how piss poor he is with his customer service. This is not the first time I have had to deal with his poor attitude. I still dont understand how he is even in a management position. I love burger king but I have decided after him embarrassing that poor guy that I will never be back. Makes me sick how someone could have that position and have no manners whatsoever. Disgusting to know that you allow this to continue.
termite damage to the restaurant.
This restaurant has had very visible termite damage for over 3 years. I have sent a letter to Customer Relations Dept. asking when this can be repaired. It is very disturbing to look at and in my opinion reflects poorly on the Burger King company. I've included photos that honestly don't really show the full extent of the outer appearance the place
