Ordered an item which I did get from the branch windsor Colorado. But the web membership would not login. Talked to the manager she said it's been down for three days, so I paid. The person behind me said the same thing and they honored his request. And the store had the incorrect straws manager told me to build three straws to make one.
Store was extremely unprofessional.

Been going to this location 9 years now, always received great service, until 08/25/2019, approx. 11:10 pm. At the drive thru, waiting in line over 30 minutes, only one vehicle ahead of me, never moving forward. When I get to the window, I asked what was the problem. BK use to be my go to fast food restaurant until In-N-Out came into play in our area. Recently I have eaten at two different BKs locally and the burgers were not even warm. One location was on Columbus St. in Bakersfield, CA and the other was 35112 Merl Haggard Dr. Bakersfield, CA.
I was super hungry at both locations and was totally disappointed that burgers from each location were not even warm. The latter location has only been open about a year and the other many many years, not that should make any difference. What is going on?

Customer service was awful The girl at the window never said one word Our food was cold frys were withered and cold and God only knows what our drinks consisted of. Part coke part tea not sure. Ordered and received 3 Sundaes at Scappoose Burger King drive-thru. Did not notice until arrival, 4 min tops, back to work how skimpy they were. I have eaten many Sundaes from this restaurant and have never been given such poor serving size an NO chocolate on the bottom ( picture attached ). I told coworkers how good they have been but was quite embarrassed as one was for the owner of my company, 20 mill a year bussiness, he insisted I bring it to your attention. He also insisted on eating mine, as one sundae that size was inadequate; ) [ really he did! ]
To be fully candid they were prizes from the Stranger Things promo so I was not out any money but the experience was less than expected. The promo items have brought myself and other coworkers into your restaurants to try other food, we all took the Impossible Challenge ( loved it ).
I realize that mistakes will be made, lunch time rush has an effect but this turned an extremely positive experience with Burger King and a fabulous promotion a bit sour. And REALLY it had to happen with my boss, I will have "good natured" ribbing coming for a time.

Order 15 on Friday August 23, 2019 at 8:02 ordered a whopper with bacon received the meal with no bacon on it. Called the store to tell them about it and no answer. I'm staying here at the Phoenix children's hospital because my son is admitted here if It wasn't for him being here I'd go back down there and ask for my money back. There should be absolutely no reason why they shouldn't answer at this time of night.

We were in a burger king establishment in brockville ontario. My home town. A customer who had a slight mental issue came up to the counter and thanked the manager for the food. He thanked him 3 times and the manager rolled his eyes and never even acknowledged him. Completely ignored him in front of all the customers. I was appalled at how rude the manager was and how piss poor he is with his customer service. This is not the first time I have had to deal with his poor attitude. I still dont understand how he is even in a management position. I love burger king but I have decided after him embarrassing that poor guy that I will never be back. Makes me sick how someone could have that position and have no manners whatsoever. Disgusting to know that you allow this to continue.
termite damage to the restaurant.
This restaurant has had very visible termite damage for over 3 years. I have sent a letter to Customer Relations Dept. asking when this can be repaired. It is very disturbing to look at and in my opinion reflects poorly on the Burger King company. I've included photos that honestly don't really show the full extent of the outer appearance the place

Went to burger king for my lunch break.. I understand a lunch rush.. but nothing like today. I waited 45 mins to get my food.. just to watch the cook get his hair all over everything, yell at coworkers, and act like he was high on drugs... maybe if they had a sane person doing most of the work everything would be okay. It took them so long that an order that was in front of me had waited an hour before he said something and then they realized that all the orders were disappearing and didn't even bother to do them until they complained about their order! Finally when I got my food I left just to have half of it missing.
fish sandwich
Purchased fish sandwich for my elderly mother on 8 17 19 . Mother stated choking on fish sandwich. I took a bite from other half and the fish was rock hard like it had been deep fried several times, or left u dear heat lamp too long . I had to spit out my bite of sandwich as it was inedable. Actual fish portion of sandwich was less than a half inch thick more like one quarter inch. Fish was an awful color.
Next day I took a piece of fish back to bk . They refused to refund my money, I told them that was fine, that me and my family will never eat at this bk again .
paycheck
I started working on 8.16.19 I ended my 2 weeks with 70 hours when I got my check I was only paid for 67 hours so I quit.My next check which is on the 6th of August never had my correct hours on it nor did they pay me for my training .I want my money the manager name David promised me that my money would be on my card today and it's not.Alot of employees has been complaining about their hours worked and noone has resolved the employee's problem yet and we are totally fed up. WE WANT AND NEED OUR MONEY

Mobile app was not working, so I was not able to use my about $3 off coupon on my order. So I went into the establishment and the manager said she couldn't to take $3off. I find that very unprofessional especially towards a customer that's been going there for over 12 years . I have two pictures that show what was wrong with the app, and I showed her as well. But, yet, she refused to takeoff the money.

Attempted to place an order for the Impossible Burger just now (Aug. 19, 8:10 p.m. CST) and was told, "We don't have any tomatoes, lettuce, onions, and catsup." I was appalled!!! How can they run a restaurant and not be prepared to fill a complete order? Why would the manager not pay more attention to their inventory. This is absolutely unacceptable!

I was at Burger King drive thru and didn't get receipt or debit card back. Didn't go out till two days later when I noticed my card was gone when I was at Jewels. Between all the excitement of thinking my card was last used was two days ago at Burger King in Dyer Indiana. I called and my card was there. It was a very scarey thing.
