Burger King

I had went to Burger King today on 9/2/19 at around maybe 12in afternoon I had order two original chicken sandwich meal deal with no lettuce and when I got home they were both dark brown burnt uneatable, I called the store at least ten times with no answer just straight to the voicemail. I couldn't go back to complain and show them as I have a newborn and was crying needing my attention, I had to throw the sandwichs away could not eat them. I would like to get a refund or maybe some kind of gift card for what happened. Thank you for listening to my complaint.
