Burger King

This occurred on 06-02-2023 at store #2112 @ 8:10 PM Order #131. We sat in line for 20 minutes, and no one answered the drive-through at all, saying anything, even when we spoke! When I finally got them to talk, they said it was not their fault, but a customer that was at the window refuse to leave. I asked them if they needed me to help them move them along and they said “could you please” … This should not be a customers job! And then come to find out three other people that were in line ahead of me hadn’t even placed an order. They just drove through thinking something was wrong with the speaker! We are backed up and walked in and come to find out what it was, was the guy at the drive-through window ordered ahead a $36 order! There were two orders and they only gave him one order while he paid for two and should’ve done the receipt! When the four of us that were waiting in the back of the line and never got waited on went inside , we waited for another 20-25 minutes before anybody could even take our damn order ! I don’t know what’s going on but an $18 order that a customer already paid on should not hold up 45 people for an hour before they can even place their order! You guys absolutely need to get it together because I could’ve hopped over that counter and made my meal quicker

A set of meals were ordered twice within the last 2 weeks. The first meal was okay, but second set of meals which were ordered about 3 days ago, 5/27 were not. The fries were fine and the soda, but the burger was really dirty. Dirtier than usual. It made me sick and I received a food poisoning right away after consuming the whopper with no cheese. It's been several days my body is aching and I can hardly move. The stomach is a big part of the digestive system, it is necessary that food is clean. So far I can identify with a few issues that could cause this problem. Counter tops not being cleaned, the bathroom and also the clothes.

02/2023 thru 05/2023 the manager at this store is harrasing a young prenant girl. This girl was working at least 30/39 hours weekly. She has missed a few days because she is high risk in her pregnacy. Had a dr excuse for everyday missed. Manager cut her to 11/12 hours a week, will not let her take a break. Will not let her go outside like others to smoke. Is harrasing her the whole time she is working with manager. I have read and printed the labor laws for pregnant woman and all this manager is doing is harrasment. I have contacted my lawyer to see what can be done and was told to inform company before taking any actions to see if it could be solved. This manager is telling other employees when this young lady leaves for maternity leave she will not be coming back to work in her store. Has told employee that the rayne la store is up the road go work there. This manager is talking all kinds of ugly things to others working there about this young lady. All employees are telling what is being said and are willing to write statements because this young lady is being signaled out. It is already hard to get people who want to work and here is a pregnant young lady willing to work and is being harrassed everyday she works. While speaking to manager the employee asked why do others get breaks and can go outside to smoke and not her the manager told her she is not worrying about what others do. This manager is kin to most of her employees and friends with most others. Why is she harrassing just this young lady?

To begin with, the only way to order was through the drive thru. I waited 4 minutes before my order was taken. It was another 30 minutes before I received my order. I could only see 2 employees and one was on his cell phone half the time. When I got home with my order it was not correct. I opted not to go back or call because it was very clear that they are very inept in their duties. The employees, managers and even the franchisee should all be retrained for such horrible service.

Hi I orders food throught the burkerking app it was disgusting I've taken photos my partner was really ill next day painful stomach I did not eat mine at all it was that bad I teyed complaining through my burger app around 20 emails nobody has got back to me I went over the burger king where I they made it was told to complain through burgerking app

Yesterday at local BK in Silver Springs, FL on State Road 40, the 3 girls working were as sloppy and unkempt as I have ever seen. They were bickering with 1 another and as a result my meal was very lukewarm and my shake was like chocolate milk and was to be a substitute because they were out of soft drinks BUT I was charged for it. My total was $10.46 AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

I’m complaining about the BurgerKing here on May 13th 2023 in Puerto Rico off Calle Jose M Tartak 6000 PR-37 Carolina. This is not the 24hr location. First their closing hours of operation wasn’t until 11pm and their doors were locked at 8pm. One of the servers told us to walk around to the order menu board and place our order (drive-thru). They employee knew we were not driving a car and also had another couple behind us doing the same thing. We were standing in the drive thru for over twenty minutes. We finally walked up to the takeout window and was told we couldn’t order food because we were not in a car. The person who told us to walk around said the manager told him not to take our order since we didn’t have a car. My wife asked to speak to a manager and she would not talk to us. One of them called my wife a [censored] and shut the take out window in her face. They completely ignored us and continued speaking profanity in Spanish. They would not give us their names. They all should face disciplinary actions treating customers like that. And this was our first night here in Puerto Rico. Very disappointing.

Went to BK at the services last week.

I bought 2 meals, brought them home to find there was a burger missing from my order. Sadly short on time so we were unable to go back to the restaurant. The meal with the missing burger (Californian BBQ king) cost £11!

Have contacted BK on numerous occasions via all contact methods and haven't heard a single thing back.

Want a refund (not a voucher) as they have stolen money from me.
