Burger King - Customer service

I went to the Burger King in Preston Idaho. I went to the drive thru. I ordered for a friend then ordered a whopper for myself. I told them I had a survey coupon for the whopper. She said, I need the code. I explained that the writing was so small that I couldn’t see it. Then a guy got on the speaker and said the same thing. I said the window is five feet away, can’t I just drive up there and give it to you. Of course they NO. I said I will sit here then until someone can come out and read it. A third person got on the speaker and said you need to come to the window. To no one in particular I said no [censored] Sherlock. When I got to the window she said did you say no [censored] Sherlock? I said yes. Then she said we are not going to wait on you. What’s that all about? Horrible customer service. If I could have been able to read it I surely would have. Is no [censored] Sherlock really that offensive?

Desired outcome: Talk to the snowflake manager
