Burger King - My order was wrong on my lunch break

I have an hour for lunch and during that time I have to pick up my granddaughter from daycare. My lunch break is normally 1:30pm to 2:30pm. I went to 1601 NC Hwy 55 Burger King's Drive Thru in Durham N.C. and ordered a Jr. Whopper combo with onion rings and a diet coke no ice, chicken fries combo with onion rings and a fruit punch with no ice and a spicy chicken sandwich for me and my family. I did not inspect my bags, because they normally do a decent job. But on May 18th, 2023, they did not give me a receipt or my onion ring. I tried to call but the phone just rang and then the fax picked up. So, I went on and feed my family what we received. On the way back to work, I stopped by to ask the manager if he would replace my onion ring since I did not get them. He asked for a receipt. I told him that I did not get one. He had his back to me and said no receipt no food. I worked at Wendy's for over 25 years and as a manager I looked my guest in the eyes, apologize and give them the pickle. Because I want my customers to come back. Apparently, BK is different.

Desired outcome: Better service especially from management

Burger King - Rude and terrible customer service

On Friday February 17,2023 it was a chilly wet rainy day. I was working, driving to each service call. As I was on the way to the next call, I decided to stop at the Burger King on Hwy 55 in Durham, NC at 1:08 pm. I walked in and was greeted by a Spanish man working the cash register, very polite, displaying great customer service, he took my order which was 2 large coffees to go. He rang me up and I paid. He turned and went to make a fresh pot, since I had no problem waiting, but a black man stopped him saying rudely that there was no more coffee made and there wasn't going to be any more. I asked if I could by the whole pot and the black man responded with no go somewhere else and get coffee because they weren't going to make any more. I asked to speak with a manager, which was also very rude, telling me that she would refund my money and to go elsewhere. I am very unsatisfied with the rudeand terrible customer service displayed by a management, let alone by an employee. I have never been so disrespected over offering to purchase the entire pot of coffee.

Desired outcome: proof of disciplinary measures resulting in better customer service
