Incorrect order at Burger King
On March 20th if this month at 1:30 I visited you off at school today which is 4811 McAllister avenue I spent $40 for 10 cheeseburgers,3 Small fries and 3 eight piece nuggets when I arrive home to feed my family I realized they only gave me half of my order I have five burgers which were dressed and I told them only cheese one eight piece nugget and one small fry. When I call and talk to her manager Melanie she assures me that my name is put down in a book and whenever I was ready for them to redo my order they was I called today and they don't even have my name down she avoids talking to me is there any way anybody can help me with this matter I don't want the food no more I want my refund

Each time we get a BK receipt we look for the online survey online , so we can do the survey and , get a Code to put on the receipt. There is NO survey accessable. so how do we get a code.
Also cannot find a mailing address for headquarters/ corp. anywhere. to write to. Please email me a CODE # so we can get the FREE whopper as advertised on my receipt. They are closing up 26 BKs. We have only 2 here. locally now. Also they are not letting anyone eat inside. and 2 are not open for breakfast items.

BK gift cards
I purchased a gift card on 10/28/22 in the amount of $50.00 #[protected] no pin , I used it once and had a balance of $30 and change. I tried using the balance and was not able to. My mom recently received another card as a gift in the amount of $15.00 #[protected] and we attempted to use and were unable to. I went online to check the balance and the message said "Sorry, we are not able to verify this Crown Card number". I called [protected] and couldn't verify the balance on either card because the cards don't have a pin # or anywhere to scratch off a pin number. Please help me out. We enjoy eating at BK and look forward to receiving gift cards for BK. Thank you!

I drove to the Burger King on Cove Rd in New Bedford, MA around 2:30mp.m. I was going to order food, but I needed to use the bathroom first. The drive thru girl refused to open the door the bathroom door because I had not ordered the food as of yet.
I have never been treated like this in any restaurant before and will not be returning to this restaurant anytime soon.
I understand that there is a policy at the restaurant, not at any other ones I have gone to, but some people have medical issues and this issue can put someone in a lot of pain.
Desired outcome: Open the bathroom door if someone states they are going to order but needs to use the bathroom first.
This kind of complaint, in my opinion is moot. As humans over the age of 10, we should, although some do not, we should be mindful of what's going on around us. If there is a policy that states "restroom is for paying customers only" you knew the job was dangerous when you took it. Forgive my rudeness, however this nation is post-pandemic! Its not rare that stores are not sharing restrooms because not everyone is respectful and clean. Whose to say while in the restroom you changed your mind and decided not to eat there? A conundrum now. If they bent the rules for you they must do so for everyone, who "had to use the bathroom first.'
Believe me I am not condoning any behavior of the crew at that store. As an RGM i've had to get on my employees for their rudeness. Its not tolerated by the Brand and The Burger King Corporation, however Franchise owners do not care about the brand as much as the corporation.
I have seen many places that do not share bathrooms any longer post covid-19. Its ok, sometimes you gotta go before you go, or invest in some adult diapers. There are choices but to tarnish a store because you had to go to the bathroom and the one rule that was most likely posted or was explained to you, as you knew of said policy and mentioned it.
What we can do as consumers is use a little empathy. Imagine how difficult it may be to turn someone away who does need to use the restroom because of a rule they MUST enforce. I pray you did not act out in public about it. Good luck to you all and God bless.

walked into sedalia burger king at exactly 10:42 am this morning ...I bought whopper meal with milkshake and whopper only with bacon and medium coke and my daughter got chicken fries and medium drink and mozzarella sticks...$33.87 ...then while waiting they said no ice cream and no mozzarella sticks...I asked for ticket and she said didnt have one...I said can you give him a medium coke since you dont have ice cream for shake and refund for mozzarella and difference...she gave me 3 and said it should be good...so cokes were straight up all clear...no syrup so drinks you couldnt drink any of them...and chicken fries were overcooked and cold ...could have been they got so tough from being under a light but they were cold so maybe just old...couldnt eat ...and but whoppers were cold ..cheese was really really cold and did I say when getting cokes but sides of stainless steel on sides where they used to keep napkins and condiments was dirty dirty ...and when asking for sale and ketchup we got it in tall clear cup ..he didnt even bother...he is 70 years old and vietnam vet and first time I have ever wrote a complaint but every single thing was bad and the doors were filthy glass and push bar

3/19/23 5:00 pm No Woppers at The Home of the Wopper, they were also out of All Hamburger, cheeseburgers meals, as well as Sprite, Coke Zero only had overcooked chicken sandwiches and fries. They also wouldn’t take any cash only cards. My spicy chicken sandwich was disgusting, greedy and I had to toss it out because all of the grease was nauseating what a waste of $12 also no thank you or any other type of service besides what do you want and we are out of that!” Also no signs indicating non available items and NO CASH Policy! Why was this place even open for the day?
Desired outcome: I would like a full refund at the very least for a product that I could not consume and Training for staff in customer service, communications and respect.

I just left the McCormick burger king date [protected] I ordered Whopper combo so by the time I pull to the window to pay for combo I found my coupon for the 2 whopper meals for $12.99. I asked can I add another meal for the for my coupon and the cashier said he would have to ask his manager. The manager said no so I told them to cancel my order. I then went back through drive thru to use my coupon and the manager told me I couldn't make a order do to I cancel the other order. The manager was very rude and I will not be going back to McCormick Burger King anymore because the manager is to rude for my liking. I then went to Hardees and got me a combo with no problem. Desired outcome: Something done about manager and her attitude hoping if another customer come through with the same problem it could be addressed better.
Burger King’s motto is “Have It Your Way!” And saying no was not rude but not allowing the customer to go back on line and re order on their own time certainly was rude!

03/17/2023 around 1:00pm. ordered bacon melt and asked for no sauce because i am allergic. got home and there was extra sauce on my burger. this happens to me all the time. i thought burger king offered burgers our way. i tried not going to burger king and instead going to mcdonald's, but everyone i know wants burger king. please have someone fix this issue at the burger king in littleton, NH. sometimes i get home and i get the fries and drink and no burger. i took a bite before checking and had to spit it out when i realized it had sauce.
Desired outcome: i would like this situation corrected and better quality control on your product.

The quality is not there anymore. The fish is very thin and tasteless, not like fish from the Alaskan waters like before. The fries were cold and potatoe flavor was not fresh. The shake was a mess and tastes like artificial ingredients are used. I will not be going there anymore also do to the fact that the employees are lost and not getting it together, took forever to get my order.

The place should be shut down or hire more qualified and customer service oriented. I ordered coffee and they informed me in the most disrespectful way, "oh no, we don't have any coffee yet" it was 0730. So I let that go and gave them a second chance and once again they did not fail to disappoint. We waited in line for 30 mins. I could not believe it, people were just driving off. Change really need to place in the establishment. It is beyond professional. Because of this place I'm done with BK for good.

I just went thru drive thru and looked at receipt and showed a 57 cent round up charge, nobody asked if we wanted to do that, purty nifty scam since 90% of drive thru customers don’t check the receipt, can you imagine how much money is made by just one location, imagine all over the place. store in Gatesville TX me and my family go to this Burger King quite often every time we go we have something go wrong every time on Saturday we went to this Burger King inside to get our order done. five different items and with the items we ask we ask for certain things to happen like no pickles extra mustard no lettuce no tomato when we got our food home the food was wrong like it always is the hamburger meet was totally hard around the edges ask for no pickles and got them ask for extra mustard never got that asked for no lettuce no tomato and it was on the sandwich every time we go to the store our order is wrong I have contact to the store few times by talking to the manager and they have replaced a meal but it is getting to the point that it is ridiculous though we have to do it every single time I shouldn't have to call in every single time my order is wrong and go pick it up again when wrong the employees are rude like we are taking up their time by ordering stuff their Coke machine is always busted so we have to ask them to fill up our drinks which they give attitude about we never get straws or napkins and if like we order chicken nuggets we ever get our sauce. and it takes forever to get our order it's getting to the point that not wanted to go to the Burger King anymore which is better than mcdonald's but but at the same time is not because mcdonald's at least cares about their customers

Stopped at Burger King on US1 across from Wal Mart in Port St. Lucie. No one was inline we were the first car. Waited 10 minutes for someone to take order and that never happened. Drove up to second window to maybe place and order and the person told us to get back inline and they would take order. Got back in line and no one ever came to take order. Left in a huff and walked in the front door and did not see anyone. Finally the supposed manager came out he told me his name was Spencer. I do not know how your sales are at that location as there were many cars behind us by the time we left and all left without food. Not very good customer service or caring for your producct at all. on 3/08/2023, i was heading to work but decided to stop at BK on university blvd to grab lunch to take with me. i pulled into the lot and got out to go inside lobby so i can be direct on fast service because drive thru was full and i didnt wanna be late for my shift. so i get to the door and noticed the door was locked but i seen other guest sitting inside eating and one guest flagged me to use front on street door. so i walk around to that door and still it was locked. so im waving employees down to let me in but they looked at me and rolled their eyes as in they were discusted with me being there. but hungry i was and also craved BK for my lunch for work so i then walk back to my car and proceeded to drive thru, i waited my turn and when i got to speaker i started to make my order but was very confused on why the lobby door was locked at 230pm in day time and lobby says its closed at 12midnight. so in the midde of my order i asked thee employee on head set why was the lobby locked? and they ignored my question as in it was none of my buisness. so i repeadly asked and they kept saying, is that all? is that all? and so i said wow yes that is all, i get to the window and the cashier who was at the window did not have on a head set so i said ok,hey can you tell me why i cant place my order inside?she said cause they close the lobby. i said why? she said they do that sometimes. i said ok, can i speak to a manager? she said yes one second. and she yelled to the manager hey customer wanna talk to you, the manager replied with a very nasty reply and said they gone wait! here i come. so finally she comes to the window very defensive and very rude and said YES! ? i said hey why is the lobby locked? she said cause i closed it and again said is this ur order ur total is, i said wait im still talking to you about the service and she said very nasty i closed it and thats that. she said i dont need to tell you or give you a reason why i closed it now this ur order ur total is. and i said wow maam thats not nice at all and ur a manager? she said anything else ? cause we done talking about the lobby. i said so u just telling me to shut up and pay and leave is this the service you giving me after i choosed ur store to come to? she said very nasty, YOU want this order or not? if not then leave ! i said wow can i speak to the GM? she said she aint here. i said can i have her name and number to this store please? she said you can look it up she will be here tomorrow. i said jesus u are very rude and mean and u aint right. i said whats ur name. she yelled KIM! and spelled it out very nasty K-I-M! anything else? i said no maam you have a blessed one and she very nasty rolled her eyes and said what ever!
i ended up goin to work with no lunch and felt very unwanted at the store. i felt like i was treated very very very poorly to have been talking to a manager. i wished i could have recorded how she treated me to show it to the GM or supervisor of this location. i have worked in food service since 1997 and NEVER EVER treated my guest this way or allowed my managers to do it. i got rid of bad energy ever detected at my store. because we as managers and store managers want our guest to feel like they are worth every dime they spend with us. i am so down about this and i NEED to meet with someone of this location ASAP.

I went to 3603 Brewerton Rd Syracuse NY 13212 @ 12:40 pm on 3/8/23 I used my credit card to purchase a buy one deal and the cashier over charged me w/ adding another sandwich onto my order total charge $17.53- I went up to the cashier w/ the extra sandwich and explained she added a sandwich onto my order that I did not order or want- She ignored me and after waiting there for about 3 minutes I spoke up and a manager came over and told me I had to return the entire order and they would order new food- that was ridiculous, I am on a 30 minute lunch break and I was just looking to be credited the sandwich I did not order- and then another person who did not address them self came up and was very rude and disrespectful and acted bothered by me- So the refund that was supposed to be credit that was supposed to be returned to my credit card has not been - it appears it was made to an INCORRECT order #88 Holly Bovet in the amount of $23.28. , I am not her and this was not my charge -
