You need to close down the one on 5901100th street S.W. in Lakewood Washington state, whoever the franchise owner is gives zero squats about his stores. There are only 2-3 employee's working at any given time. The reader sign out front says the lobby is open but yet the doors are always locked. They no longer take app orders or delivery orders and the only thing open is the drive thru which never has more than 3-4 cars in it at any given time and takes 20-30 minutes to get your food. Hell every BK in the cites of Lakewood and Tacoma and Puyallup and Spanaway (are you seeing a trend here?) are pretty much like this. You've got a rouge franchisee who is destroying whatever reputation you had here. We've got Wendy's, McDonalds, Jack in the Box, Five Guys, and at least 30-40 mom & pop burger joints so either fix your [censored] or get the [censored] out already and quit showing your commercials to places we can't get food from.
