I had high hopes for this company or I never would have ordered. The product looks amazing but I'll never know. I received emails saying that they got my money and I would be getting a tracking number soon. After several days I contacted them, by chatbot of course because no one there answers the phone. I got what looked like a cut and paste email reply.
Lie #1 -"It's packed and heading to our shipping partner, expect a tracking number shortly."
Lie #2 - "I will tell logistics to expedite your order so we can get it to you faster."
Then I was contacted by someone who said they were from "Customer Service" and told to download a 3rd party app to get my refund. Seemed Sketchy so I didn't.

Avoid company at all costs...

I’m really sorry for the frustration and confusion this has caused. I completely understand why this experience would feel disappointing, especially after being told to expect tracking updates.

First, I want to assure you that we will never ask customers to download a third party app to receive a refund or to continue communication. We only communicate through email, our website chat support, and our official Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and Reddit accounts. If someone asked you to download an app, that was not us and we truly appreciate you not proceeding.

We recently sent you an email with an update on your order. Please have a look when you can, and if you do not see it, kindly check your spam or junk folder. We are here and happy to clarify everything for you.

Again, I’m very sorry for the experience so far and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
