And it mentioned there that you give jogger and sweatshirt with that but I only receive jogger in my parcel. What is this behavior even I am not able to return my product now.

Now I selected the option return of my product and it showing me with some credit point you will give when my parcel will picked. And also I have to pay charge to 200 rs?

But why?

I was waiting for my parcel from so long and after that I received I completed parcel now I am not able to return this as well

This store, StreetStyleStore, is not up to par when it comes to customer service. I was extremely disappointed with my experience. Firstly, they took over a month to process my shipment and did not notify me of any delays. When I reached out to them for an update, it took them days to respond. I finally asked for a refund, and they claimed to have processed it and that it would be completed within 7 days. I waited patiently, but I did not receive my refund. When I asked them about it, they told me that they had refunded it to my Paytm wallet and suggested that I check with my bank regarding the details. This was frustrating because I knew that if the refund was processed to my wallet, then the bank would not have any information about it. It seemed like they were trying to make me look foolish and that they were not taking my concerns seriously.

Overall, I would not recommend this store to anyone. Their customer service is unprofessional, and they do not seem to care about their customers. It is disappointing to see a business operate in this manner, and I hope that they will take steps to improve their service in the future.

I recently purchased a pair of boots from StreetStyleStore and unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one. I ordered the New Orleans Saints boots, but when they finally arrived after almost two months, they had the New Orleans emblem and Vikings written on the side. I was disappointed and frustrated, so I reached out to customer service and was asked to send pictures. Although they did send me another pair, it was still not what I had ordered. The boots were supposed to have NOS, the Saints emblem, and Saints written out, but they did not have any emblem at all.

I was really looking forward to giving these boots to my husband as a Father's Day gift, but because of the delay and incorrect order, I was unable to do so. The website advertised the boots as Timberlands, but they were not. There was no Timberland branding or emblem anywhere on the boots. The quality of the boots was also very poor and cheap.

This company is not good at all! I ordered a pair of boots and when they arrived, they were not the ones I ordered! They were completely different and very unattractive! I tried to contact their customer service and they told me to keep the boots and give them to someone else as a gift. They also offered me a $5.00 coupon for my next purchase! But I had to pay for the boots that I didn't even order! I was very upset and asked for a full refund or for them to send me the correct pair of boots that I wanted. After all, it was their mistake, not mine! But they told me that I had to pay $25.00 to return the ugly boots that I didn't even want in the first place!

SSS customer service is the the worst . And they have very wrong policy of not returning the money of product is exchanged and instaed they provide coupons with some percentage cut in that amount.

This company is not worth your time or money. It took me a whopping 5 months to finally receive my order, and when I did, I was extremely disappointed. I placed an order with order ID: 7533554 on 20th April 2024 wilth prepaid payment (details attached). At the time of order, delivery date was showing 26th April. Whenever I check delivery date gets extended. I raised a query on the website and they are saying a customer executive will contact me. No one has contacted me ever since. It has been More than 15 days now and my order delivery date is extending only. I want the refund along with penalty as these people have wasted my so much time. This is not the way to do business and make fools out ofCustomers.

I had ordered a pair of boots of Rs743 on 09.01.2020 through online payment. A few days after I raised a query on their website asking how long will it take to deliver. They replied since their policy says it takes 3-21 days to deliver, I should wait. I did so.
But it has been 27 days as of today. And every time I call on their provided helpline, no executive is available to speak with me, only the automated machine, when I enter my order number, gives me a new expected date of delivery.
It has been more than a week, the machine keeps on postponing the estimated date of delivery. There has been no reply of the queries I raised in the last two days. No replies on my email as of now. I feel completely helpless at this point of time since I feel like it is a fraud. Also, there is no Cancellation Policy on their website.
