And it mentioned there that you give jogger and sweatshirt with that but I only receive jogger in my parcel. What is this behavior even I am not able to return my product now.

Now I selected the option return of my product and it showing me with some credit point you will give when my parcel will picked. And also I have to pay charge to 200 rs?

But why?

I was waiting for my parcel from so long and after that I received I completed parcel now I am not able to return this as well

i placed an order of 6 tops, which was divided in sets of 3 each. today i was suppose to receive the set of first 3 tops and i received a package which had only one top. whereas it says that 3 of them have been delivered . i saw this after i paid. i want my refund please do something about it. even when the product was delivered so late i got only 1 and other shows as delivered but i didn't receive

I got the defective product so I return the product. But I haven't got any refund or exchange product. So I called the customer service but it always say customer service executive officers are busy. I want either refund or exchange the product. My order number is 8137107. I received the product on 11/10/2023,1:30pm and returned on 12/10/2023. I have not clicked the photo so I can't provide the image of the product.

This has been a terrible experience so far.

I tried to buy few stuffs from Streetstylestore India. Once the payment failed (Time out) but money got deducted from my account. In next attempt the transaction went through. Thus, money has been deducted twice from my account for the same order.

I have been trying to contact the customer support since 2 days but there has been no response.

Can someone help? this is so bad that no one answering the phone or provide the email id to communicate.

SSS customer service is the the worst . And they have very wrong policy of not returning the money of product is exchanged and instaed they provide coupons with some percentage cut in that amount.

Customer care person is very rude ..asks customer itself what do you see in the message can't you read it.

This company is not worth your time or money. It took me a whopping 5 months to finally receive my order, and when I did, I was extremely disappointed. The sizing was completely off, and the shirts were covered in thread pulls. I usually wear a medium, but even their mediums were too small to button up. When I reached out to complain, their response was to "mail it back to where you got it." But the catch is, that means shipping it all the way back to China, which would cost me almost as much as I paid for the products in the first place. Not to mention, it would take several months to even get there. It's just not worth it. I feel like I've been completely ripped off by this company. I would highly recommend avoiding them altogether. Honestly, the quality of clothing at Walmart is better than what I received from StreetStyleStore.

I placed an order with order ID: 7533554 on 20th April 2024 wilth prepaid payment (details attached). At the time of order, delivery date was showing 26th April. Whenever I check delivery date gets extended. I raised a query on the website and they are saying a customer executive will contact me. No one has contacted me ever since. It has been More than 15 days now and my order delivery date is extending only. I want the refund along with penalty as these people have wasted my so much time. This is not the way to do business and make fools out ofCustomers.

I had ordered a pair of boots of Rs743 on 09.01.2020 through online payment. A few days after I raised a query on their website asking how long will it take to deliver. They replied since their policy says it takes 3-21 days to deliver, I should wait. I did so.
But it has been 27 days as of today. And every time I call on their provided helpline, no executive is available to speak with me, only the automated machine, when I enter my order number, gives me a new expected date of delivery.
It has been more than a week, the machine keeps on postponing the estimated date of delivery. There has been no reply of the queries I raised in the last two days. No replies on my email as of now. I feel completely helpless at this point of time since I feel like it is a fraud. Also, there is no Cancellation Policy on their website.
