Aspen Dental Payments on my account

I received a collection notice from computer credit from aspen dental on
November 3 2020 saying my bill is over due .I am still sending my payments in but they are saying they are late because they won't changed my billing date because of the way I get paid I tried talking to staff at the office here in Augusta Georgia but they keep giving me numbers and I don't get any answers back .I don't think this is right its not like I'm not sending any money. I think they should change my billing date so payments can be on time I really need a answer back as soon as you can. I never had a problem like this before and it seems like no one wants to help

Aspen Dental Billing charges

Wife had root canal done in June 2020, prior to scheduling procedure she was told total cost was $444.00. They required half down and balance paid after procedure was completed. We paid the total amount ($444.00) and then received a bill for additional $266.00 in July. Called the Hanover Pa office and they informed me that they would take care of it. Received the bill again in
August and September and both time I called the Hanover office and was again informed it would be taken care of. Received the same bill again and now they have informed me it is pass due. They are charging a copays for procedures that required none. I pointed this out to Office Manager and again she said she would take care of it. These are unauthorized charges.

They reported this as partial dentures to my United Healthcare now I cannot "real" partial dentures because it is once every 5 years. problem: I didn't get any dentures, partial or full. They also did a yearly cleaning, split it to two separate appt so tech could scrape my teeth here and there with a metal instrument. When i inquired they said it wa...

I would like to be a part of the class action lawsuit against Aspen Dental. They caused me real harm. The dentist who removed all of my top teeth and many of my bottom teeth then gave me dentures told me that I had gum disease and that my teeth would become loose, not that they were loose. They weren't. So, he pulled all of my top teeth and several of my...

I am writing on behalf of my brother, he got his dentures a little over a year ago, they have been fine until now (with the fit). We got him an appointment with the warwick ri office. When he got there they told him they wouldnt even look at the dentures before he pay a fee of 180.00! We were under the impression that fittings were included in the warranty...

I am really upset with your office in Clarksville, IN and in particular Tiffany. I went in for a cleaning, xrays and look into getting a tooth pulled and an implant. I thought I was "given" a toothbrush, nothing was ever said anything about cost, the hygentist said "I'm giving you this toothbrush". Next, I sighed up for a Care credit to cover the implant...

Aspen dental never filed my claim with my insurance. They claim that I owe them 800$. I have already paid them $2, 000. Out of pocket for expenses. I went to another dentist practice who claims that the procedures done by aspen were not necessary. They drilled fake cavities into my mouth and gave me a unnecessary crown. My previous insurance company humana will not take my call.

Aspen Dental I am complaining about services and over charging for work not needed.

First of all they do not cover there Warrenty with the dentures. We still have 3 more years on the warranty and they do not honor it!
2. I M antibiotics were administered without proper need I was told by insurance company that it was not covered because my husband did not need it because pockets did not show abscess. So we got stuck with the whole bill.
3. Also deep tissue cleaning was done when not needed an I was charged $1000.00 For it.
4. I called to make appointment for liner for dentures Was told warranty was no longer valid.!

Aspen Dental has about ruined me financially by causing my credit rating to go from Excellent to a Bad risk. This has caused tremendous stress, financial hardship and emotional pain due to the harassment of their partner, Comenity Financial Credit Collectors, during the lockdown period, which has been a major source of negative stress affecting my physical...

I was at my 1st appt with Aspen Dental to have a new crown made because my old one had come off after 10+ years. They did the impressions for the new crown to be made and that was 29 days ago. I keep getting phone calls that push my next appt to next week, next week. I can't seem to get back in there. And yes, I prepaid. And I have been wearing a temp crown...

I have had fillings fixed on my upper right molars. Now I'm missing part of 3 or 4 molar teeth on that side. I will probably need the rest of those teeth pulled. Second issue is a molor on the bottom left now has receding gums as they did a root canal and crown on it. I have paid over 1500 for these 2 procedures. I'm in constant pain and it doesn't help...

Aspen Dental Having upper teeth extracted and getting upper denture

When I went there, they would do nothing but the exam without money up front. Used my savings to get upper teeth pulled and an upper denture. When the dentist came in for my appointment, he priced to deaden my lower gums. I asked what he was doing, and he said preparing to pull your teeth. I told him he was supposed to be pulling upper teeth, and he had to go check and came back and told me I was right. He pile the upper teeth and put in the temporary denture. When I went back and got the permanent one done, it never fit. They kept working on it, but never made it right. I have to use adhesive every time I get done eating to keep them it. It's really annoying. Also, the dentist caused my nose to run constantly. Can't keep it dry. I wouldn't recommend Aspen Dental to anyone. Thanks for your time if you read this.

I was held for 2.5 hours after the dental office closed, only to be deceived into using my credit rating to help a friend get a better discount. It was high pressure and misleading when I was in a highly emotional grief stricken state as well as tired, hungry, and dehydrated. She mentally over whelmed me and It was highly irregular. I dropped a friend off...

Aspen Dental is the worst. The couple of times I went to them, I had to pay my portion before I was seen. They sent me a bill for over $526.00 dollars demanding payment. I spoke with someone once and told them that they may be putting in the wrong codes to get payment from my Insurance Company. That has happened to me twice before from Quest Diagnostic...

I have been going though this since the day I got dentures. I return before my 30 days to let them know that I could not wear them, all they would do is file them down and put them back in my mouth at tell me to come back if they hurt. Every time I would take them back they file more off of them so now Ia left with something I can't wear they refused to...

I went to aspen dental in Decatur, Alabama in March of 2019 and was there for a free cleaning that is covered by my insurance. I was told that they would have to do a periodontal cleaning that wasn't covered by my insurance and I also needed a filling on a chipped tooth. I paid them 400 cash and put the rest that wasn't covered by insurance on a dental...
