Aspen Dental

I am writing on behalf of my brother, he got his dentures a little over a year ago, they have been fine until now (with the fit). We got him an appointment with the warwick ri office. When he got there they told him they wouldnt even look at the dentures before he pay a fee of 180.00! We were under the impression that fittings were included in the warranty and price of over 9 thousand dollars (and this is just the uppers)! We are very dissatisfied with the customer service at this location. We couldnt even get a straight answer as to why a fitting was now not covered. Tired of being nickeled and dimed and given such poor service. Do these people even have degrees? Very unprofessional.
