Horrific experience - don't want to even give one star!
My elderly (87yo) mother went to Aspen Dental in Marion, Illinois. They took out her tooth and told her she owed $180 when she left. She got a bill afterwards for another $29.00. When I questioned the additional charge...in person...(after she paid for what they told her she owed) the "supervisor" got hateful. I called customer service three times to only be told that she would be responsible for the remaining $29.00 because she signed a responsibility form. No insurance was involved...cash only. What keeps them from charging her even more once the $29.00 is paid? When she went to another dental office to get a second option on an implant they informed the new dental office that they would not share her x-rays because she owed the $29.00! If she owed the $29.00 they should have told her the day of the procedure and she would have gladly paid it! Extremely poor customer service, nasty storefront (literal filth), and hateful staff!
Beware of bait-and-switch prices
Cape Coral office - Beware! They bait you with one price and months later, bill you for more money. They practice a bait-and-switch game, and the company doesn't respond to your complaints. People write negative reviews to warn customers of this company's practices. Months after getting service, they billed me for an insurance "discount", not a benefit, that the insurance company claimed, they don't offer any such discount, They also billed me for a " new patient" free service that they claimed to offer at the time of service. Terrible company!
Don't get Scammed!
This place is a scam. My insurance is Medicare Advantage, which has a little bit of dental and a little vision, so I thought it was the right pick for insurance coverage. Medicare Advantage doesn't let you pay out of pocket, and the dentist will get into trouble if they see someone that has Medicare Advantage. When I looked at doctor's offices that take Medicare Advantage the only one in town was Aspen Dental. My original dentist(who is a family dentist that I trusted), stopped taking Medicare Advantage because it was so hard to get the money from Medicare Advantage. I went to Aspen dental, one of my front teeth is a crown and it's breaking. I know I need it replaced. They wanted to replace it with an implant, which probably is what it needs. The also want to replace all of my upper teeth with implant's, my teeth are a liitle bit wiggly. They wanted to charge me $9,000 dollar"s just for the replacement of my front tooth. I spoke with the Aspen Dental person that set's up the payment plan's.They rush you through the process because your so emtional with what they just told you about what's wrong your teeth. She set me up with their in house Payment plan, which they will do for anyone that walks in the door. Bad credit? No problem. My credit is fine. By the time she put in discount's and my insurance it came to about $5,000 which she put on a five year payment plan. Thank God it was the weekend. I had two days to think about it over the weekend. I don't have any bills that I'm paying off at this time. On Saturday I was in such a bad black mood because I set up this payment plan. I could't even get out of bed from the stress. They give you 5 days to cancel the contract. I canceled it on Monday. My mood changed to being totally happy. I'm switching to Original Medicare, which doesn't have any dental, but I can pay out of pocket. I'm going to see my regular dentist in January when I change my policy. My front tooth is probably going to break before then, but I'm going to wait and look horrible until January and pay out of pocket. Don't be fooled. All they want is money, and they don't care how they do it. I would give them no star's, but I want people to get see this review.
Do not go major ripoff
Went there as a new patient. I have dental insurance. It was 5 years since I had full mouth xray and I was due. I only wanted xrays and a cleaning. After 2 hours and consultation, they said they could only due a deep cleaning which was $518.00. I told them I only wanted a cleaning and I did not want their suggest procedure. They would not do the cleaning because it was not part of the program for my teeth. They also told me I needed to come back every 4 months. I should have know better and my fears about them were realized. I should have read the reviews. They are a total ripoff and find many ways to charge you money procedures you do not want.
You go in for a simple cleaning and X-rays, and instead, you get hit with a $518 bill for a procedure you didn't ask for. They refuse to do the basic service you requested, insisting on their expensive, unnecessary treatment plan. It's a classic bait-and-switch.
You’ve got dental insurance, you should be getting the care you ask for, not what they want to sell you. Forcing you to come back every four months? It's a clear money grab. They’re more interested in padding their pockets than taking care of your dental health.
It’s time to take a stand. Share your experience far and wide. Use social media to call them out, tag PC Richard & Son, and let others know how they’re treating their patients. You deserve transparency and respect, not exploitation.
Make it clear that you won’t be taken advantage of. Demand that they provide the service you requested or refund your money. Keep pushing until they make it right. Don’t let them get away with this. Stay strong and ensure your voice is heard.
If you are smart you will READ before you visit Aspen!
Easy in easy out...Because no one in their right mind will go to aspen! Crap for workman ship, and you will have to have a REAL dentist to repair whatever aspen touches...so it WILL cost you more. Just have it dont right the first time by a real dentist not these jokers. Then if that not enough...you have to be your own bookkeeper! They double charge the insurance and overcharge on services...and dont even try to get a refund...as they like to use double talk and use the blame game. They refer to "corporate" but I haven't found their headquarters yet. all I know is NO REFUND yet... only been fighting with them for over a year now. CROOKS. Im NOT the only one...
Why don't they invent negative stars? because one star is to high.
Recommendation: Go to a real dentist....not this fly by night outfit
Saugus Aspen dental is robbing me
I have been going to Aspen Dental the past 5 years. When I got my new job and my insurance benefits were eligible I called Aspen Dental to ask if they took my insurance that I had now. They said Yes. I made an appointed and they quoted it would cost $1900 to replace 1 crown and put in a new one. I ended up paying the full balance, Now last month I get this bill for $3900. I went there and they had my old insurance. So the receptionist took my new insurance card and updated. So I thought. Now I get this bill for the same balance of $3900 and Aspen dental hasn't responded back to me. I will probably end up on the street if I have to pay this.
You should definitely follow up with Aspen Dental again. It might help to ask for a supervisor or manager to get some clarity on why the insurance update didn't go through. If that doesn’t work, contacting your insurance company directly could be useful to see if they can resolve it with Aspen Dental on your behalf. Also, keep all your documents and communications organized, just in case you need to escalate things further. Good luck!
Aspen dental denied proper care.
I went to aspen we went over my insurance and what was covered. They created a plan and never sent it to the insurance. The insurance told me they dropped the ball and so did aspen corporate. They scheduled my surguryand told me over phone and before surgery that it was approved. Come to find out they did not do that they did the surgery and billed my insurance. My insurance said you can not ask for forgiveness and just do the surgery that is not how it goes. So a year and a half later 2 failed implants I had an infection I told them about and they did nothing. They even took an xray that would have shown the infection. I am still in temporary dentures because no one will touch my mouth because insurance will not cover something already done. Please help I’m so so sad I was just told I can’t wear the temporary dentures or I will ruin my mouth. I’m about to talk to some lawyers
They have been working with me but in no way is my complaint finished. I am still without teeth and still having issues with a large bill. Hopefully they continue. I will update the complaint board when my issue is resolved. We are still working on a promise. They say they want to get me in permanent teeth. We shall see. I will say they have been fast and nice so far.
Bait and Switch
My bottom plate broke when I bit into a peanut butter and jelly sandwich so I called Aspen in Hutchinson Ks as that is where I had them made and ask if they could repair it. I was told yes and would need to come when they had a lab tech so we made and appointment for today . We made the hour drive and got there a few minutes early and checked in . No one looked at my broken plate and about twenty minutes I was called back to their sales room and the person had paper work out and said my dentures are three months out of warranty and it would be $1400 for a new plate . I said I knew they are out of warranty and I would pay to have them repaired and she said they would have to make a new denture. I was very upset that they would not look at the denture and see if it could be repaired but I did not make a scene I just said no and walked away. After the hour drive home I decided to see if that is what the office in Wichita Ks . would say about a broken denture repair . The lady I spoke with said any one can walk in with a broken denture and they will have the lab look at the denture to see if they can repair it and some times they must send it to another lab any way the denture will be looked at. So the Hutchinson Ks, office does not want to repair and will get you there and try to sell you a new denture. I always felt these dentures would not last as the plates are very thin and I was right . My old set lasted 23 years a this new set did not make it 2 years. Nancy and I both got replacement dentures at the same time at the Aspen office in Hutchinson Ks and will not recommend them for anything . Rick Daniel
Recommendation: We can not recommend them for anything.
About 4 or 5 months after I bought my dentures I dropped them on the floor (carpet mine you). They broke in half ( lower ) Said could fix them only if I pay them $200. up front. I wore my old dentures for 52 years. My new ones I have had for 2 years. They are worse than the 52 years old ones. Can't eat meat or anything on the hard side. Very disappointed in them. I tell people do not go there
Deceptive Advertising
Aspen Dental engages in false advertising on their website. The prices listed on the website are far less than the prices you get from each practice. They refuse to give any pricing on the phone or in email and insist that you make an appointment to "discuss" pricing. In my particular instance, the website offered $500 off their best denture. The office in Warrington didn't know about the offer and couldn't find it online. I took the office manager's business card, went home and looked up the site, and sent her an email showing what the site offered.. $500 off the comfilite denture. I emailed her two more times to get the exact cost of my denture but she failed to respond. BEWARE...these practices are intentional!

Total Nightmare of Poorly Fitting Dentures
Had to replace my lower dentures so made an appointment with Aspen Dental--should have read reviews first! Took 2 weeks to get the denture but it was too big. Was told to give it 2 weeks but couldn't give it 2 days. She actually pushed it into my mouth and I told her it hurt and was too big. It actually brought tears to my eyes. She never tried to adjust them at all! I called to complain and it took me 1 1/2 hours for them to answer. Got no satisfaction except be told that their phone flashes and doesn't ring. What!? Called another Aspen in another city where they told me to come in and that they could definitely help me. Just went today, was there an hour but walked out a happy patient with teeth that fit! I if I had checked reviews, I would never have made an appointment with the one in Onalaska, WI! They were terrible from the get go!
Recommendation: Read the reviews! Do your research! Poeple don't lie when it comes to customer service !
Not true of what they say
They told me a couple of weeks, it been a hold month almost And am not satisfied with the lies they tell me l am starting to lose hope for aspen dental because I can't eat right Am starting to feel uncomfortable and stress for not having my parcel for this long of time .I used to like Aspen Dental because they were truthful now I feel otherwise . God blessed have a great day
No pain medication called in.
I originally had an appointment scheduled for a Thursday two weeks ago. The morning of the appointment Aspen Dental staff contacted me to reschedule as the Oral surgeon had to to be seen in the emergency room. As I understand this is something that can happen to anyone, I gracefullly accepted the next scheduled date I was given which happen to be on a Saturday morning. As their web sites and offices will tell you, Aspen Dental is typically closed on the weekends. My assumption is this is the day that this particular Dr. rescheduled all of her patients that she had to cancel that were scheduled the same day mine was cancelled. The extraction and implant for an anchor for my partial as far as I was told, went well. I was ushered out of the office after having been under with Versed, Ketsmine and propalol( If these medications
are required for the procedure being performed , you can guarantee pain medication will be required later.) Before leaving, the dental assistant verified my pharmacy and it's address. My Dr. proceeded to tell me the medications she was calling in for me and that I would need a follow up for suture removal. I live an hour away from the office. Minutes before passing my pharmacy, my husband contacted the pharmacy to see if my prescriptions had been called in. They were not. My husband then attempted to call the office to find out how soon we could expect the prescriptions to be called as one was a pain medication I would soon be needing. Because this was a Saturday, no one answered the phone. There are no options for after hour emergencies for current patients given. Because it was still early, we hoped the Aspen staff would still be calling in my prescriptions before they left that day. Pharmacy hours came and went, no medications were called in for me. As all the local anesthesia wore off, the pain of course increased. Currently, I have been home taking over the counter ibuprofen and using cold and hot packs to try and relieve this horrible pain. I went back to the website to see if maybe they had an after hours emergency number listed. They did not. I did see a 1-800 number listed in blue and tried that. (I should note, Aspen Dental states if you find yourself in this position, in extreme pain after hours, you should go to the Emergency Room. I personally cannot afford to be seen in the E.R for this, causing me to pay hundreds of not a thousand or more for pain medication to be given to me there and possibly a prescription for pain medication that I should already be home and using !) Upon calling this number, within it's message, I was given the number I was looking for. This was around 1:20-1:30 am am. I am typing this at 2 am in the morning. My procedure was at 10 am yesterday morning. The operator who assisted me at approximately 2:50 am told me she would be contacting the on call physician immediately (as I explained to her the best I could as I can barely move my jaw due to the extreme pain.) It is now 3:17am and I have yet to hear from this on call physician. This is not how you treat patients who trusted you for the dental work required, trusted your word when it was verified and explained to the patient that pain medication as well as other required medication was being called in for them. This is not how you treat a patient who has just paid you $3,000.00 for the work that was done. I checked my email, Aspen Dental made sure to send me the date and time for my follow up exam but could not take the time to ensure their patient would be as comfortable as possible by calling the medications required into the pharmacy that they verified by name and address! What price should be put on leaving a patient who had extensive work at your facilities, in extreme pain? I am still waiting on a phone call from the on call Dr. !
Recommendation: Find an Oral Surgeon who shows as much care and concern for their patients AFTER they have been paid for their work as the did before.
Shut this place down!

This place is the worst! They should be shut down!

They cancelled my apt and rescheduled it during this call to fri 10/20 for filing, fri 10/27 for crown and 11/2 for extractions. Get to office at 8am this morn to be told they dont have me scheduled today! This place is the most incompetent business i've ever been to! They don't give any [censored]s as to how much they screw you over! This is now 2 times i've taken off work for scheduled apt only to be told they cant do the work! There is a reason they can't keep any dentist's employed here! Save yourself time amd pain amd go to a credible dentist! This place will only jerk u around and fail to provide service!

If I could give zero stars that would be over rating the plover location! I was seen for xrays/consult 5/31. As I was leaving I was told their system was down and they would call in an hour to let me know what my out of pocket for my services would be and to schedule those. Noone ever called. It's been over a month, i've called and left numerous messages only to never receive a call back! My insurance says there was never a bill/claim submitted from aspen. Today I did finally get thru only to be told there are no doctors at this location indefinitely and basically I need to reestablish care somewhere else! So i've sat here for over a month in pain waiting for these jackoffs to simply pick up the phone only now to have to wait months to even get into another dentist!
Recommendation: DONT GO HERE!!!!!

Disease
I went in to get a tooth fixed and a hygienist told the person next me that he had stage 1 gum disease. Then came to me and checked me mouth and told me that I had stage 1 gum disease. First I wasn’t in there for someone to check after I had my work already done First my regular dentist just did the same check four months ago and I wasn’t even close to having gum disease.. also my regular dentist just double checked it and still not even close.
Recommendation: Get a second opinion when Aspen tell you that you have gum disease

My review DON'T GO THERE DON'T BRING YOUR DOG THERE! There is not one good thing I can say maybe the office was clean. The only agenda they have is to get as much money from you has humanly possibly. They don't care if patients can't afford it they will find a way to get money from you. They say don't worry about it medical bills don't effect your credit! If that's what they are telling uneducated people regarding there finances they will find a way to get it from it. Maybe billing for things you don't know anything about.
Recommendation: DON'T GO THERE OR THERE AFFILIATES
Lacks professionalism
Outstanding administrative incompetence that I would avoid at all costs. The dental services were fair, but there is no way they can carry all the weight with such a lack of professionalism in the office. We should have left after the first experience, but the Dr was good, and so was the tech (otherwise I would give 0 stars). We only decided to go there because it was close to home and our insurance was expiring soon, so they booked us without issue, which made it convenient. I regret not leaving after the first visit because it took 4 months to resolve a billing issue that nearly went into collections, which was a mistake on their part in the charging. I will not go into all the details of our experiences but We returned to complete the procedure that we started. The dental care was fine as I mentioned but, unfortunately, its completely overshadowed by the lack of professionalism in the admin and the unwillingness or interest to provide common customer service skills. We spent endless time following up with things that should have been brought to our attention but weren't. Our calls and emails were repeatedly not answered, even when they had no patients in the office. Finally, we are glad to leave today after receiving a digital copy of our X-rays which only came a month after submitting an authorization form that was supposed to take 5-10 business days to process. 4 weeks later: Two phone calls,2 emails and an in-office visit asking for them even did not resolve this and they act as if noth happene and they nearly never reply. Yesterday they finally send the X-rays to us by email after going there to follow up but when received half of them were missing. I responded by asking them to send the complete file which they responded with the missing half without acknowledgement or an explanation or a word to take responsibility for their mistake.
Although, it is to be expected from service industries that are centralized and run by equity funds by streamlining systems to increase efficacies and profits, which Aspen seems to be. At least hire trained professionals or you overstep the point of diminishing returns as this place has. Also, to be expected, equity firms do not care about the service they provide, they only look after their bottom line, so, it is advantageous to hire unskilled labor and provide a false image to the public of having customer service by hiring online content monitors to respond to reviews. I complete farce.
We will Avoid Aspen Dental and tell everyone to as well. Now we will take the time to find a family-run dental office that still operates according to the values of providing clients a service that they care about and stand behind.

Dear Mr. Fontana
RE: Aspen Dental located at 508 North Green River Road, Evansville, IN, 47715
I am writing to you regarding the treatment I received at your Aspen Dental location in Evansville, IN as noted above.
During the first week of March, I called this location to book an appointment for a semiannual cleaning on March 18th. I had very positive experiences with Aspen Dental in the Greater Nashville TN area, located in Springfield, TN, and expected the same from Aspen Evansville.
The next day I received a text message confirming my appointment at Aspen Dental in Springfield TN. At this point I called the Evansville location and advised that I had relocated to the Evansville Area and would require the appointment at the Evansville location. The clerk then changed the appointment and advised me of the same. There was no “sorry for the mix-up,” for example.
Prior to my relocation to Evansville, I lost a crown and broke two teeth, 7 & 8, that the crown had been placed on. The roots of teeth were still in place. I was advised that I needed to have the roots removed and implants put in place, as otherwise I would be subject to very serious gum problems in the future.
At the time, due to a number of issues, not the least of which, as a retired senior, I had very limited funds available, I delayed having the treatment completed.
When I attended Aspen Dental in Evansville for cleaning, I was again advised that I should get the broken teeth removed and put implants in place. They advised that they could do it the same day, but that was inconvenient, so we booked for the next day.
I was escorted to the counter where an office clerk had me sign some forms, with little, if any explanation, and was advised that my cost for the procedure was a total of $13,175.40. I was advised that my insurance would only pay $200 toward the procedure. My payment that day was $6,117.40 for the first phase of the treatment.
While driving home I remembered that I had a quote from Clear Choice in Nashville to complete the implants of $12,000 total, with no billing to my insurance company. Aspen in Springfield quoted my cost at approximately just under $11,000, after billing to my insurance company.
One of the reasons for our decision to move to greater Evansville was the fact that things are less costly. That has been what we have experienced, except for Aspen Dental.
The next day I had the old roots removed and implants put in place. The dental assistant did mention some of the things I needed to do in the initial period, after the surgery, as listed on a sheet of paper provided.
The procedure was completed, and I left the office. There was no mention at all of any medication being prescribed, nor instructions regarding the same, from the dental assistant or doctor.
The day after surgery I developed pain and swelling in my lip and gums which abated after about a week or so. On Sunday, March 30th, I developed a large, painful blister. I called Aspen Evansville and left a message.
Early Monday, March 31st, I received a call back. I advised the caller of my difficulty and asked if I could get a prescription for an antibiotic, or if I needed to see the doctor. An appt was made for 4:30 that afternoon.
When I entered the dental office and gave my name, the clerk looked at me and rather accusingly stated, “you know you have an outstanding balance.” Well of course I was not aware, as I had no way of knowing why I would have a balance as I had pre-paid for the treatment.
I asked what sort of balance I had and was told I owed over $800. When I asked why, having already paid over $6,000 the clerk looked it up and responded that it was because the insurance company was not paying anything towards the treatment.
Being in some distress already, this was not what I wanted to hear upon arriving at the office.
I asked the attendant if there could be a coding issue and was told, point blankly, that I had to take it up with my insurance company, period.
My dental plan only covers preventative. So, if the total treatment was coded as cosmetic, for example, the insurance company would not pay anything. On the other hand, if some of the treatment was coded as “preventative” than the insurance company would pay.
Being somewhat frustrated and in some discomfort, I asked why after paying over $6,000 and the insurance company only declining to pay $200, I owe over $800. And I added, “by the way, how come I am paying several thousand dollars more for treatment in Evansville than I was quoted in TN which is a more costly area?”
Again, I was told by him and another gentleman who interceded at this point, that I should take it up with the insurance company. It was the first time I had ever experienced a dental facility that had no interest in assisting the patient in easing the cost burden by getting co-pay from an insurance company.
At this point it appears that I was put in the dental office equivalent of the “penalty box.”
I took a seat and was not called until an hour later at approximately 5:30. The dental assistant was apologetic for the delay and escorted me to an examination room. When I advised her of my problem, she stated that I was not checked in for that, and that she needed to take an x-ray before I could see the doctor.
After the x-ray, we returned to the exam room, where she advised that the doctor would be with me shortly. I waited until approximately 6:15 before the doctor came and asked me what the problem was. She seemed to be somewhat angry and short tempered.
She looked at her computer and asked if I was still taking antibiotics. I responded that I was not on any sort of antibiotic at that time. She responded that she had ordered antibiotics and a pain killer after the surgery.
I asked why I was not told this when I was there for surgery. She responded that the pharmacy was supposed to call me. I again asked why she did not mention it during my previous visit and again her response was that the pharmacy was supposed to call me. She stated that she had sent the order for the medication to Walmart in Springfield, TN, which was the pharmacy I had used when I lived in greater Nashville.
At this point she ordered a prescription for antibiotics and a mouth rinse at a local pharmacy. I was hurried out of the office, as it was past the 6:00 closing time. Most of the staff and likely all other patients had departed already. Having kept me waiting for one hour and forty-five minutes, the doctor was now in a hurry to have me leave.
There was never a “sorry about the mix-up” or any sort of apology provided.
As we were just completing our move to greater Evansville, Walmart in Springfield had sent several texts about refills, which we just declined as any current medication requirements were moved to my local doctor and started as new prescriptions with a local pharmacy. If Walmart Springfield had texted about medications being prepared or ready, we would have declined.
It would not have occurred to us that medication would be ordered at a pharmacy approximately 3-hours’ drive from Evansville for treatment received in Evansville.
As someone who has a heart condition and has gone through several heart procedures in recent years, including two open heart surgeries, an infection could have had major consequences. And certainly, unnecessary due to carelessness and lack of proper attention from Aspen Dental.
Subsequently I have moved my dental care to alternate dental facilities, where the care and attention is much more adequate than what I received at Aspen Evansville.
The care I received from Aspen Evansville is very questionable. While the mix-up with medication was unacceptable, I understand that it was not intentional. The long wait I experienced when in distress, however, certainly appears to be intentional and unacceptable by any standard.
It is not my interest nor intent to cause problems for Aspen Dental, or the doctor involved in my treatment.
I will not take any further action until I receive a response from Aspen Dental, which I expect to receive no later than the end of this month, April 30, 2025.
Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter.
Yours sincerely

In a follow up with my insurance company I learned that Aspend did not bill properly and if they had, it would have been paid by my insurnace.
When they can bill over $800 for a rejcted $200 for an insurance claim, they have little interest in doing any followup.
Consider total cost for the complete proceedure was over $14,000, one would think they would provide better service and be more interested in accommodating the patient.
This Aspen Dental office on Green River Rd, in Evansville IN, has a lot of senior patients, I have noticed while waiting for treatment. Senior abuse is a serious matter and far to prevelent in our society today.

My insurance gave me a list of network dentists. I chose Aspen, called them for a cleaning; advised I was changing dentists to shorten my commute; asked if ok for me bring my dental records, x-rays or if they must do it. I was told "do nothing, not necessary" & appt. was made. I did a 2nd call 5+ days later asking same?'s. I was told again "No" but I wa...

I asked about why we were no moving forward with the implants they told me it was going to cost more. There was no office manager for me to talk to. I'm very upset.

Went in and had 4 implants put in. 2 failed and my gums grew over one so that left me with only one usable implant. I went in to have the implant denture adjusted because it didn't fit, sat in dental chair for 45 minutes and was told by the dental tech that I can't keep coming in to have adjustments because it look like it fit to her. In 2022 I went to Aspen Dental to have upper and lower partials made. They took measurements and told me they would be in in two weeks. They came in I went in for a fitting and they were too tight, she did an adjustment, and she said wear them for a few days they should loosen up. about four hours my mouth was hurting so bad I took them out. My mouth was so sore. I went back and the did more measurements and I waited more weeks, when they came in I went for a fitting and they couldn't even fit in my mouth, they spoke to dentist and he said do a mold, I had to wait longer because of the Christmas and New Year holiday. Which I was very disappointed. But when I got them they did fit after minor adjustment. In late June or early July I broke my upper partial and I went back to Aspen. I was informed that I would have to pay $2000. I told the young Lady at the desk that my ins Humana had already paid and I'm paying Concordia back now. she said it was for the one that didn't fit. I told her I didn't have them and I wasn't paying for something I don't have and didn't fit.

Aspen Dental, it sounds like you’ve turned a simple process into a painful ordeal. After multiple attempts to get partials that actually fit, the experience has been nothing but frustrating. And now, charging $2,000 for a partial that didn’t even fit? That’s beyond unreasonable. It's time to address this mess and ensure your customers aren't paying for something that never worked in the first place. This situation needs to be resolved quickly and fairly.
Ill fitting denture. Job not finished
Went in the Temple Tx office to see about putting the 2 abutments for my implants in. Also the denture for the implant is not fitting well. So I went in to have adjustment. The dental tech for some reason was upset and told me I can't keep coming in making adjustments if they don't fit! They look like they fit to me! I sat in the dental chair 45 minutes, I couldn't believe the rudeness, then a dental tech came in and said the doctor said she's not putting them in and she is done with my treatment. So I paid thousands of dollars for nothing. The dentist called me after reading my complaint and wanted me to come in and I told her I do not feel comfortable going back there. She already told me she's not going to finish the job.
Desired outcome: Partial refund since the job is not finished

Dr. Delaney referred me to regional manager Mike Clark when I requested a refund. Mr Clark stated in a text message that he refunded money back to my insurance, which he did not, and that he will refund money back to my credit card, which he did not. What a sham and crooked practice. Went to a new dentist who stated the implants will have to be taken out because they were not properly installed and that I should get my money back.
Now the implant Dr. Delaney put in is falling out. So, I have only one implant instead of four
I went there 8/22/24. I had an appointment to see when my two abutments will be put in place. After sitting in the dentist chair for 45 minutes, Dr. Delaney sent in a dental tech to tell me she's not going to do it. She's done with me. This came as a shock.
In the process of securing an attorney to get half refund for job not completed.

I started my Invisalign process on March 2022. To this day it been a long 8-12 months battle with Aspen dental. When I started my process the bottom Invisalign did not fit. It was too long causing them to cut into my back gum. When I went to my next visit they saw what was going on and cut the Invisalign now my back wisdom tooth will not be fixed. I quote the doctor stated “ they didn’t do your molds correctly”. I ended up telling the front desk lady I was not pleased with this and not pleased with my fill that I got for my front tooth as you can clearly see a line from when the doctor filled my tooth. The doctor started “oh the Invisalign will correct it. From then I asked for my money back. Was told they will fix it and thats what caused new trays to be ordered. The new trays took months to come . I was using the same Invisalign I had for months . Called and was told it was on backorder and it should get here. I then asked for my money back. Two days later get a call my Invisalign's was here. Hurricane Ian happened I lost my car and stopped treatment because I didnt have a vehicle. I called and spoke to a manger on a refund and told me it was too late for that was told what she can do is when I was ready I can come back they will put my treatment on hold. Never received a phone call from Aspen until I called around September or October of 2023 was scheduled a visit. The visit seemed off as it felt like a first time visit. I was than told since It been so long i will have to restart my treatment. What happened to my previous treatment I never finished. I paid everything upfront before completing anything. Stated there was no notes made stating they were putting my treatment on hold. There was new doctors new faces so manager made it seem like i was lying. I than asked to speak to her manager who said she will talk to and let me know what they can do. I waited a month no call back . I finally called the front desk texted the manager who than responded “yes she has to pay everything again” . I was so angry I ended up asking for their managers phone number. Who the agent gave me an email. Sent an email in January to this day never got a response. Called the [protected] number. Since February I’ve been going back and forth on a manger is supposed to call me. Never does put it in their system they do and resolve their case. All i’m asking is for my money back for the lack of communication, lies and unprofessionalism.
Claimed loss: Money
Desired outcome: Refund or partial refund for the service I did get

On Jan 11th 2024 I went to aspen dental in Bluffton SC. The tech that was putting in temporary tooth was sick, and sniffiling. When she put the cement on the tooth to hold it in place she used an excessive amount. It was spread all over the two teeth next to the temp. I mentioned it and she scraped some off. I still had a coating on the the tooth behind it. Two weeks later when I went to get my permanent tooth the new tech couldnt remove it. I told her I was in pain and asked for some Novi cane. She got out the syringe and before she administered to meds. She said "wait I think I can get it" I was in a lot of pain. She finally squeezed the pliers so tight the tooth shattered sending parts of the tooth down my throat and choking me. The permanent tooth was then put on. I waited three weeks for the pain to subside. It didnt. I went to another dentist who told me there was a margin on the gum line that is exposing my nerve to air and potential infection. There is also a piece of cement still stuck in the gap between my teeth. 3 and 4. Also tooth #3 which is an implant, now has a big chunk taken out of it.
On four different occasions I have spoken to Deone the office manager at Bluffton Aspen. She said she filed a claim reversal 2 different times. My insurance company hasn't heard from her at all.
I still have a tooth ache and need a new crown. I can get this done until this claim has been dropped off my insurance.
My Email is [protected]@gmail.com
I would appreciate any help you can give me. I would like to have a pain free mouth.
Thank you
