Opencare is a rip off company. They don't wanna pay up right away. They give you a run around, so don't waste your time.

They promissed an $85 gift card for uploading a receipt of your visit. Its been 2 weeks now and their customer service keeps coming up with new excuses why they wont pay me. Absolute garbage company, dont do any business with them.

I saw their ad on social media sayin you can book a dentist appointment thru their website n upload the dentist receipt to get a $250 gift card. But once you follow the normal process n do everything. N upload the receipt everything changes. They will find many reasons not to give gift cards. . This is a fraud.

Oh no, why didn't I research Opencare reviews before I started using it? It's already May 11, and I went to the dentist on May 7 using Opencare. I uploaded my requirements on May 9. I came to the ComplaintsBoard.com site because I didn't receive any confirmation from Opencare that they received my document. They didn't even acknowledge it. They keep sending me emails to refer a friend for another $50, but there's no update on my claim. Then I found many reviews and complaints here, and people are saying that it has taken them more than 4 weeks to hear back from Opencare. Everyone is saying the same thing: Opencare disappears after your dental visit, and there's no customer service to contact. That's why I'm using this platform to share my message. I have another appointment at the dental clinic in a few days, and I'm seriously thinking about canceling all appointments until Opencare fulfills their part of the deal.

Opencare had a promotion sayin if I go to one of their dentists, I will get a $250 prepaid *** card. Now after I went to the dentist and submitted the receipt, they claimed that the promotion doesn't exist and I altered their system. They would only give me a $50 gift card. I've got all screenshots saved showing that I'll be given $250 during the entire booking process and I shouldn't have to lose $200 because of Opencare's system error.

I saw their ad on social media on 7/20/2022. The ad is about using their site to book a dentist appointment and get a $250 reward. I went to the dentist on July 26th and uploaded my receipt like they asked. Every step said I'd get $250. But everything changed after I uploaded the receipt. Customer service emailed me and said they can only give me $50. I want them to keep their promises from the ad.

I even got screenshots to prove it. The $200 reward was there at every step, even on the claim page. I just wanna get what I was promised, the full $200 reward.

I signed up and booked a new patient appointment on July 22 with a referral promo of $250 prepaid card. I finished my appointment on July 27, 2022 and submitted the receipt, no response from the platform. I re-submitted the receipt two more times and still no response. I emailed them but they said my referral offer was only $50 and denied my claim of the $250 gift card, but I have screenshot of their messages confirming my $250 offer. I would love them to honor their original offer and apologize to me for their shady practice.

I saw an instagram ad from opencare advertising a $100 lululemon gift card for booking an appointment with a dentist through their platform. I signed up and got into contact with a dentist, and am planning to book an appointment. However, since signing up this morning, I have received 5 scam emails direct to my inbox, 3 robocall scams, and a text scam from a random number. This is not normal for me, and I have not given my contact details to any other website or company in a while. I would advise against giving this company your personal contact details, unless you want your email and phone number to be bombarded with scams. I have not yet claimed my reward with them so cannot confirm whether this is an issue or not.

I used my friend's referral link to join Opencare and get in on a promo where I could score a sweet $250 reward after seeing a doc. And get this, they didn't even bother to reach out to their customers about this issue until after we completed all the requirements. That's straight-up cheating and against the law.

I wanna make it clear that every time I got an email, it said I'd get a $250 reward, and this went on for over two weeks. I feel like they tricked me with their promotion, and I hope they can keep their promise.

I got 2 chat transcripts from OpenCare where they said if I go to their dentist, I'll get a $100 prepaid card. So, I went to the dentist and got the work done. The dentist gave me a receipt, which they said was the right one. But OpenCare told me to get a different receipt. I know my receipt is good because my friend sent them the same one and got their reward. I attached the chat transcript and a copy of my receipt. The receipt showed that I didn't have to pay anything because my insurance, Liberty Dental, covered it all. Thanks for your help!

Opencare.com is a website where you can make appointments for dental stuff. They had this cool deal where if you make an appointment on their site and actually go see the dentist, they'll give you a $250 gift card. So, on 07/22/2022, I made an appointment with this dentist named *** Mug for 11 am on 07/23/2022. They sent me a confirmation email with all the appointment deets and mentioned the $250 gift card offer. I even attached screenshots of the website and our messages to prove it.

After I did my part and sent in the claim and EOB to the website, they straight up said they ain't gonna give me the $250 gift card. They said the whole thing was fake and they can only give me a $50 gift card. I don't even know where they got that number from. So, they sent me the $50 gift card, but I never bothered to open it or use it. The customer service people kept saying that someone messed with the promotion link from outside Opencare. I attached the convo I had with them.

I just want Opencare to do the right thing and give me the $250 they promised. Thanks.
