Stopped here on March 26 2022.

In the ladies room, neither of the stall doors came anywhere near close to shutting let alone being able to lock them.

Manager was walking around with cell phone stuck to her ear and the staff was way behind on orders.

When I went to the drink machine to fill my cup, the ice dispenser was broken and thrown up in the dispensing area and it appeared that someone had splashed drink all over the machine. It was so filthy looking that I asked the server to fill my cup in the drive thru.

Desired outcome: Better care taken of the facility and management needs to put the cell phone away and help out.
