I have been a long standing customer of Wendy's and have always thought it was above all the other fast food restaurants. In the last 6 month this has not been the case. I have been to at least 3 different Wendy's in my area and each one had awful service. This last one I had to walk out because after 20 minutes, no one waited on us. Me, my husband and a 5 year old. They kept waiting on drive thur and left us waiting. Finally we left and went to Burger King and was waited on with 2 minutes.

The issue before this was not getting our order wrong and the attitude of the employee having to fix it.

The issue before that was, employees language and dropping the F bomb with each other and an employee walking out. So not only did it take 2 times to get my order correct, I had to wait a long time and had to listen to all the unexpectable language.

I have decided Wendy's will no longer be my go to, but will go to one of the other fast food restaurants.

No sure if your restaurants need more staff, but they certainly need employees that know how to act in front of customers.

Desired outcome: More staff, accurate service, friendly employees.
