My family and I went to wendys at 23 Commercial Road, Leominster, MA 01453, the woman who took our order was having a hard time as she would say something then nothing after about 10 minutes we went to window to pay it was clear to us that she was under the influence of something as she kept nodding off she fell asleep holding my card eyes closed my husband knocked on window and with her eyes closed she handed us our card. We get up to the window to get our order and they said we did not pay, I told him we payed at the window and he said it never went through so we paid the young man. There was a gentleman wearing a baseball cap and a hoodie over his hat walking around doing nothing but kept glaring at us making us feel very uncomfortable. After 15 minutes our food (2 plain cheeseburgers and one baconator (?) we left only to get home and find that we had 2 baconators and one double baconator... this was around 530 today. I felt sorry for the two kids that were working and looked scared to death.
