At about 2:10 PM today, 01/04/24, I ordered a Baconator Meal Combo at the Wendy's in Dublin, CA., drive through for lunch, however, when I got back to my job site to enjoy my lunch, I was given a different order that contained a Spicy Chicken Sandwich Combo meal. I had also asked for a Diet Coke with no ice and received a beverage with ice. The store is located at 7143 Dublin Blvd in Dublin, CA. I also did not get a receipt with my purchase. Needless to say, I am quite disappointed with the service I received from this store. I do enjoy many of the items on the menu, including the Spicy Chicken Sandwich, however that was not what I was craving, nor what I had ordered. Perhaps some re-training is in need at this store. I was one of 5 cars in the line from 2:00 PM to 2"15 PM, so I cannot fathom how 1 order out of 5 could get so terribly mixed. I imagine it's 2 orders now, as someone else did not get their Spicy Chicken Sandwich.
Claimed loss: $ 13.33 returned to ATM card used.
