Wendy’s review: Manager lacks customer service skills

On March 22, 2022 I visited the Wendy's store in Santee, SC 29142 ordered some fries and I was told to pull up from the window and someone would bring it out, so I did as I was asked. When the male brought my fries out, I asked for some salt, well he said to me ("ugh now I gotta walk back to get you some salt, you can get it yourself"). I said to him that he didn't have to be so rude. I got out of my car to get my salt while he met me at the door still mumbling and looking angry at me, I asked him to speak to his manager, he locked the door and waved bye bye. I called the store to speak to the manager only to find out that the rude guy was the manager. Although this is not the first time that I have experienced the rudeness, long wait in lines, sometimes no one would take orders until they felt like, this is my first complaint. Now, as for me, my family and friends we will not ever visit Santee, SC Wendy's again. You will lose customers at that store because your manager lacks the ability to treat others with respect. Your manager need to take a course in people skills

Desired outcome: I would like for you to hire more intelligent workers with the ability to treat others with dignity and respect. Give the a course in How To Treat Others.
