Wendy’s Strawberry Summer Salad

Issue: Summer Strawberry Salad.

On 06/11/2021, I purchased a Summer Strawberry Salad, I requested an additional candied almonds and dressing. When I got home there were not any additional condiments and little strawberries in the salad.

06/12/2021- Returned to Wendy's to address the issue of the missing items in the salad. Spoke to a host/Cameron on the issue of my salad and he did explain to me they had ran out of pecans. I explained to him, if the gentleman that was serving me at that time could have let me know the situation, I would have known what to expect.

06/12/2021 @ 5:43 p.m. - Ordered a Summer Strawberry Salad
I purchased the salad thru the Drive Thru, I requested an additional pack of candied almonds and a dressing. Per the host/Matthew stated they only had one pack of pecans left. I proceeded thru the drive thru. When I reached the window to pay, the cashier said she put 4 ? in the order.
When I reached my home, I noticed there were no strawberries, no cheese, no bacon just small amount of chicken and no candied almond.

06/13/2021- 9:13 a.m. I returned to Wendy's and spoke to the morning manager, Elise, I showed her the order along with the receipt. She apologized and asked if there was something else, I would like, I stated no, just my refund. The morning manager stated she was going to talk to her employees because the salad also did not have enough lettuce in the order.
I consider to be a long time Wendy's customer; therefore, I recommend additional training to all employee's regarding preparation of food and enhanced communication with customers.

Wendy’s Service

Not only did they LIE about only having 2 workers. I waited over an hour in a line of 6 people tops bc they are making the food to order.

Lobby is closed amd they tried to make me pull forward. I'll be damned. They usually forget something. All I see if folks working without teeth and without hurry. This is FAST food for a reason. I love Wendy's too much to be treated like trash every single time.

Desired outcome: New staff? Reliable workers. Not waiting an hour every single time I come to Wendy’s? I love the food.

Wendy’s Service Hours @Wendy's Location in Jacksonville, FL

I went into the Wendy's location this evening 6/2/[protected]@7:45 pm, EST. The sign states the dining room doesn't close until 9pm. After seeing several employees on the inside on their phones, I knocked on the door. Someone came and gave me the sign language motion that they were closed, and I needed to come around. I walked because I live across the street and I was out for my evening stroll. When I approached the drive thru window, the cashier said that the manager stated, there are no walk ups allowed, and when I inquired about the sign, she said the manager was in the process of changing it. I will be calling corporate office tomorrow. The address is 8625 Baymeadows Rd. Jacksonville, FL 32256.

Wendy’s Carry out service

The sign on the door says "Carry out only. No dine in. 11am-10pm." This was my second time going to this location. No issues the first time. A young girl walks by me heading out the door and says " Dining room is closed." I replied "Can't I just get carry out?" To which she says "No. We're short staffed." I look to the back and counted at least three other girls standing there, and there was only one drive thru customer and myself inside. Short staffed to do an order? I work retail for 9hrs a day with no help, stocking hundreds of cases and helping customers all day. You're lazy. The last time I was in a nice girl behind the counter took my order and I left. This time it was a ghost town in there and I couldn't get service. This is what happens when immature teens are given "shift leader" roles and have no idea what they are doing and could care less. She didn't even stop walking to talk to me, just ran her mouth on her way out the side door. Never going back.

Desired outcome: None. Just letting people know this location sucks.

Wendy’s Frosty

I bought a chocolate Frosty last week, and it tasted weird. The flavor was completely off. At first I thought they might have given me a vanilla one, but the color was correct for chocolate. There was no chocolate flavor, though. I was afraid that there was something wrong with it, so I threw it out. After reading other comments, it apparently is a change in the recipe. I will not buy another one.

Wendy’s Computer

Hello yea weekly customer for past 3 years have never had problem until 5 / 22 /21
At 915 pm waited almost an hour in line to find out about malfunctioning computer. Thanks for wasting our time I guess . Seems silly .. to be wasting our time over your outdated broken down computer's let's hope you are at minimum paying those employees a decent wage for having to deal with this.

Wendy’s Masking in Drive thru

Went to Wendy's Fredericton, NB today May 21, 2021 with my family. I have a mask exemption and was told to put a mask on in the drive thru in my car. This is above and beyond the current government regulations. Drive thru attendant says it's company policy. It's disgusting that you make decisions above the disgraceful doctors that are already making decisions overreaching power. You are corporate fascists. Shame on you. I have many memories at Wendy's in my youth. Will not be returning with my family and will let everyone in my situation know about this. Strongly considering a human rights complaint as well.

Wendy’s I didnt get my 6 piece chicken nuggets delivered

I ordered some 6 piece chicken nuggets and i didnt get them delivered to me i recieved everything else except that item
i also order cheese and bacon on a spcy chicken sandwich the sandwich came without anything

Wendy’s Store Location 8405 W. Colfax Lakewood Co

I've gone twice to store on W. Colfax identified above and ordered large taco salad and they give me the small taco salad to go. I bought another large taco salad at Wendy's on West alameda Ave Lakewood which is when I discovered the store on Colfax is cheating me. Paying for a large and getting a small salad and chili. I made it very clear I wanted a Large Taco Salad, paid $7.30 and took what they gave me. The One I bought on W. Alameda Wendy's had a larger container of Chili, a larger amount of salad. How do I stop the store on Colfax from cheating me on my order?

Wendy’s Service or Better Yet Lack of Service

Saturday, May 1st at 9:21pm CST at the location of 880 Stateline Road, Southaven, MS 38671, my husband and I waited in line for 28 minutes and got to one car behind the speaker and employee runs out back door puts a cone on with closed sign. Restaurant does not close till 11pm. There was a total of 4 employees visible on the inside as my husband walked up to the window and none of them would acknowledge him. I have been very patient with all service with the pandemic and lack of employees, yet this was very rude and the line behind me still had 5-6 cars. This is unacceptable and if anything a cone should have been put behind the last car in line if closing early.

Wendy’s Marketing

I am appalled at the new ad with the girl stealing a bike to get food! In these times, is that the message you really want to send. I doubt Dave would approve!

I personally will not be going to your restaurants anytime soon. What a sad message to send to the youth of our world! I think your marketing team needs to reevaluate this ad ASAP.

Wendy’s Burger had hair in it

On Saturday morning May 8, 2021 me and my daughter went to Wendy's. It was raining so my daughter and I had our heads cover with and bonnets and I had on a scarf and a hat. When we got home and she open up her burger hair was all in it. We know it couldn't be our hair because it was covered. I don't know what's going on over there but someone needs to be more careful handling the food. I ready don't feel comfortable eating Wendy's anymore.

Wendy’s customer service

We ordered through the app, it said we had until 10:25 to order breakfast. We ordered before that time, and attempted to pick it up at 10:31. They said they stopped serving breakfast at 10:30 and told us to hit cancel. We did, and it said "Thank you for your order" and charged us. The charge went through so I called them after it posted, and they said the franchise would refund it. They never did, and I'm having to dispute the charge through the bank. No food, after driving there, and no refund.
When I went to give the app a one star rating, I read dozens of reviews with the same story, the app cheated them and wendy's never refunded charges.
When I wrote customer service they corrected my misuse of a word and never answered my question about my refund.
When I went to other review sites to review the restaurant, I found many many people on yelp had gotten food poisoning at that particular store (Barnett Shoals, Athens, Ga.) Maybe it's better that they were too rude and lazy to give us our food! I still want my money back, though. I hate being robbed.
Dave Thomas would be spinning in his grave. Wendy's used to be a nice fast food restaurant, now it's all "food poisoning and cheating customers."

Wendy’s Management issues: very poor and slow service

On 4/29/21, around 11am, we sat in the car line for approximately 20 minutes, as I have done the three previous visits. When at the ordering window, I sat for a considerable length of time then finally said, "Hello, is anyone there?" When the response did come, I could not understand him because he spoke so fast. Fortunately, my grandson was able to translate some of his speech. When he said to pull around, I asked him to please repeat my order. He did and it was wrong. Again, it was very difficult for us to understand him. At the pick-up window, where we were to pay also, I asked for the manager's name. Forget that! Long story short, here's the problem with your business on S Willow Ave, Cookeville, TN: 1) I was told that Laura is the manager (no last name, apparently) and was not told how I could contact her; 2) was not handed a receipt nor given change for my $20; 3) Order was a baconator meal, a 4 for 4, and order of small fries. Was told they were sorry and proceeded to explain the problem and then was handed our order and apologized again, saying have a nice day. I was so disgusted that I forgot to ask for my change. Forget about spending another 45 minutes in line to get my change or parking and going in in the downpour. Never going back till the easily resolvable problem is resolved, but I don't see that happening under whoever is managing this district. Unbelievable. And I may add that I don't expect this to reach anyone in upper management. Meanwhile, you are losing a LOT of business.
