I was charged $24.12 on my charge card But only recieved 1/ 3 of my order & recipt said $12.37
I ordered my food from your web site, I asked for 3 Baconators & 2 Large Chocolate shakes. When the order came it only contained 1 Baconator & 2 large shakes. By charge card was charged $24.37! I called the store (1560 Rt. 23 North, Wayne NJ 07470 & was told I only ordered 1 Baconator & 2 shakes & recipt say's $12.37 . Why was $24.12 taken out of my account? I was over charged by $11.85.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund of the money that was taken off of my charge card. For the $11.85 I was over charged.
Poor Product
I am from Mt. Vernon, Ohio. Wendys on Coshocton Avenue just finished remodeling there store on Coshocton avenue within the last 90 days. Since the re-model I have been through the drive through multiple times and have yet to get a burger that has been cooked. EVERY burger was slimy on the exterior and raw on the inside. I have come to the conclusion that you no longer have the ability, at that store, to produce the quality of sandwich that I have become quite satisfied with for many years. I have complained at the drive through window multiple times and have even asked to have the beef patties re-cooked . Truly awful quality. I went through a Wendys down in Portsmith Ohio last week and they still know how to make a sandwich. Unfortunately I have lost faith in your Coshocton road operation and will no longer be dining there. I will also make sure I tell everyone I know how poor the sandwiches are.

my frosty and she did give me one but acted hostile. i am as nice as i can be to anyone in
customer service. I was in the hotel biz for many years, and know how difficult the public can be.

I've enjoyed the mobile App. But today after I placed a mobile app order, I went to pick it up at the drive thru and they refused to let me have my order at the window. I was told I would have to come inside if I wanted it. I told them I am handicap and couldn't walk. They were very rude then and still refused to let me have my order at the window.

Please change the Chocolate Frosty back. It is a fluffy unflavored mess. Why mess with a good thing? I just don't get it. I am craving one but will never get the new formula one again as it is terrible. You really are misleading customers by still calling it a Frosty.
I don't recall ever submitting a food complaint but I was really taken back when I ordered a Frosty and didn't know it was changed.

Today 2/22/21 approx. 2:15PM, my wife and I attempted to enter the Wendy's located on 109 in Lebanon, TN to place a order for take out instead of using the drive through as their is a sign in the window stating dinning room open for pick up on line orders and to go orders only. BUT the doors were locked.
This was a big disappointment to us, and it made us mad when the sign says one thing and you don't own up to it. This is bad business.

I have waited all year for the return of the fish sandwich, we have always enjoyed them during the lenten season. Today my husband and I went to the Wendy's in Charlotte, Michigan and got two fish filet combo meals. When we got home (since the restaurant was not open for dining in) and sat down to enjoy our meal, I was extremely disappointed. The fish was overcooked and dry and the cheese was dry as well, as if it had been fried with the fish.
I will not be going back for another.
Timeliness and incorrect order
Pulled into drive-thru at 9:41pm on 2/12/2021. Ordered 2 "singles plain" and 1 medium dr. pepper. Was able to pick up food by 10:00pm. Got home to find that both singles came with cheese. I am allergic to cheese. Too late at night to go back and i do not have time to sit in a drive-thru line for 19 minutes again. I just moved to this area, and this is the first time I have stopped at this location. I normally go to the Wendy's in Norwich, CT and have had normal service there. I am upset at the wait time. The line just didn't move. Then to get home and find i couldn't even eat my burgers was very upsetting, frustrating, and should never have happened like that. A single plain does not mean a single with cheese plain.

I ordered a jalapeño popper salad with jalapeño ranch dressing. The salad I ordered was brown and wilted. I tried to complain on the website and it does not work. An error message kept popping up. I did not get a receipt; however, I took pictures.

I used your APP to order my food, it said it went through. We showed up in drive through to be told no order was placed. Now we ordered again, paid CASH. We talked to the lady in drive through and showed her our order and confirmation, as well as being charges twice on my bank card. We then persued by calling the Wendy's the following day to be told by the manager she could not help us. This was on Thursday January 7th 2021, we were told we would get a call back after calling corporate to complain. Today we get a call at 6:30 pm on Thursday January 14th 2021. It's been a week, and Lisa at Wendy's store #4260 where we ordered, told me she could only reimburse me my $20.26 one time when I got charged it twice and still had to pay in Cash a third time. That's 40.52 I am out, plus paid another $20.26 . If I do not get reimbursed for both Bank charges I will tell everyone I know to stop doing business with this company!

I want my refund and I’ll never return again
I spoke with the manager James and after them getting my order wrong he proceeded to say that it isn't his employees job to provide customer service and he couldn't help. I was hung up on three times prior.
