Wendy’s Management issues: very poor and slow service

On 4/29/21, around 11am, we sat in the car line for approximately 20 minutes, as I have done the three previous visits. When at the ordering window, I sat for a considerable length of time then finally said, "Hello, is anyone there?" When the response did come, I could not understand him because he spoke so fast. Fortunately, my grandson was able to translate some of his speech. When he said to pull around, I asked him to please repeat my order. He did and it was wrong. Again, it was very difficult for us to understand him. At the pick-up window, where we were to pay also, I asked for the manager's name. Forget that! Long story short, here's the problem with your business on S Willow Ave, Cookeville, TN: 1) I was told that Laura is the manager (no last name, apparently) and was not told how I could contact her; 2) was not handed a receipt nor given change for my $20; 3) Order was a baconator meal, a 4 for 4, and order of small fries. Was told they were sorry and proceeded to explain the problem and then was handed our order and apologized again, saying have a nice day. I was so disgusted that I forgot to ask for my change. Forget about spending another 45 minutes in line to get my change or parking and going in in the downpour. Never going back till the easily resolvable problem is resolved, but I don't see that happening under whoever is managing this district. Unbelievable. And I may add that I don't expect this to reach anyone in upper management. Meanwhile, you are losing a LOT of business.

Wendy’s sweet tea

The sweet tea was sour and disappointing, and they said thet didn't have ketchup.
All this happened at the Wendy's in Thomasville, Ga, we won't be going back there.

Wendy’s Frosty

The new mix taste like spoiled milk and its disgusting. My daughter and I regularly buy them and we both almost threw up. It was horrible. This happened April 25 2021. In Monroe Michigan. We even called the store hoping it was a 1 time thing ands was disappointed to hear it wasn't. Undue this. You knew better. You know frostys are a staple you should never have messed with. During a time of distress is never a good time for changing a beloved favorite. Get it together over there.

Wendy’s Biggie bag

I recently purchased 2 Biggie bags, or I should say Bogus Bags. What a joke. I have a question" Wheres the beef". Your add shows fat juicy burgers and what you get is paper thin crap. I bet it doesn't even total 2 ounces of beef, old and hard. Returned the 2 bags and got the same [censored] again. You should be ashamed serving this dog food. I will never visit Wendy's again. False advertising and not getting what is on your signs and pictures in the store. Wendy's sucks.

Wendy’s Wrong order

I ordered online this evening 4/26/21 at approx 10:20pm on my way home after having car trouble all evening. When it was delivered the driver informed me that I'd been given French fries instead of the baked potato I had ordered.
Cold, greasy, hard fries. Instead of the grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce, tomato, pickle I actually ordered, I was given a spicy chicken sandwich with pickle and cheese only.

Desired outcome: Replaced order along with money back

Wendy’s Nuggets

How could you serve these to people?!?! Absolutely disgusting! Made me sick! As a GM in the restaurant business for 20 years, I would NEVER think this is acceptable! Would the person serving it eat it? See attached picture.

Wendy’s service and price

On April 18, 2021 i stopped at your store in Hendersonville, NC store number #[protected] at 2.35pm. I ordered a large chili and a plain hamburger for my puppy. I paid for the meal and left. I drove about 3 miles to a local park to eat. When i opened the bag i found a small chili and a plain hamburger. The price on the hamburger was $4.39. For a plain hamburger is unreal. I love Wendys products. I stop to get chili about once a week but at a different store. I will never go back to that store every again. Wendy’s Jalapeño Salad

I ordered a jalapeño salad from the Upland Wendy's restaurant today. Much of the lettuce was wilted and a few pieces of lettuce had actual dirt on them. Unfortunately I didn't notice these situations until I left the restaurant and began eating at my home. When I saw condition of my salad, I felt sick and disgusted.
I would really like to make the management aware of this lack of proper preparation and cleanliness. Thank you.

Desired outcome: I would like a refund and I would like to eat at that store and not fear eating unwashed, dated food.

Your employee, a tall white man, who works at the Aston Wendy's on Pennel Rd in pa does drugs in the parking lot. While he's in uniform. It is this standard practice for your employees. I've seen him do it more than once. I don't even want my teenagers to apply at that store or even eat there because I'm not sure what kind of example will be set for them. It's a disgrace.

Wendy’s Working late night.

I'm currently volunteering for two wendy's I close until 1- 2am. And I'm always getting calls from tha shift managers while I'm doing coursework. I happen to be in community college. And sometimes I have a lot of stuff I need to do. While I'm getting my work done I constantly receive calls from tha shift managers asking if I can close. I usually don't have time to close but they still persist that I come. This just happened yesterday I got call from one of tha North Providence shift managers zulma asking if I can close I said no I cannot but then she calls me two three minutes later and she says has no one to close. I got really angry and annoyed because I don't like interruptions and I don't like when this to interfere with my coursework and my sleep. Now because I barely get any sleep. And I always wake up late in tha day and sometimes I'm late for my online courses. I need reasonable hours like maybe 12-7pm or 1-8pm.

I ordered a breakfast baconator on a croissant and when I got to work. I had a sausage egg croissant burnt pieces of potatoes. I do have photos if needed. I work at a hospital and I couldn't go back. It wasn't busy as usual so I'm not understanding how a simple order was incorrect. The staff is also unprofessional at times. A customer service refresher course could help most.

Wendy’s Salty Food

On April 12/2021 at 21:57 my husband and I pulled into a drive through at a Wendy's restaurant located at 1124 Chemong Road Rr#1 Peterborough, Ontario, Canada.
I ordered 2 Dave's triple combo and 1 Baconator meal. As I was placing my order, each time the employee cut me off short and said, second window and turned off his mic and another employee was cursing in the background. We felt like we were rudely interrupting something and we have no right to be there to bug and order food, inconveniencing them at their workpace...
I asked to have all meals replaced with a poutine instead of fries. I got 1 order of poutine instead of 3 and the employee refused to replace it. he said that is what I ordered and payed for. There was something wrong with the Tap on the debit machine and he was getting frustrated and annoyed and kept telling me to go to a bank machine, he cannot complete the transaction. but, he kept pulling the machine away from my phone so the transaction would not complete. The employee kept laughing at something as he and his co worker bagged our food. I asked to speak to the manager and he told me he was the manager. I never got my receipt or a thank you or a come again. We pulled over to check our food and it was unbelievably salty. Our french fries were just saturated with salt. it was disgusting. this clearly was not an accident, if it was they never would have served us the food. Our dinner was waisted, we had to go somewhere else. we did not wish to return to that restaurant ever again.

Wendy’s fries and chicken sandwiches

on 04/07/2021 Wendy's 2600 Martin Luther King Blvd Dalton, Ga. went thru drive thru ordered 2 #4 Chicken Sandwich with mustard no mayo, got served a hot spicy chicken with mayo and ketchup and cold fries . told server at window fries were cold she grabbed a bag and opened it quickly and slung fries in it and handed it roughly to driver around 12:30 . Called the manager and told him order was wrong he gave his name and told us to come back and he would make it up. We did go back that afternoon and ordered the same meal receiving our order fries were so cold they were limp, chicken was tough (over cooked), bread was so soggy that it was no good. Meal was a waste of money. This was the worst 2 meals that I have ever purchase from any Wendy's. Sorry for the complaint but what if every customer received food like this. Wendy's would not be Wendy's anymore. Thank you.

Wendy’s The Biggie Deal

Dined at a Wendys in Buford GA-actually drive through. Wife brought the "meal" home for lunch... Let me say this... over 40 years in advertising and marketing. I know photoshoots of food are carefully prepped, set, staged and shot to "look" delicious and desirable. Yet... your delivery based on what we perceive from your menu listing and what we receive-ALL CUSTOMERS receive is less that advertised and it continues to be an issue-so much that I've taken the time to post on your FB page, lodge a formal complaint here, post on Linkedin, and so forth. When will fast food companies like yourselves begin setting the standard for TRUTH IN ADVERTISING, or will it take the $15 min wage proposal to hire people to deliver on your glorified ad promises... Because this one begs an answer to the real question, 'Where's The Beef", and of course the item I saw pictured on your menu...

Contacting my lawyer and looking to sue for false advertising. Enough is enough... Sell what you propose!

Wendy’s Apple pecan salad

Apple pecan salad,
I have bought hundreds of these salads they are very good, tasty and healthy. The problem I have is when I buy a half salad I get 1 pack on pecans and 1 pack of dressing. So when I buy a full salad I still get 1 pack of pecans and I get 2 packs of dressing. I know I am supposed to get 2 packs of pecans with a full salad. I am wondering where all those extra packs are going and corporate should be wondering the same.

Desired outcome: No one should have to ask for their second pack of pecans ever again.
