Food was cold after we waited for 20 minute
Food WaS cold, only one person working without a mask. There was only one visible person working. The service and food were both horrible.

Service and nasty stale food
I once again got to sit in line at your Auburn HIlls MI store on Brown rd. After slowing watching 5 cars in front of me move like a turtle, I finally made it to the order kiosk. Little did I know that I would sit there for 25 minutes before anyone would take my order. Finally some comes and ask to take my order and apologize for the wait. I said you think it was just a bit rude to just let us sit here? Her response was well we are short staff.
What an answer. But it gets better yet. Since I sit and waited for 25 minutes I got to get the lucky chance to eat food that sit around and got cold in the meantime. I have been patient over the last year and understand our down falls with help. But to let me sit there and then bless me with food that was 30 minutes old.
watched 15 cars leave pissed off. Guess I was the stupid one to sit and take their stale food.

Desired outcome: Take the franchise away from this idiot and get someone in there that actually cares.
Customer service full of microaggressions
Daryll, the general manager on shift was very rude to me. When I placed my order and had to change it, he snipped at me and then said the order was already in my card and walked away. I went back in and asked for the order to be placed back in my card. He gave me the money in cash. I ordered 1 small fry and 3 hamburgers with only onions and pickles for $12.87. He directed multiple microaggressions at me and I am very upset about this.
Desired outcome: Employee training for customer service and an apology from him, personally.
Hair in Burger
I ordered a door dash order of a dave's double and fries and there was 3 hairs in the burger.

Store Employee
I tried to order wendys lastnight 8/28/2021 at around 9PM through uber-eats, it was delayed from 9:30 to 10:00 then to 11-:30 until finally i tried to call to cancel my order at wendys and see if i could just come pick it up myself thinking it was an uber issue, come to find out it was the store! They weren't doing anything with my order so my uber driver left.
I called and the store employee was a disrespectful (excuse my language) [censored]! He said we're close BRUH and hung up on me before i could even talk.. so i called back and said you just hung up on me? Whats your name, i want a manager, he said [censored] YOU dont worry about my name were closed and hung up again!... So i drove to the location and went to the door, he gave me the slit neck type thing as in saying we're closed i said nah man you just hung up on me TWICE i want a manager, he ignored me and wouldnt come talk to me so i went to the drive thru window and same response...
This is the WORST customer service i've ever experienced in my life! I want this man FIRED! I will contact anyone and EVERYONE i have to in order to see this through!
I ended up going across the street to McDonalds when typically i would definitely rather go to wendys, i'll tell you what i wont be going to wendys until this is resolved and you can believe i will be posting my experience everywhere if nothing happens with this...

Nektaria bullied my 11 year old child she was telling him to pick up his cup lid from the dirty counter top and he started crying. I should of called the police. And when I called the restaurant Nektaria answered and said she is the manager but the receipt said she is a host. This happened at 4:34pm 8/24/2021. No child with learning disabilities should be bullied.😢

In Charleston, West Virginia and South Charleston, West Virginia are doing a terrible job of taking correct orders; especially when specifically repeating the order. Example: "I would like to order two Dave's Singles - plain - nothing on the hamburger - including no cheese. I just want two plain hamburgers". I always repeat myself to be sure they understand the order. I am so tired of getting anything correct. I have spent a lot of money at Wendy's everyday. And the workers just cannot take an order correctly. I got home to eat, and the burger had cheese on it!
And also, it takes forever to get through a drive thru pick up. I have left a couple of times.
But today, once again, my order was not correct. They never give me a receipt. I guess that way, people cannot complain to a specific time, place, and order number. (South Charleston, WV Wendy's on MacCorkle)

May wife and myself ordered our food online. We ordered hamburger and chicken sandwich coke zero and root beer. We paid online. Thay said ok. Got to the winder and thay have Us a root beer but not coke zero. Thay said We ordered water. We told the girl We ordered coke zero and she said thay do not carry coke zero. That drank was online. She finely gave Us a diet coke. This is the Wendys in Forney Texas. We went there because the one in Terrell Texas Texas was bad also. Guess thay lost our business fer food.
Overpriced or incorrect order & poorly packaged
Third time in two months. My drive-thru order was wrong. All three times what I got was not what I paid for and what I got cost less than what I paid for. I would like to express my disappointment with your location at Wendy's on 59 Ave and Thunderbird Rd in Glendale, AZ:
I cannot afford to go out to eat often, I save my change and roll it, when I have enough money, I treat myself to a meal.
However, today, Aug. 18, 2021 at 4:30 my rolled $10.00 quarters were refused " Do to corporate policies" . My money was returned and I was sent on my way unless I had another means of payment. I do not make public scenes, I left feeling very disappointed and was led to feel my actions were inappropriate and stupid in the name your corporation. I would like to add that I work very hard for my money in a field that does not pay much, I am very well educated and have taught high school for 20+ years. I did not appreciate the manner in which I was treated. I am sorry if your corporation does not except my rolled coin. I will not be visiting your establishment again and will share my experience with others. I would hope in the future you will consider treating your customers with deserved respect.

Hamburger orders
They cannot make special orders. One time I ordered and all three hamburgers were incorrect.
This last time. I ordered a JBC only ketchup and extra pickle. No lettuce, mayo, onion.
Look how greasy that is. Do you see the extra pickles?
I order there a lot. And they never get it right.
One time they did not put cheese & bacon.
They put to much dam ketchup. It is dripping from the sides.
I have complained before. They are worse than ever.
But there chocolate chip cookies are good. hehehe

On 8/7/21, i placed an order in the kilmarnock, virginia, 22482 location. Farm & home placed an order for the staff in the amount of $100.00 or so. We received the confirmation number .
I sent an employee over for curb side pickup, only to be told they did not receive the order. No offer was made to correct the situtation.
We placed the order next door at mcdonalds and recieved our order in less than ten minutes.
Kilmarnock is a very small town. Word of mouth travels fast.
I would have a district manager follow up on this.

Closing dining room early
How you gonna close dining room before 4:00 pm on 8/4/2021 and still have a job. This ain't the first time I made a complaint over this. London oh in town. That store is the worst store in Ohio. Mold in the pop machine. I know someone who works there n they told me don't eat there anymore. Til they get that place cleaned up.

I have been to this location 3 times and I have had the worst experience. First time, I was told the system is down and we won't be able to service you, okay no problem. Second time, out system is down and we are only taking cash and it has to be the exact amount in cash, okay weird but again no problem. Third time, I am in the middle of a shift change and you need to wait, okay no problem I will wait. Well if you are going to wait I need you to get out of line and park because you are on my timer. Oh no I don't want to do that, I'll just wait until you are ready. They then respond by yelling at me " ma'am get out of my line you are on my timer" I then left. This is just crazy. This occurred today Sunday 8/1 at 230pm. I will never return. I am at cane's with a nice cashier and got my food in 2 mins and had no problems. I just thought someone should know this is occurring and it is very unnecessary

Wendy's taco salad
At approximately 5PM local time we went to the Wendy's drive thru located at 3939 E. Central Ave. Post Falls, ID 83854. We attempted to order a baked potato but, as so many other times in the past, they had no baked potatoes so I ordered a taco salad.
Upon arriving home, I found my taco salad to consist of lettuce, tomato and grated cheese. Nothing else. Your menu describes it with tortilla chips, salsa, sour cream and chili. Sour cream was included in the bag but nothing else. Since I ordered this for my meal, I found this very unsatisfying as the amount provided wasn't even equivalent to a very small side salad.
This Wendy's location has consistently given poor service and failed at providing the ordered goods when ordering through the drive thru and I feel someone needs to address this with the manager of the store if this location is to improve. Until that time, I will be getting any fast food choices elsewhere.

Just purchased a Frosty last night, in Northern California. It has been a few years since I had one. (My first Frosty ever was in Ohio, in 1974; so I KNOW what a Frosty should be.) The Frosty handed to me last night was not only a much smaller cup than expected (I ordered a "large" — which used to be a very tall cup — with the nostalgic intention of saving some for later), but what I received felt weightless! I thought I'd been handed a cup of AIR, like whipped egg whites. I ordered "chocolate" (presuming it would be the original Frosty flavour), but this new one had barely any taste beyond the sweet. The Frosty treats I had from over 40 years ago were chocolatey flavour, had density, thickness, and weight (definitely required a spoon!); this product — this cup of air — I received yesterday, is decidedly NOT like the original Frosty.

Some of the worst service I have ever received from Wendy's and it happened a little earlier today. The cashier, dont know name, was extremely rude to me, but polite to everyone else. I did nothing wrong to this woman, except order some food. She didn't greet me, ignored me some of the time, had a pissed off look on her stupid face. It took all I had to not slap her.
Because the employees simply do not care. They can give you whatever they throw out the window to you in a bag melted frosty and bad attitude and they still won't lose their jobs due to the fact that Noone wants to work anymore places are so pressed on help they dare not fire anyone. They want that 15 an hour then make the requirements for employment harder.
