Wendy’s Hot French fries fell on to my lap and legs

I visited our Wendy's yesterday. I was at the drive thru and was handed a bag with hot French fries and chicken nuggets. The bag was not sealed correctly at the bottom and everything fell through the bag and on to my lap. The lady at the window clearly seen that the fries were very hot and burning me through my pants on my lap and legs. I had to jump up off my seat and was picking up the hot French fries from my lap! She just stood there and said "let me get you more fries". When clearly I need a bag to throw the hot fries and chicken nuggets in! I had to ask for a bag. When I got home clear across town my legs were still red, not deep burns but red from the hot French fries. I called Wendy and they made me go all the way back to take pictures and write a statement. No one has called me to check on me or anything. All I was offered was a free small frosty. They didn't even offer to reimburse me for my order

Desired outcome: Reimbursement, something for my pain, loss of food and loss of time having to drive across town to go back to the store

Wendy’s Biggie bag

The food was cold and disgusting worst customer service experience took forever to get our cold food it was awful makes me never want to go to Wendy's again me and my coworker both got cold food for two separate orders that's beyond frustrating would like to speak someone about this [protected] this is not how we should of gotten our food or customer service we should of received while getting lunch

Wendy’s Cold food and slow service

I went to Wendy's in Marion Ohio (Delaware Ave) and got 2 of the 5$ biggie bags and spicy chicken. First they forgot half the order so I went back around went in and the got the food just to get home and have stale fries and cold food! I have had this happen twice now and don't think I will be making third trip! I have made complaints to the store itself and they say thanks for calling and they will look into it. Well it's still happening. Just wanted to let ya know so more people don't have same issue. Thank you

Wendy’s Biggie Bag

Got Biggie Bag at Drive thru. Went home and found a small burger with no bacon. Called store. Man listened and said hold on. Call was disconnected. When I called back was asked to put in my on existent code. Called the number on your site. After Avery long hold of n hour spoke to Rebecca's who said she would contact the Wendy's. In other words nothing was done. Not going back.

This used to be a great place to go for something to eat before I started work, the last few months have been very disappointing. There is no one at the window to take my order & I see them inside watching me as I pull away.I normally get there around 635-645 am. I am confused to whether they show up at 630 am., or the places opens at that time. Very disappointed.

Wendy’s Service for online ordering

I ordered online and paid. I then drove to the store and my phone said my order is ready just drive to the drive thru. I get to the window and the girl said, you have to wait in the line. I told her I already made my order and paid for it.

She said that I still have to wait or park in the parking lot and she would bring my order to me.
I just told her to please get my order. I asked her what is the purpose of the the online ordering for them. No answer. I am sick of that store. I only go there to get things for my 88 year old father.

Wendy’s Wrong items

I received the wrong items from store #1863 in Macedonia Ohio... ordered a bourbon bacon burger and received a regular hamburger, ordered a two junior burgers and they were just as worse with no toppings, all fries and chicken nuggets were cold... remind you I ordered at 11am thinking the food would be hot and the order would be correct, I was wrong about BOTH!

Desired outcome: At least store credits or a refund of my $22 that I spent

Wendy’s Fries

You ruined the fries. Seriously. They were great before you ever changed them. WHY change them? No one was complaining. One of the best around.

Wendy’s restroom

I was in Wendys on oct.04, 2021and the toliet in the womens handicap stall was leaking on the floor. There was a big puddle of water on the floor. Someone could slip and fall in that water on the floor.

Wendy’s Attitude and service of manager on duty at this time.

Even tho I received incorrect order what really bothered me was the managers attitude, harshness, and comment when I asked for an extra napkin to use for a bib because I did not want to get dripping's on my top.She was very nasty and said that is why we don't have anything because customer's ask for extra's.She became outraged when I asked for her name so I could tell Wendy's about her terrible representation of Wendy's.I have been a loyal customer for year's and have never complained before which shows how offensive this manager was. There was a gentleman in store also saying he wanted to contact Wendy's and complain about the same manager.The manager asked me to leave store and never come back. I tried calling to discuss this issue but phone line stay's on busy signal. I was asked not to come back and would like to get permission to return. store #[protected] date and time 10/04/2021 5:35 p.m. address of store 5330 Ridge Avenue Cinti.Ohio The manager on duty at this time.

Desired outcome: This person need's to be transferred from this Wendy's so I can return or totally dismissed because does not represent Wend's in a favoorable manner.

Wendy’s subscription

9/25/2021
I went to use my app to gain points and the widget was missing. I could not add any points to my account. I have tried to download it again and it says that the app is only good for an Iphone. I have a ZTE android and have been using it for quite a while. I can access my account on my pc but not on my phone. What do I do?

Wendy’s Wrong food

On 9/26, went to Wendy's in Oberlin, Ohio. Dining room was closed, so I had to use drive-thru. Ordered two big bacon classic meals; when I got home, discovered that I had gotten two new chicken cheddar meals. Was upset at not getting what I ordered, but decided to just eat what I did get. Must say, however, the chicken sandwich was DELICIOUS! Crispy on the outside, tender on inside, melted cheese on bun made the bun crispy, too. Flavors blended very well and it was a very good sandwich. However, would like more attention paid next time so I get what I actually ordered

Went to Wendy's ordered 2 kids chicken nugget meals, Caesar'chicken salad with extra tomatoes with a pinneapple-mango drink and ten piece nuggets with small fries. Did not get pineapple mango drink, cold fries and cold nuggets. No extra tomatoes. Tried to call them and phone automatically this connects. They did not give a receipt, I looked for it in all bags.

Wendy’s Customer service

Last night I ordered a Avocado chicken club and it was amazing. So tonight after a long day and not wanting to cook I went back for another. I put in my order with no issues. When I reached the window to receive my food that was already paid for at the prior window, I did not receive the coke I ordered so I also decided to check my bag to make sure everything was correct. I got a completely different sandwich than the night before. When I asked for the correct order, the young blonde girl rolled her eyes at me and grabbed someone else. I was told that the sandwich I ordered had been discontinued months ago (yes, the same sandwich I ordered without issues yesterday). The employee tried offering to add guac with extra charge. I had already paid for my order, and expected the correct order as no one told me it was discontinued when I placed the order OR when I paid for the order. The employee insisted on arguing about the nonexistent sandwich. Finally the frustration kicked in and I left. Without my drink, and with the wrong sandwich. I paid for a drink that I never received and a sandwich I never wanted. All I asked for was a correction. Or at the VERY least, I wish someone would have told me I wouldn't be getting the sandwich I ordered prior to paying for it.

Desired outcome: Less attitude/argument.
