Wendy’s

The Wendy's on Main St. Toledo, Ohio purposely lies when there's only a couple cars in the drive thru and says that they're only taking online orders and when more cars full up the drive thru they decide to start taking orders. They lie about being out of certain menu items such as frosties and I know they're lying because I ordered one online and as they gave it to me they were telling the person behind me their machine was down. The manager is a mid 30s black woman and gives customers a foul attitude and lies about service and closes early as well as lying about not accepting cash when it's late so that they can leave earlier and not have to count their door at the end of the night as they count it early and decline customers with cash. All around terrible service and I love the Wendy's brand and the customer service at every other location but this specific location is full of bad management that lies and verbally abuses customers
