Walmart review: blocking the isles with pallets of goods

Is it company policy for store stockers to leave full pallets in the middle of the isle so customers can not get passed? this has happened several times at the neighborhood market at 59th and Penn in Oklahoma City. Can the stockers not make sure the pallets are far enough to one side or the other so customers can make their way down the isles? The way I see things, is you make it hard for me to shop, I and many others will go elsewhere to shop.
