Walmart+
There is no real assistance offered. They won’t provide answers for lack of services and talk of escalations to management and other teams, but nothing is ever done. They talk you in circles until you just give up and leave them alone. I have my neighbor across the street that can have their Walmart groceries delivered with Walmart+ and have for the last 2 years, but they claim my area is not available. Also, my parents are over a mile further from the store and they receive deliveries. No one will take ownership of the problem or even attempt a fix. The customer service line states it is a store issue, but the store states I need to deal with customer service.
Desired outcome: I would like groceries delivered to my home or an honest answer as to why they can’t be.
Moto 5 g smart phone
On October 4th 2022 I bought a Moto 5g styles phone at Walmart, it is a Tracphone, on November 2nd 2022 the phone quit working altogether I called Tracphone around 4:00 PM they said they would e-mail me a return label and gave me a ticket # [protected]-5. I checked my e=mail around 4:30 and I did not receive any e-mail, I called Tracphone back around 5:30 PM and talked to another agent who said they had the e-mail wrong and he was resending the return label. The next day I checked my e-mail and there was no e-mail from Tracphone. On November 3rd I called Tracphone again in the morning and talked to another agent, gave her a different e-mail and I received the e-mail right away but was unable to open the return label to print out the label, so I called back later that day and spoke to another agent who said he would resend the e-mail and also mail me a label, that was over a week ago, I have no e-mail from Tracphone and no return label was mailed to me. I have called Motorolla about this issue and they said my phone was a Tracphone and I had to go through them. In the meantime I have had to Purchase another phone
Desired outcome: I want the $200.00 dollars refunded for the defective phone, I don't want a replacement or them to fix it because I had to buy a new phone, which I have to have for work.

Dear Sir or Madam:
I am writing this letter regarding a service I received from WALTMART.
My tires have a roadside contract on them both of my tires pick up a nail I return to the store to get them fix, they put my car on the rack for about an hour while I waited I saw the technician gathered with the service manager talking about my car I went and ask what the issue was with my car not being work on I was yelled and ask to get my car and leave the store by a rude lady I retrieve my car and left. I contacted customer on August 11,2022and explained that the service unsatisfactory. response was I will be receiving calls from the service manager and store managers Reyna Garcia or Elise Vasquez I am still awaiting their call this is my REF#[protected].
I paid $164.00for this service. payment was made by credit card the name of my credit card is CAPITAONE.
I would appreciate your assistance in resolving my complaint. I would a full to receive a full refund from WALTMART of the cost of service in the amount of $364.00 and other charges.

Samsung 70" tv
Bought a 70" Samsung tv from Walmart. TV has an internal cracked screen. Samsung will not repair or replace, they said we did it. Really, we handled the tv as carefully as possible. I think the damage was from shipping and handling. If these tv's are that fragile then Samsung should have it delivered and set-up it up themselves. So, the Samsung warranty is worth nothing, like a bag of stones. Very disappointing to pay so much a damaged product and get no warranty. I was a good customer, bought 5 tv's and appliances. They have not only lost a customer, but I certainly will spread the word far and wide how Samsung does not stand behind their products and they get Walmart to sell off the damaged ones.

Pick up
Every person put here at pick up have been waiting very long times for their pickup orders that were supposed to be ready. I have been out here over 45 minutes waiting. This is absolutely ridiculous. Noone would even pick up the phone and I called back to back for 30 minutes before finally getting out of my car and talking with an employee and then he "checked me in" but now I've been waiting 20 more minutes and still no order.
Desired outcome: Employees that will make sure our orders are on time.
Store delivery
Deliveries from store (Palmyra PA WM) are done incorrectly purposely.
In a lengthy time frame four (4) deliveries have been left at other residences with a picture posted but definitely not my house.
A house number is prominently displayed for all to see except the blind in quite large digits. The store is staffed with locals who are familiar with this small rural community as several live here. The most recent drive by scam was messaged to my phone as having been delivered. Immediately checking discovered a veranda void of packages. Several uses afterward a second (2nd) message tells if an attempted delivery and another will be scheduled.
WM customer service advised contacting the store. The store says to call Cust Serv. RoundRobin flimflam with the store protecting their friends. Does WM hire illiterates unable to read simple house numbers and street names? QUITE NOT so who does what to the person with my merchandise driving past but returning to the store with it? Left in the lurch needing items means going there to purchase plus doing without until then. Will WM corporate reprimand and correct those responsible for lack of duties. No word from WM as of today Nov 06 2022 Sunday on a replay.
Doubt this complaint will yield results. Prove me wrong prior to another deliver person lying with
"attempted delivery".
Suggestion; Hire honest individuals with integrity and dump the ones taking a ride to view the scenery.
Desired outcome: Purchased merchandise to be delivered as scheduled without excuses or apologizing from a cust service rep who can do very little while some fat cat at a desk in Arkansas cares little to none.

Never ending nightmare since My first ever online purchase with this highly customer unfriendly Walmart .ca from Sept 19/22. Not only these giant business people acting very secretive & non-transparent about the NO DELIVERY of my confirmed & paid for item with no explanations given, followed by their unilateral order cancellation again with no explanations. Then they claimed they had refunded me on Oct 11/22 & kept saying the same excuse scripts online chats, over the phone & through emails that the money was refunded as on Oct 11/22 & so on.
I spent hours after hours repeatedly & exhausedly telling these incompetiant Walmart people a few days after Oct 11/22 that the refund is NEVER received online, by emails & over the phone. Even their so called " Managers" were all indifferent & incapable of helping me other than repeating their scripted answers. For another few hours last night, my bank & a bank manager did confirm that such refund NEVER RECEIVED, only a withdrawal on Sept 19/22 for that amount.
I FEEL THAT EITHER SOMEONE WAS LYING REPEATEDLY about refunding me or something fishy & very wrong with Walmart.ca and/or the Marketplace business involved. I feel that I would not waste anymore time reaching out to these absolutely USELESS Walmart people but to keep sharing with & revealing my experience to other consumers.
The last Walmart.ca Manager I spoke to early afternoon on Nov 3/22 denied my request to communicate with someone higher than him & the totally ridiculous & TOTALLY USELESS "escalating team" who I feel is simply using the same template/script to tell me the refund was made on Oct 11/22, etc. & nothing else.

I have contacted Walmart two times with a request for replacement or refund and was told that the manufacturer would contact me with in two days on October 6, 2022. Nothing has happened either by Wiscky or Walmart to date as of October 30, 2022.
I am disabled and depend on the machine to function which it is not doing cutting me at a health risk.

We buy everything's in Walmart by interned because we are disabled, we always check the bank account we were very disappointed with this store return few things for different issues we didn't find the return money from Walmart.
We want to denounce this issue because money is tied, especially for sick people like us.
Furthermore, we really but if they don't give the money back we are going to stop buying in Walmart star buying on Amazon, nobody never had problems with returning money.
I want people to check their return money from Walmart to be sure. They have been doing for a long time, I don't know if it is Walmart or some employer, but they have to give the money back.

I purchased a SecureSpend gift card from the Southaven, MS (walmart) store.
ID 7RGZ3095006 - this is the transaction code.
When the card was to be used - it was found that the card had been hacked.
The amount was 350.00 - purchased on 9/10/2022
2 transactions were recorded - one in FLORIDA to fanclub.com. It was 301.00
and a 2nd one in Arkansas for 47.00.
These were done over the internet. I live in Mississippi. I did not make these transactions and I am struggling to get my money back.
I have called Vanilla Mastercard to get this done. I am just delayed or wait on hold for hours.

Vision center, prescription lenses promised but improperly made
I paid for custom made, prescription reading lenses that dr. James dimarco of their optometry office within the wal-mart location of n. Mesa street, el paso, texas, had prescribed. I paid almost $300 (three hundred dollars). I had to wait another 7-10 days for my prescription glasses to be made. When their staff called me over the telephone, left message for me to pick up my glasses, ready for pickup, the lenses were not made as prescribed, and the staff there wanted another $100 from me to fix it. I could only see clearly through the middle of the lenses, the surrounding area of the center of both lenses were blurred and were not custom fit tailored to the doctor's order. They misquoted the price to me, and wanted another $100 from me to fix it, in addition to waiting another 10 days. I said, no. I gave the glasses back, and in turn, their vision center staff refunded my money that i had paid at initial consultation. It seemed as though they were playing games with the time and monies of wal-mart customers that truly needed prescription glasses. Vision impairment is not a game and definitely not a laughing matter. Their vision centers have lots of complaints against them. Now, i understand why. Their optometrists gage prescriptions all wrong. There was some unprofessional behaviour between the optometrist and the folks working at their vision store that issues the glasses. The optometrist was not dressed like a professional doctor, he was dressed like a school teacher, rather than a doctor. My experience there was not good.
Desired outcome: IMPROVE THEIR STANDARDS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE TO THEIR VISION CENTER PATIENTS. STOP TELLING LIES TO THEM.
Wreaths Online Purchase
Rec’d wreaths 9/15 started a return which said said all free returns and it did not go through. I filed a dispute with PayPal, sent email to seller (YZHTSJ) he responded to return wreaths to address he provided. I paid $25 USPS to return, never heard back. PayPal denied my claim because they said I returned to the wrong address, I told him that I have the email where the seller told me to return. So now I’m out $25, the cost of the wreaths and the wreaths! I closed my my acct with PayPal I sent them numerous screen shots of proof of my case! I was charged $63.88 for the wreaths I would like my money back!
Straight talk activation kit
Purchased a Straight Talk activation kit and the scratch off pin # was damaged during my gentle and careful scratch off as instructed. Now the $35 card is useless without the pin # and Wal-mart won't refund according to their phone card policy. Legally, they are responsible for selling a defective product. I followed the instructions and the pin was still damaged (missing 2 digits).
This happened before with American Airlines gift card and they sent a replacement, like Wal-mart should.
I am sure that if I buy another Straight Talk card from Wal-mart and ask the store manager to scratch off the pin, the same thing would happen (damaged pin). I might need to do this to prove my point.
Desired outcome: Refund of $35 plus tax.Stop doing this to innocent people. Happens a lot with gift cards too.
27 inch x 48 inch mini blinds
Hi, I purchased some items on 10/16 around 12:15 pm at the Waldorf Walmart for $35.81. I forgot the mini blinds I purchased at self check out. The next day I realized and went to the store. I couldn't find the receipt so the customer service lady used my credit card and found the purchase and verified the blinds. I asked what happens when someone leaves something behind and another women (supervisor?) said they put it back on the shelf. I was told security will have to look at footage and see if I actually left them behind and they would call me back. That was the 17th and haven't heard back. I tried to call but no one picks up. I ended up buying another one and would like a refund for the first one.
I do a lot of shopping at Walmart and .com and wouldn't lie about blinds that cost 10.00. If someone pays for something I would think it could be put in customer service for a few days in case someone comes back.
