Online order never shipped or received!
I purchase a product online from Walmart.ca and the website states if I pay for my order within a specific time frame that it would be delivered by Friday April 14, 2023. So, I placed my order which was for approx $600.00. Got my confirmation of the order and the email from Walmart stated that I would receive an email with delivery details etc. later on that night I did in fact receive an email with the confirmation or the order processed completed and a tracking number for the carrier to be delivered April 14. So April 14 come around. I stay home waiting for my order and it never arrived. I call Walmart that tell me that the Carrier is suppose to ship it and to call them. So I call the carrier and they tell me that they never got any order from Walmart and to call Walmart back. I call Walmart, they tell me that they printed the waybill and shipping label and the carrier is supposed to pick it up and to call them.I call the carrier back and they say they no nothing about the order and they literally have no idea what’s going on and to call Walmart. I call Walmart back and they tell me they are going to open up an investigation and will get back to me in 2-3 days because the item is still in there warehouse and it’s not shipped ? I ask Walmart who dropped the ball on this order and they blame the carrier, the carrier blames Walmart and I’m. Wing told once these two chat over the next few days they’ll

Just out to lunch here, I find this absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional business practices to have me going back and forth between these two companies and no one had the audacity to contact me about me order, now I have to sit here and wait for these two to chit chat about who dropped the balls and then get back to me about when they are going to ship my item that I paid for in full to be delivered April 14th. I’m told by Walmart customer service that I should hear back from them no later than April 19th about the status of my order and when they will ship it! I’ll just sit here and play with my fingers waiting for a phone call or email I guess?
Walmart charged me twice for one transaction
Everything is on camera, everywhere we go. I tried to get some help yesterday, the employees at walmart are prejudice because I am a native american. They look at me mean, or they will brush me off to someone else, saying they can't help me.
This happened yesterday Wednesday, April 12, 2023. The lead superviser yesterday was Sally? She is the meanest, most hateful employee there. She just looked at me mean when I was standing in line at customer service. Other customers were standing line, they just walked away too, There were about four to six employees standing around customer service. They never acknowledged the customers standing there, they just looked at us mean and kept doing whatever they were doing.
Today, I went back maybe if I avoided the mean hateful day employees someone else would help. They act like this money is coming out of their pocket. I got tired of arguing with these employees who would not refund me my money walmart owes me.
I called my back City National today and aske if walmart charged me, they said yes they did. The bank said walmart owes me the money not the bank.
I want a lawyer.
Everything can be proven on security cameras.
Why do employees go to work if they don't want to do their job? I talked to three different managers today and all they wanted to do was argue, saying that walmart did not owe me the money. I said I have my bank statement to prove walmart charged me for something I did not get.

Refused to give a receipt
I order online groceries at Walmart in Sebastian, FL for my 96 year old blind mother and her caregivers pick up the order. I have requested the caregivers be given a receipt of the order to compare against the groceries they received and have been told many times by customer service that that should not be a problem. Today I finally was able to speak to someone in the pickup area and was told they have no access to the receipt and no way to give it to the caregivers. That whomever places the order is emailed a receipt. That's me, and I'm 1300 miles away! Why can't they either be given a duplicate receipt or a copy of the packing order they use to fill the order? I have contacted customer service many times and have been told to contact the manager of the store. I have tried that as well and most times there is no answer, and in fact, when I finally spoke with the operator, she had never heard of the person customer service told me was the manager. The manager is on a 3 month leave and the co-manager I was told was not in and no offer to have him/her contact me. Just transferred me to the pickup department where I was told they could not give the caregivers a receipt. Why is this so difficult, and why am I being given such a run-around?
Desired outcome: That the caregivers picking up the food orders be given a duplicate receipt.
Misleading Prices
To Whom it May Concern:
Today I was delighted to see pillows on sale in a bin marked $4.97 at the Edinburgh Walmart in Chesapeake, VA.
I took a photo & went to check out my merchandise. When I scanned the pillows which I had taken from the bin, they rang up $7.95. The customer service rep told me that was the price even though I had a photo of similar pillows in the bin. She said I could only have one of the 4 according to hour policy.
I have been shopping at Walmart ever since it opened & never had an issue like this. We talking low priced items here, not an outdoor pavillion.
These pillows were to be a gift for our grandson's new home. As you can imagine, I am disappointed in more ways than one. I would love to get these 4 pillows at the price shown on the display if they remain.

Unauthorized charges
April 7th I had a charge of 474.12 to my money card. Tried to report it stolen and was left on hold so long, that the person who had my number tried to take the REST of my money. Reported the card stolen to someone I couldn't understand at all, who assured me he would file a dispute on my behalf, was not done. Called again and speaking with people who talk over me, can't answer questions and I have YET to hear anything, much less get the money back stolen from me. Bad business, I have to say. I'm far from don't.
Desired outcome: To have what was taken from me, or at the very least speak to someone who understands what I'm saying so I can at least try.
Walmart money card/green dot
This the 3 rd complaint against the WalmartCard Green Dot I have posted on this site! Read previous posts I wrote about how they took $116.00 out of my direct deposit Nov.17,2022! The card was nit in my name it was in my roommates name. Apparently he had unauthorized charges and he called them to inform them of this matter. They told him they had to investigate this and he would here back in 45 days. Instead if getting back, they took it upon thenselves to steal my money which they are not allowed to do. Informed social security about this crime and sent them my receipt from proving what crime they commutted! I have written walmart, green dot and have got no response. I have xalled many times only to get people who dont speak english! I did get a supervisor from Green dot who was extremely rude and also did not speak english as well. She wouldnt give me my money. Has been 5 months now and it needs to be resolved immediately! I am on a very low fixed income! Due to the outrageous high cost of food and rent & bills I have, I need my money to buy food to survive! Barely surviving let alone had 2 anxiety attacks which is not good for my health! Cant handle the stress of this crime they pulled! Please help me get my $116.00 returned!

Pick-up service situation
I wanted to make this complaint concerning my recent pick-up experience at my local Salem, Va. Walmart while it was fresh in my mind...I have been a long time shopper at this store for 10 yrs. plus and using the pick-up service for over 3 yrs. because I am a senior and it's difficult to get around now but I have NEVER experienced such bad service as I received on Fri. and Sat. 4/7 and 4/8 !
I ordered my groceries on-line (like always) on Fri. morning to pick-up at 3pm later that afternoon about 15 min. before I was to pick-up my order I was text that it would not be ready till Sat. at 3pm? I thought this was really strange but I thought ok I realize this is a holiday weekend ? Eventhough this had never happened before not even at Christmas that I had to go the next day?
On Sat. morning I was texted my order was going to be 2 hrs. late which meant 5pm or later? At around 6pm I received several texts letting me know my order was ready to pick-up so my husband went to the store at 7:15p to pick-up order husband text at 8:15 still no groceries? I called and the guy I spoke with ...assured me groceries would be at the car by 8:30 I said ok if they are not I want to cancel my order which is around $165 Husband called back at 9:15 and still no groceries? I called back and spoke to the same guy and explained what he had told me before and still no groceries to the car? He said he could not cancel my order that after all this I would have to call some other person? I said look I just want my groceries! It's Easter and I'm expecting company and I should have already started cooking ! He said they would be to my car in 20 more min.! So they were FINALLY delivered to my car at 10:40! This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE...actually I am pretty easy-going about such things but I want to know how you are going to remedy this situation? When Kroger messes up like this they issue you a $20 credit on your groceries (and you don't even have to ask for it) I am sure I am not the only person you will be hearing from concerning this. I have NEVER been so upset dealing with an apparent miss-managed situation before! Totally unacceptable customer service! Feel free to check how much I've spent at this store over just this last year.

Incompetent customer support
I tried using a walmart. Ca $20 e voucher multiple times following all their steps to use this online & failed every time.
There was no information that a minimum $ order value was required or other conditions whatsoever when I received this in oct/22
Walmart. Ca has been giving me problems after problems since sept/22 re my orders. I received this useless e-voucher from walmart. Ca as a shameful token yet it cannot be used as per their voucher email instructions & conditions from oct/22.
I consider this on-going incompetence & deceptive tactics walmart. Ca employs against me totally unacceptable.
I did everything right & correct with my orders & have followed fully their conditions how to use this e-voucher.
Walmart. Ca's improper tactics & continued incompetence are all wasting my time repeatedly for over seven months & this nightmare walmart. Ca has been giving me seems endless!

The item received on March 30 in an extensively damaged box. The delivery service dropped it off without notifying anyone in the house or we would not have accepted delivery. We immediately contacted Walmart Shenzhen Bluetus Technologies for a replacement. Bluetus wants to repair the damage and that is unacceptable as we do not know what internal damage there are. Attempting to authorize a return through you automated system does not work.
Please tell us how to return or exchange the damaged product. The box remains unopened.

To whom it may concern,
We would like to tell you about our experience at your Las Vegas store Walmart 3350, and how one of your fantastic staff, Taylor, went above and beyond to help us.
But another member of staff John caused us a lot of unneeded stress due to his incompetence and total lack of knowledge.
We were a couple on holiday from the UK visiting our Son and we decided to go buy a pay as you go sim from Walmart (on Sat 18th March 11am) to use on our phone so we could keep in contact with him.
We asked for help and a man called John (he had long grey hair and grey beard) helped us to choose a no contract sim with AT&T.
We were unsure if it would work but he told us that if it did not work on our phones, he would refund us what we had paid, so we believed him and bought one and tried to use it.
BUT the sim would not work on either of our phones.
So after an hour we could not get the sim to work whatever we tried to do.
We tried to find John to get our money back, but we could not find him so we asked Taylor for help with our refund.
We explained to her why we had bought it etc, she understood what we needed and she tried so hard to help us connect the phone with AT&T.
Then she explained to us it was not possible to have a refund, and so we told her what John had said about a full refund.
She was amazed someone had told us it was possible to have a full refund on a sim deal and she believed we had been mis - sold the sim by John.
So she explained that we needed to buy a cell phone.
We then had to buy a cell phone, otherwise we would lose the $40 from the sim.
She believed we had been given the wrong information about the sim and was really upset for us and very sympathetic to us and apologized for this.
We decided to take her advice on a cell phone and it all worked fine.
But if we had not asked Taylor for help, it could have been a very different outcome.
So we just wanted to relay our thanks to her for being so patient and professional with us and going above and beyond to get us sorted.
I do hope you relay our warmest thanks to her for her help on that day.

Walmart security
Recently I was apprehended for theft at walmart. Never stole anything in my life but was put in the back of a police car,searched,had a mug shot taken,had to hire a bail bondsman,and had to hire a lawyer. I have shopped at this store for 30 years giving them at least 10% of my hard earned salary a year.
I return ,at court, when going to stand for my alleged charge, I was slapped with another charge. I tried to get more information but walmart only send limited information on one and a copy of a blacked out receipt. I am not a thief. Can't get justice. Will never spend another penny there
Walmart vision center
The treatment that I received today makes me sick to my stomach. No, I don't always have time to pay attention to and respond to texts during the week especially with such short notice when I have WORK and KIDS that take first priority from 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM plus other appointments, etc...and the list goes on. Not to mention, I live in a rural area without great service. I specifically scheduled this appointment to fit my schedule and now I am absolutely out of luck. Texting for confirmation at 8:19 PM is absolutely inappropriate. The communication that I received also said please cancel within 24 hours, which is reasonable, however additional confirmation required is innapropriate and was not communicated in a reasonable or timely manner. I obviously made the appointment to fit my schedule, which should certainly be confirmation. This situation should be unbelievable, but such is the absolutely terrible healthcare system in this country that you proved yet again. Thanks for the absolutely unnecessary and incredible inconvenience and the awful treatment that I will now have to deal with on top of everything else as an actual productive citizen, as opposed to most people you deal with, apparently. Every person I spoke to at your facility was absolutely arrogant and incredibly ignorant to the challenges of an incredibly hard-working and busy working parent, who also lives in a rural area. The front desk receptionist laughed about the situation and the technician was incredibly condescending and even dishonest about his communication. Your procedures should be illegal and considered discrimination.
Garden center
Hello, my name is richard sinclaire and i have a question and concern: walmart center located at dowlen road beaumont tx. I currently oversee a nursing faculity as of 02/13/2023 where i oversee 13 patients including my dad as they love to plant flowers, so we started out at walmart in the garden center where they found more than they ask for (ms tina) such a jewel everyweek we came back where she picked out a different plant and they named them together. This lady has helped me in more ways than one with my clients until she was no longer there in garden center. I stop by occassionally to see if she returned as my surprise the gentleman on the forklift says the same we waiting because we need her back here. Upon leaving out the garden center i ran into ms tina (nothing but smiles on her face) i asked her when she coming back, she replied she cant because the coach doesnt feel comfortable with her there... Comfortable? what does that means? maybe he needs to go ms tina is a blessing helping customers there. Ms tina even made 13 necklaces with a flower symbol ( garden center crew) and brought them to nursing home and she has one as well. I told her we was stand behind her 100 percent & we'll return when she returns.

I bought a TV from Walmart in October of 22 February 15th of 23 the color went all crazy on the screen I contacted the manufacturer for warranty they told me to send pictures and a copy of my receipt which I did through email emailed me back and said they see that the TV is at fault and they would send me out of replacement one within 3 to 5 days it's been 2 months now and I still haven't received my replacement or my money back every time I call them they tell me I will get tracking information for my TV by the end of that day the end of that week or the end of the month which never happens every time I call they give me the exact same BS

I was ordered in January 2023 and after tracking it showed delivered on 1/23/2023 but I never received it. I sent many emails to them and they said they were reshipping. as of todate 3/31/2023 I have not received it and they stopped answering my emails.

I ordered 4 Toyo open country at3s on sale for $140 dollars a tire. Today they decided to cancel my order and tell me the tires are not on sale and now they are $350 a tire. I called and they told me i was out of luck and didn't even off anything else similar to make up for it. So basically my order got cancelled because i bought a product that was falsely advertised and told i was out of luck. I will absolutely not shop with walmart anymore unless i have to. This was the final straw.
Desired outcome: I want my tires for the price i paid. Or at the very least something similar for the same price.
Use of electronic motorized shopping carts.
I haven't shopped at WM in 26 months. Decided to shop last Wednesday. Same thing happened to me as the last time. (Reason why not a fan of WM). Two years ago four people including a manager stopped me at the door. I was using an electric motorized shopping cart. All four people tried to prevent me from leaving the store with electric cart. I was extremely angry. The manager was the worst of the four. Idiot even puffing up his chest as if authortive move( I laughed). One of them even called the police(showed up as I was driving out of the parking lot)
As soon I I calmed down at home I called your complaint department. I was told " of course you can take them out of the store" I filed a formal complaint( at least that's what I asked for). I tried to call the lead store manager to no avail.
I finally decided to shop the other day...only to be told as I was leaving the store in motorized cart" those can't leave the store" from the courtesy clerk.
I told her she was wrong...kept going. Success! I got out of the store w/o major confrontation.
I don't look at it as success. I still look at it as harassment. Both store visits were preventable.
I am handicapped. I use a walker. I have great trouble walking. I would like to feely shop, freely spend,freely leave store as a free American.
Jesus(manager) was the first horrible encounter. Still works at location.
If this happens again ill be contacting an ADA attorney.
I just hope others aren't being treated this way.

Unauthorized use of my benefits card
Onl 3l/21/2023,I placed an order with Walmart,although there was and is another method of payment on the account,I put another pay method to be used for the order.
When I discovered this I called Walmart,told them what the problem was,and wanted them to reverse the charges back to the card that was authorized to use.
On 3/25/2023,there was a voicemail on my phone asking if the probl had been resolved?I called back to Walmart,after speaking with a rep.,and was getting no where,I ask to speak with a manager or someone in charge.Aperson came on line and identified himself as the manager and his name is Gary, proceeded to tell me there was nothing he,they could do.
I wrote to the CEO and was contacted through Email from a Jesus,who told me the same thing as the Gary person.They made the error they should fix it
Desired outcome: Ok,I want Walmart to reverse the charges and put on the card they had authorization to use.Make me whole.
