Walgreens review: Vaccinations

We had 5:00 appointments today, Oct 10, to get our flu vaccinations. We arrived at 4:45 and waited in line to be taken. We were told to have a seat & wait until we were called (questionnaire filled out online prior to appointment). When it got to 5:30, I asked how much longer we'd have to wait & was told there were still 3 people ahead of us. Why bother to make an appointment if the time is not honored? They told me they were behind because of a one hour power failure but no one in the surrounding area had this problem. The same way they made sure to text us to remind us of the appointment, the same way they could have texted us to tell us of the delay. Needless to say, we cancelled our appointments & went elsewhere & were taken as soon as we walked in. It's an absolute disgrace that Walgreens can get away with something like this. They actually have NO regard for the customer.
