Walgreens review: I want a response

Today: February 17, 2023. Pharmacy # 15137.

Upon picking up my prescription at 3:09pm I found my item FSA RX 2926511 not in its normal packaging. This RX for Eliquis 5mg tabs is supposed to come in a sealed bottle. For years, I've obtained this RX sealed and when I asked why the change; I received an extremely rude and flip answer. Please bear in mind I was completely civil, I just wanted to know the reason for an unsealed container. In addition I requested a re-count of the RX; whereas, I've been shorted on other prescriptions at this location. They didn't want to re-count, but I insisted. They said there was nothing they can do, because the Eliquis comes from a warehouse in Orlando. The Walgreens Pharmacy employees said I could go to CVS, if I didn't like their packaging. Quite frankly, I no longer trust Walgreens. This prescription is extremely expensive and is vital to my health. Proper handling is paramount for my safety, I can't rely on multiple people handling this important RX.
