I made online appointment for a Covid test, after answering all questions and submitting my insurance information. Arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment time. They asked me to sit and wait.
First, they could not find my appointment on their computer. It took them 10 minutes to find it after I showed them my confirmation. They asked me to sit again. After 10 minutes they asked me if I have insurance. I had already given that information online on their form. So, I gave them my insurance card, they could not find the field to enter the insurance information. At this point I had waited half hour with no light in site. I decided to leave and go somewhere else for the test. They did not care or try to get help from anyone else to do their job. This is my last time using Walgreen for anything.

It’s hard enough to get a control med prescription for a post surgery. I fave been in extreme pain from back surgery. So when the drive through speaker system went down, I had to go in. Wait in line for 30 min to find out they are working on it for 3 days?! Now it’s in Q but I have to wait another 30 minutes and they will page me on the PA. So now it’s another 30 min and no page. So I finally get a txt saying ready for pickup and still no page. I go past 15 people waiting, to the counter and success! Its ready and just under 3 days and 2 hours.
