The customer service is absolutely terrible; 10-15 wait. The only care about the drive-thru.
As you seen about 10 of them in that area. But the front counter there is no one, this is not how you treat your customers! Loyal customer for years.
Went into Tim's to get my morning coffee. This was at 7:55 am. I waited in a long line-up to the door. There are 3 cashes but only one seemed to be working at the station. I proceeded to wait and wait and wait, till finally I got served, but still only the one person at the station, but while others were open but with nobody there, down by the drive thru. I walked out of Tim's at 8:10 am.

The difference between you and the rest of the people waiting in line is that they are old and mature enough to wait patiently. i
