So I'm in the Middleton valley store quite a bit. More times than enough, there is this 1 woman that is unprofessional. I wasn't going to say anything but I was there today, when a young woman handed her resume in. She said to her, you don't have any disability, like ADHD cause i can't stand them. She treats the staff like dirt. Why don't know one see this or don't you care about customer service?
I believe her name is Fran if this helps.
Tim Hortons - Employee
At your location in Middleton Nova Scotia, I had the unfortunate experience with one of your employees. To be laughed at, treated like like less of a human, all because of my disability is unacceptable behaviour. Whether they are behind the counter or outside an amount of decency should be expected in such a small community, from employees at Tim Hortons. Suffering from a genetic disease of the nervous system, Parkinson's to be precise, is difficult enough. Being judged and laughed at by your employee, Ashley is the name, and having her telling others I'm some sort of drug addict is unacceptable!
Shame on you for employing such a discourteous, uneducated, ill-mannered, disrespectful person.
Desired outcome: Fired
Tim Hortons - Not enough coffee
I frequent this Tim Hortons frequently through out the day and evening. Only in the evening time do I have issues. The last 3 times after 3pm I've received 3/4 of a cup of coffee.
Tonight I opened both coffees asked for a small black. Which I had no intention of paying for.
I informed the employees the coffee was to go up to the black line. Which the coffee was no where near the black line.
The lady making the coffee. Seemed half pissed off when I voiced my complaint.
I pay for a full cup. Not 3/4 of a cup.
Desired outcome: People to know how to do there job accordingly.
