Employees attitudes and comments
Employee with ugly piercing above lip and large red headed employee was both extremely rude and messed up my entire order! Terrible service and I will not be back. Employees also stated that they didn't want to serve anyone and was talking about me behind the window. Also slammed window in my face. Need nicer employees like the male manager with face tattoos, he is the best!

Dear Tim Hortons President and CEO,
One quick question below:
Is it okay for a friend to buy me coffee if I lost my mask in the stormy weather while I remain outside in Montreal Tim Hortons cold weather?
Thank you very humbly for your reply as soon as possible.
I look forward to receiving your reply.
Cordially,
Elizabeth T. Starr

Good Evening, My name is Cecile Delaney and my Tims reward card number is G04449QDW9JK. Today Oct 10th I activated 2 chocolate glazed donuts which I won on my Tims roll up the rim. I then went to the local Tim Hortons and ordered 2 chocolate glazed donuts and I also ordered 4 large dark roast coffees which I buy often and know that it comes to $8.88. She said your total is $11.85 and I said you must be mistaken as I activated 2 donut wins. She said that is the total so I paid it then came home. When I got here I did not get my 4 roll up to win cups so I called the store where I got my order in St George NB. She told me to call the number on the back of my card which there isn't even one. This isn't the first time this has happened to me but I feet I need to complain and I want the 4 roll ups that I purchased today. Awaiting your reply, Cecile Delaney
Desired outcome: my 4 roll up to win which I did not get with my coffee purchase
Suggestion for Tim Hortons
I have a gluten allergy and really like Tim Hortons wraps. Suggestion. Can Tim Hortons have gluten free wraps and offer that option ? Even gluten free English muffin for breakfast……
This way I eat at Tim's while my family orders
I think this would increase your customers too.
Please let me know
Kindly

Not able to answer questions re problem
For three weeks now I have been trying to link two rewards cards or tranfer the balance on the old card to the new card. I have gone in 3 times to the store asking for help which no one seems to be able to do. I have called for digital help which they sent me an email telling what I should do. It did not work so I called back two more times with no...
Read full review of Tim HortonsMy rolls have not been showing up on my account for two days now.
I go to TH every day and roll up the rim every day when I get home. For the last two days, I do not have any rolls. I used my card like I do everyday.
Desired outcome: Would like the problem fixed
Workplace bullying/harassment by Amanda Sanders
I worked for Tim Horton's in Watford, Ontario around May, 2021. While working here I was bullied and harassed by the manager Amanda sanders and a 19 year old supervisors named elaine. What she did included * yelling and swearing at me when I was preparing to leave at the end of the day for 'not doing my job' when it was 1 minute until my shifts end while...

Wedges missing. Called back, phone # out of service.
It's bothersome bc I asked the person at the drive thru if everything was included. Package seemed too light.
It's just wedges but the phone # for store should be active. [protected]
My card # is P3YL-MR2X-QNEK.
If is possible, would like the credit to order wedges again.

Service
I order my chili with a Boston cream donut. At 1019 Dundas in London. I waited 10 minutes at the drive thru until they taken my order. But when I got to the window I told them my order was not right. I ask if she can fix it.I got the window slammed with a very rude not professional lady. What IS TIM HORTON doing about this. If I would be the owner I would talk to my staff.THIS is NOT acceptable.
Very bad customer service .
This Tim hortons is spoiling the timhorton image.staff is totally untrained not following the rule and regulations.donot care about customer.specifically in drive thru.Plz take some step seriously
Coffee and belt
I have complained before about this Tim Hortons as I live next to it. Every single time I wait in about a 15 minute line up with hardly any vehicles. Today I asked for a bagel belt I asked for Mayo they put so much on I couldn't even eat it I had to wait till I got home to scrape off most of it. I asked for half coffee half French vanilla and it tastes like coffee with a tiny bit of cream. I am so overly disappointed by this tim Hortons. Everyone I speak with who lives in Armstrong won't even go there anymore because the customer service is so awful and orders are always wrong.
Drive thru
Sat in drive thru for 24 minutes at 236-3:00pm to get coffee and Tim bits. Unreal. And no apology. When I was at window, they still had not grabbed my Tim bits and had to do that at that time so it's not like hot food slowed them down. The two people ahead of me only got beverages. I do not expect this from a fast food location that's primarily coffee and...

Good Day
I am emailing you for the terrible customer service I have had at the Tim Hortons' store in Barrhead, Alberta, Canada. My spouse and I camp up at the Barrhead location all summer long and it is a real treat when we go into town and stop at the Tim's there. Well the three times I have gone in there it has been the worst service ever, fist time they charged me for four coffee's when I ordered two, ending up to say give the two people in line a free coffee on me. Then the second time I go in there a few weeks later only to be told sorry no food today our baker didn't show up, what! Do you not have people trained to step in? Third time again a few weeks later I go in order two coffee's and a sandwich pay for it and remembered it was roll up the rim, asking if I can scan my phone. Only being told sorry to late you already paid for your purchase. Wow first why are they not asking customer's if they have the scan so they can get the roll up to win? If this is how the Tim Horton's is going to be running the business for the future then as such a loyal customer for over 45 years I will move onto another coffee house. I was not impressed at all, three strikes against them!
Thank you
Maggie Culford
Desired outcome: Train the staff
substituting milk products without customer knowledge
Date of incident - Oct 1, 2021
Client number - not aware of any client number
Order number 9169 placed at 10:06am
Ordered 1 large dark roast coffee (2 cream, 1 sugar)
Ordered 1 medium steeped tea (3 milk)
I placed a mobile order, came to the order screen and I was asked for my order. I said I had a mobile order for Kristine. A few seconds went by, I was then asked for my order number. Time went by again and asked if what my order number was again. After a minute my order was finally located.
I was asked to pull up to the window for pick up.
I picked up the 2 beverages and drove away. Very shortly there after I noticed a distinct taste difference in my steeped tea.
I returned back to the store to request a new tea. It was at that time I was told that they ran out of milk and substituted my tea with Almond milk. This was not advised to me at the time that the substitution took place and given the choice I would have changed my order.
When I spoke to the apparent manager on duty who refused to give her name, I attempted to advise her the consequences of changing orders without customers knowledge which in my case could have had dire consequences. The manager was complacent in her responses with several other staff standing around watching our interaction. She was more concerned with serving the next customer in line then addressing this issue of substituting the order without knowledge or consent.
I have no confidence that the manager nor staff realize that by substituting orders without peoples knowledge could be extremely dangerous and life threatening for those with nut allergies.
This needs to be immediately brought to the owners awareness and I would like confirmation that some action has been taken and what that action was.
Drive thru service
The Tim Hortons at King St. and ritson rd. in Oshawa has the worst drivethru in Ontario with their afternoon shift. It takes the staff 5 mins per car. And when you get to the speaker to order they ask you to wait. The afternoon shift at this location is the slowest group of employees in the history of time. PLEASE PICK UP THE PACE AND STOP HIRING TEENAGERS THAT THINK THEY ARE GETTING PAID TO SOCIALIZE!
Desired outcome: Fire those who aren't there to work
Time wasted
Tim Hortons on Graham Avenue Winnipeg, MB. The service was good until a year or so ago when it went totally down hill. I wait I. The mornings to catch my 8:00 am bus. One cashier insists on talking to people instead of decent service and the others are so slow I have to be there at least 15 mins ahead to not miss my bus. Today a woman came in without a mask...
