Tim Hortons

Tonight we waited half an hour in the drive-through line after placing our order. We ordered two coffees and two roast beef and cheese sandwiches. When we got to the takeout window, the rude server informed us that they were out of tomatoes. This was after he took my payment. So I told him give me my money back I'll just buy the two coffees. He left the window and about five minutes later a rude female came to the window and plopped my refund in my hand. While we waited in the lineup, We observed six vehicles backing up out of the line and leaving without even ordering. Never did any staff member even offer an apology.

The customer service is horrible at the Walmart tims in steinbach, Mb.

The products are not filled up - they gossip with each other and they are so rude when we order our stuff.

The manager is so rude and has no customer service at all.

They never have decaf coffee made.

I also order iced Capp's often and they say their machine is down or they have ran out of product.

I am no longer going to be buying tims from this location!
