Loaded bowl
For this location …. At 25 Donwood Dr, Winnipeg, MB R2G 1N3,
For one I don’t know who’s in charge of managing this outfit either too cheap to staff people or the people they have in there have absolutely no idea what they’re doing. I’m the fifth car in the lineup on average and it takes 10 to 15 minutes for me to to make it through there that is one thing the other is the loaded bowls when they first came out they look just like the picture wonderful product but after ordering to through there they were barely half full and barely anything in there and we have to wait because he never had any rice. For the money that we have to pay for those it was absolutely atrocious because I was in my vehicle and I had a place to go I did not have time to go back and start ragging them out. This one location is absolutely horrendous it’s got the worst service I’ve ever seen in a Tim Hortons or any restaurant. This is a daily occurrence there!
Desired outcome: Replace the manager and or some staff and if no changes then pull the owners franchise license till they comply.
Regular coffee double double
It’s been two weeks that at two different locations your coffee is totally awful. It tastes like hot water with cream. Totally disappointed. Have you changed coffee beans or are you adding more water to your prepacked coffee pack ? I am seriously thinking about going elsewhere for my daily coffee. And I have about 5 friends that have this same opinion. Thanks for looking into this very disappointing situation. Our trust in your products is lost.
Desired outcome: Get the good coffee back!!!
I do not want anything, however, I know if you are not made aware of these problems you can't correct them
I attended at the above noted shop at 6:30 pm this evening. I used the bathroom and there was no toilet paper in the handicapped stall. I came out and ordered a steeped tea, there was none ready. The young woman that served me was training I think, she was very helpful and advised it would be about 5 minutes. I opted for an orange pekoe. The doghnut...
Read full review of Tim HortonsRe: staff treatment and store manager
I am disgusted by the store manager of Tim Hortons in Broughton, UK. I’ve witnessed him being “sleazy” towards female staff, and I can see that he brings the staff morale down dramatically. I’ve visited the store on many occasions, at different times of the day. And what is very noticeable is the change of staff moods when he is on shift. It is really sad to see. The men and women there work their backsides off, and he’s just dictating and delegating, and doesn’t lift a finger, especially when there’s an influx of a lot of customers. That’s not a manager! And I notice a massive difference when he is on, he goes around as I’ve heard him say “testing food”, when going round the store eating a doughnut! He doesn’t even wear his mask properly, he uses it as a chin sling! And the smell coming from him is vile, he needs some training in personal hygiene. He comes across as very demeaning and derogatory towards staff when they are asking for his support. I really am shocked this guy has a job at all. You will lose custom, and eventually the store will have lack of customers and staff because of this behaviour! I have managed to catch the man’s name, it is Saurav, I don’t know his second name. A manager will never be respected if they don’t respect his staff. The staff at this store are amazing, and considering they are understaffed dramatically, they do a damn good job to the best of their capability when so severely understaffed
Desired outcome: The company to demote him or remove him from this employment with immediate effect
Rude employee giving attitude
Tim Hortons Feb, 17, 2022 @ 9:40 drive thru Was ordering in drive thru. I saw Employee had my order wrong on the screen, I corrected him. His response was with attitude “I know what your order was” I told him after it’s wrong on the screen. He still persisted to tell me he he knew what my order was. Who talks to customers that way. I would not have said...

I ordered a sausage and bacon breakfast sandwich on a toasted english muffin this morning in the drive through. Unfortunately I made it all the way to work about to eat it when I realized there was no sausage and it wasn't toasted. a little disappointed that I paid for the extra protein that I did not receive. Location: 435 Woodlawn Rd West, Guelph ON N1K 1E9 Feb 16, 2022. Roughly 7:40am

Tim Hortons Spicy Thai Chicken Soup, canned
I just purchased a can of Tim Hortons Spicy Thai Chicken Soup at my local super market. Today, January 11th, 2022, I heated it up for my lunch. Inedible! Not only does it not taste faintly "Thai" or "Spicy" it tastes like soap! I am judging it a "failed Product" and suggest it should be re-worked or taken off the shelves.

For the last week and a half I've sent my husband to 5 different restaurants and they have not had any stock. I have 2 broken hips so I have to get my husband to go for me. When he goes I give him a list of 3 or 4 different items I want and he hasn't been able to bring anything home for me as they had no stock. It would be nice if you would send us a gift card for the inconvenience. Thank you for taking time to read this. Sincerely Deanna Cowens. P. s the items I tried to order are chocolate Tim bits, chocolate chip muffins, chocolate chill, chocolate glaze donut.
Desired outcome: Would like to be given a gift card for the inconvenience. Thank you again for your time with this matter
NHL Challenge
It is unbelievable to me that you offer this NHL CHALLENGE with practically impossible rewards!
I picked Auston Matthews of the Toronto Maple Leafs, and he scored a hat trick (3 goals), yet I only receive 5 points instead of 15. And just ONE CUP OF COFFEE requires 70 points. My god can you be any more stingy?
It would take me 140 NHL games to just get ONE CUP OF COFFEE.
Tim Hortons makes it so difficult to get more than the minimum for goals scored; that is, 5 points. You probably have the stingiest customer rewards program going!
Desired outcome: I want to be rewarded appropriately: 3 goals = 15 points
I’ve won goals 2 days running this week on the Hockey Tournament and not been awarded my points again.
So frustrating as you need lots of points for any free products
5pts per goal is a small enough reward to start but it helps
Purchased tims gift card but it was zero balance on it
I purchased 80 $ Tim Hortons gift cards on Dec 23/2021 but one of my colleague returned it because had Zero balance on it I contacted Tim hortons Custumer servieces by phone and email only recieved Ticket numbers # 3832962 and # 4044622 I also went to the same store on 10579 Yonge St I showed the card and the receipt they confirmed it's Zero balance on the card but their manager Aunknush stated can't do anythings. It's been more than one month and still i'm waititng for Tim Hortons respond but no one contacted me.
Food service
I don't normally complain. But I've held it back for 2 years, and I could probably buy 10 full meals with the amount this store has robbed me of or messed up not giving me. I've also already thought that they probably get enough complaints.
I've worked at a Tim Hortons myself before so I get it. But I've never came across a Tim Hortons with worse service then this. They are pretty friendly. But most times I go through the drive-thru I am missing something, my order is messed up, or BOTH. I mean it when I say every time one of those. Today around 5:10PM I got a Ham and Cheddar, that came without cheddar. The last time I went was on Saturday around 7:30AM, I was missing 2 hash browns.
Other times for example, I'd say (generously) that there are 10+ times they didn't give me the donut I paid for. I don't even buy donuts anymore because I know I just wont get one. Multiple times, I'd ask for no tomato and get tomato. Potato wedges missing maybe 5 different times. I even didn't get a full wrap before. These are just some experiences. 1/10 visits I'll have my order given to me properly and get fully what I paid for. Usually that's because it's me getting one coffee. OR the very FEW good workers they have are working that day.
Its a breakfast order
It was Jan 19 at 1:52 pm when my roommates and I order a breakfast from Tim Horton through the Tim Horton app in the total of $40.25 on my debit card from Tim Horton on 25511 Gratiot Ave in Roseville MI and 20 minutes later we got the order and the whole order was messed up the coffee was very sweet and does not have any flavor even through I added to it...

I've worked here for almost a year and the two managers: Brittany and Kyle are SO unprofessional and just straight up rude. They talk bad about employees to other employees, cuss, make inappropriate jokes, and just make the whole work environment awful. If you put in a complaint to the General Manager, she defends them and nothing is done. They both do not...

I went through the drive-through today in Belle River and when I paid they charged me for the full price because I checked my rewards history and the price should've been $9.58 but they charged me $11.15 on my credit card this is not the first time this is happened. Also I paid for double cream cheese and there was barely any cream cheese on my bagel. I know it sounds petty but it happens so many times and I'm really getting tired of it. I work hard for my money I don't want to waste it
Desired outcome: Refund my money
Tim Hortons App
Absolutely horrible app I ever used. On multiple occasions, will activate an offer then the full price is still deducted. Multiple attempts to reach customer service. Will receive an apology but no adjustments or reimbursements to the account. One time they even stated they knew this was happening. However, there was no notifications sent about this.
Now all my accrued points (800) have disappeared for no reason. Very disappointed in the app and customer service.
Unethical behaviour and no customer service at all rude customer services
First of all I'm not one to complain about anything go with the "flow" 99.9 percent of the time. This time I have to say something because it reflexes your company's image. I ordered 2 large teas one steep for my wife, she likes her tea with 2 milk no sugar and I ordered a large chai tea black. The person taking my ordered said that there was no steep tea...

This complaint has to do with the Tim's location at 510 Admiral Dr. London, Ont. N5V 5H2 519-455-4201. 1/13/22 App. 3:30 pm. This is the FOURTH time that this has happened at this location, and the...

Went to find store on pinewood in Riverview had enough points for a free tea when we got to window worker scanned my rewards card and said I owed him 2.30 cents I said was that not free, he looked at the cash register and said oh yea it was free. What I am saying is if I did not know I had enough points then I would have paid and not got one free and my points would start all over. And buddy could have put the money in his pocket. This happened January 12, at 430.
Rewards app
I go to Timmy's drive through sometimes 2 to 3 times a day. I never had a problem with using the reward's card but they wanted me to get the ap on my phone so I did. I have had nothing but problems trying to pull up the ap on my phone. At first it seemed to work just fine then a few weeks after it wouldn't load so they could scan it. It's been months now...
