I just purchased a can of Tim Hortons Spicy Thai Chicken Soup at my local super market. Today, January 11th, 2022, I heated it up for my lunch.
Inedible! Not only does it not taste faintly "Thai" or "Spicy" it tastes like soap!
I am judging it a "failed Product" and suggest it should be re-worked or taken off the shelves.
Desired outcome: Refund and/or assurance that the company re-think this product. It does not have to be totally authentic, just tasty.
The most vile soup I've ever tasted. In fact, it had no taste AT ALL. Watery vinegar. That's the flavour. I put it where it belongs, down the toilet.
Yes I opened a can today and it tastes like soap too. 3 of my workmates tried it and they agreed strong soap taste. What can we do about it? Will they redeem my costs with a coupon so I can try 1 more time?

I was going to say the exact same thing. Thats why i googled. Yes , it tastes like dish soap ! It was terrible!
Tim Hortons Spicy Thai chicken is gross. I've been in the food business for 30 years as a chef and I have Saucier papers you need to take this soup off the shelf it's going to tarnish your reputation this soup is gross it's the only word I can describe it it's really pathetic you should take it off the shelves before anybody else buys it because you're only going to get back last
What in the heck did I just put in my mouth this taste like some bad brand of soap ... all this taste like is pure ginger bro.. inedible ... where the Thai and curry taste at? waste of money...all it has a little rice bits i barely seen any chicken in it while I was cooking..
Agreed! Made a can tonight with supper. My husband commented saying it tasted like hand cream. I started eating my own bowl and agree that it tastes like soap. Very disappointing as I bought 4 cans. Tonight’s supper was washed down the sink. Waste of $ in a time where groceries cost a fortune
Just had this soapy mess of a soup. No spice. I though I didn't wash my pot properly of soap but after trying the can it was inedible soap flavor gross

I heated up a can for lunch and it wasn't "spicy" whatsoever. The predominant taste was very mild almost "flowery and perfumed". Not at all what I was expecting and down the toilet it went.
