Everytime I order a large london fog tea, I end getting less than a half of cup when the foam disappears. This does not happen at other locations. They do not know how to make this correctly to get a full cup of tea. I passed it back to the girl at the window this morning and I said this feels like a 1/2 cup. She opens the lid and says its full. I move my car ahead and open the lid and its full of foam not tea. I get to work and I haven't even drank any of it, open the lid and look. It's between 1/4 to 1/2 of a large cup. This is a rip off. Someone needs to contact the manager at the store and tell them to train these people to make London Fog tea properly. Other locations can do it properly...
Desired outcome: I would like two free large london fog teas. Which is less than how many i received that were less than half full. Train the employees to do it correctly to give a customer a full cup.

I've worked here for almost a year and the two managers: Brittany and Kyle are SO unprofessional and just straight up rude. They talk bad about employees to other employees, cuss, make inappropriate jokes, and just make the whole work environment awful. If you put in a complaint to the General Manager, she defends them and nothing is done. They both do not know how to run a store without screaming and yelling all the time. They talk bad about each other to employees and are just generally not nice people.
