My experience at the taco Bell on 92ndst between cactus and shea was the worst I have ever had. When I walked in there the lady at the register was rude. She made no contact to say hi how can I help you, she just kinda stood there. I went ahead with my order and advised that I do not want any cheese on the chalupe that i ordered because my friend is allergic to cheese. I told her several times I didn't want cheese on there. I paid for it and she grap the cash from my hands as I was telling her I had change to give to her but she didn't wait and then when I did get the change, she grap that to and she had to count it out what the correct amount was because she hadn't typed it in which took her awhile to do. She didn't give me a # so I would know what # my food was and I never recieved a reciept. So i figured it would come in the bag. When I finally received my order to go, I checked to make sure everything was there and it was but when I got back to work, there was no reciept in the bag, and when my friend opened her chalupe there was cheese in it and because I was on my lunch hour there was no time for me to go back to work so she was not able to eat it, she just threw it away. The other tacos that were ordered were correct with the stuff on them however they did not tast right...there were a little to soggy on the bottom.

Thank you for your time,
Amanda

I don't usually complain because I am in customer service for a prescription benefit service so I know how it feels to be yelled at, but this was just very poor service and I think that needs to be correct. I have in he past done the over the phone survey and I always rate it good but this was just horrible.

My past two visits to the Taco Bell, off of HWY 98, have made me consider not returning. The first time I pull up to the drive-thru window and the cashier shuts the window on me, immediately after asking how I was. She was having a fit with her manager and didn't open the window again until she was done. Then opened to show me a big smile. I appreciate the front she put on but didn't like how she shut me, the customer, out right away.
The last visit I made a last second decision on my order and she supposedly corrected it. She recited what I ordered so fast I couldn't keep up. It's my fault that I was trying to make her job easier by not asking her to repeat it. The order was two spicy chicken loaded grillers, three beefy nacho grillers and a medium baja blast. I still have the receipt from her giving me three of each. However, I only received five grillers and was charged for six. I didn't check the order until I got back to work and had time to eat and give my colleagues their orders. Obviously I'm very disappointed and probably won't be returning to this Taco Bell.

This was truly the worst experience I’ve ever had at a drive through. My order was incorrect. The person working the window had tattoo sleaves on both arms and was extremely unfriendly as well as rude. When he handed me my food I asked for extra sauce he looked at me like he could hurt me then he explained we only give two per item that’s the policy. I left the drive thru to discover the 2 empanadas I ordered were not in the bag. When I drove back through I explained how my order was incorrect. He then handed me another bag and he squeezed both empanadas and crushed them. I said at this point this is Bull [censored]. I saw what he did. He closed the window and walked off. My son and I are blown away. The woman manager came to the window after I honked my horn twice She said for me to leave because I had cussed out her employee. I said no and tried to explain. She was not hearing it. I never made any rude comments directed to this employee. I was just saying. This is B S! I left the drive through then to discover I was missing one of the Dort Locos Supr Tacos. I came to this store because I wanted to try the new style taco. My friend that’s a engineer for Frito Lay at the Plano Corp. office had recommended I try em. I will never ever go to this location again this point. This was a late night hunger run. I live in a house about 2 mins from this store.

Every single time I go to Taco Bell and order a bean burrito with no onions, it comes with no onions and NO SAUCE. (Do you know how BLAH a burrito with no sauce is?) I have emailed Taco Bell corp., called local mgr., gone in person & talked to mgr. (they are always changing mgrs.) I have yet to get any satisfaction from anyone. Now I have to make an idiot out of myself and explain this story every time I go to the drive thru, if I want my burrito with sauce and no onions. (even have to explain not to overdue the sauce when leaving out the onions - they get so, so confused. They're idiots!) Extremely frustrated, PB

I went to the Taco Bell in Loveland, Colorado, 1330 Lincoln, at 7:45 pm on Saturday, April 14, 2012. I purchased a double decker taco supreme. When I opened it up, there was not tomato or sour cream on the taco. I took it to the counter and the manager said they would make me a new one.

I commented that if she just gave me some tomatoes and some sour cream on the side, they wouldn’t need to make a new one and waste the one I had, creating a great expense or loss to them. She gave me two containers and the sour cream was near a dimes worth. I asked for a little more and she was not willing. I left the double decker on the counter and decided I was not going to get what I had asked for, feeling it was a small request.

I then asked the cashier for my refund and she said they couldn’t when I disposed of the food. I told her that I didn’t dispose of it that I left it on the counter for them to decide what they needed to do with it. She discussed some with the manager and then gave me money back for the double decker without the tax. I lost all the way around. The real sad thing about it, my husband and I go there quite frequently and are satisfied customers, until this incident.

I went and purchased a taco and a order of breadsticks. Not only did I tell the girl at the register 4 times that it was 'to go' before she finally figured out that I wanted it to go, but when I got my food home and picked up my taco from the bag, all the fillings fell from the taco shell (and I hadn't even unwrapped it, just picked it up) all over my desk. Then when I went to pick up the breadsticks, not only had the box containing them been put into the bag upside down, but the employees neglected to secure the lid to the tomato sauce, so when I picked it up, I ended up with tomato sauce all over my carpet which I now have to clean. Not to mention on the desk and assorted other items that also had to be cleaned off.

This is not the first time I've had the lid on the tomato sauce not sealed shut, either--it's happened on several other occasions, but at least they had stuck the box into the bag right side up, so the tomato sauce didn't immediately leak out when you picked up the box. This was the first time that I've got to spend twenty minutes cleaning up the mess from it, however.

So I got to eat exactly nothing of the dinner I purchased. Thanks ever so much.

I can guarantee that I will NEVER set foot in your establishment again.

My boyfriend and I were really interested in getting Breakfast at Taco Bell. We go there on two different occasions, and in the same week. Both times they have the breakfast menu closed early. We arrived between a half hour to an hour before breakfast was supposed to be closing. The first time upon ordering food, we were told as we ordered it was closed due to being out of stock with the breakfast food. The second time, they took our order, and as we were driving up they said sorry for the inconvenience, and the miss-communication, but our drive thru order taker wasn't aware of us being out of stock on breakfast foods. It was rather frustrating that we had to find out as we were supposed to be paying for our food. I don't get the feeling that they are actually out of food for our breakfast, I think they are just being lazy because making breakfast is more difficult than other menu items. They should either not serve breakfast, or not close early. Due to this experience, and many more that I have gone through dealing with Taco Bell they have lost a customer. Reasons for my decision: they have upped their prices, and have started making their products much smaller than they used to. We now prefer Del Taco because they have better prices, better customer service, and bigger/better products.

Taco Bell needs to clarify their prices. Today I ordered a stuffed burritos which was priced at $2.79. When I ordered the employee asked if I wanted beef, chicken or steak not informing me of a price change if I ordered something besides beef. When I questioned her all she stated was " ow they charged you for the meat change". I feel this should have been noted up front or posted on board, I feel this is false advertising. It was an amout of $1.10 for the change in meat which is not a great amount but it is the principal of the thing.

I went to Taco Bell next to my apartment. Hoping quality had improved. This is by far the worst experience at a Taco Bell yet. I ordered the XXL stuffed burrito combo and a Double Decker taco. First the XXL burrito was all sauce and filler. There was barely any steak (using the term loosely) in the burrito. Then the Double Decker taco barely had any refried bean and the bare minimum inside the taco itself. I will never eat at store#43 again, or another Taco Bell altogether. Between the poor quality of the food and the rude teenagers they hire who does not have a clue how to do their jobs. Then I see how much the company cares about their product when I can not put a formal complaint in, it just goes to a not found web page. I for one will not be eating another product of Taco Bell.

I order 2soft tacos & 2 hard tacos. Total came up to 4.16. I handed the cashier 10.00 bill & 16 cents. This chicken handed me back a dollar. So long story short. The manager refuse to give me my money back. I felt like something was taken from me. Literally it was. They called the police & nothing was done about it. I file a complaint with taco bell & no word from them yet. Unsatisfied customer & probably will never eat at taco bell again. Since their cashiers are pocketing hard working customers. Money.

Taco Bell and KFC franchise by Burger Busters, Inc. of Virginia Beach is always over 120 days late in paying for repair service; some of our repair invoices are over nine months past due. To date, the total amount due is over $37, 000. Taco Bell calls other service companies for repairs and each time a service company stops doing repairs for them because of nonpayment, then they just continue to call other service companies and does not pay them!

COULD NOT COMPLETE SURVEY, THERE IS NO STORE # ON RECEIPT..ONLY PICKUP TICKET #379. ON MAY 18-11 AT 7:57 PM. AROUND THE 4500 BLOCK OF PEACH STREET, ERIE, PA 16509

AND WHY EVEN MAKE THE HARD TACOS' FOR -99 CENTS. THEY ARE SO FLAT IT IS NOT WORTH EATING ANYMORE. I WOULD GLADLY PAY MORE MONEY FOR A TACO WITH MEAT, CHEESE AND LETTUCE. YOU HAVE TO ORDER 4 TO GET 2 GOOD TACOS. I PROBABLY WON'T BE COMING BACK TO TACO BELL OF WHICH I REALLY LIKE. THANK YOU.

Plus the wating line was horrrendous. This store is so slow at times, you just want to pull out after ordering.

- this is not the first time these things have happened. I guess now, i'm just getting fed up. first off, i don't think its appropriate to charge more for the food when they don't put all the toppings on that are suppose to come on it. I don't think it's fair that i've paid for an item, but did not recieve it. curiosity also wonders me why there is a count of items at the bottom of the reciept, when obviously, no one checks to make sure it's accurate. Also, how can you promote a 5.00 box when we order one, we do not recieve the box, but instead in a bag mooshed all together. I would really like some kind of response for this complaint from store # 003190, just so I know somebody has seen this.

thank you

My husband, at two different times, order the Supreme Beef Burrito. When he got home and was ready to eat it...it was mainly tortillas. Where is all the stuff inside? He paid too much money to get an empty burrito. The staff doesn't seem to care. We do not plan to go there anymore.

My mother and i went to a taco bell in our hometown of Abilene, texas on june 29, 2007. We went thru their drive thru and we sat at the ordering monitor for approximately 10 mins. Never we're we greeted or asked to wait just a moment or anything. We were never spoken to. Then i drove to the window and was still ignored even though the window was opened.

I work at the taco bell in Fitchburg and I notice that there's a lot of dust accumulating on the vents over the store, which isn't healthy especially when we make food there. Then there's the water heater which makes noises that it shouldn't. I think that if they want people to have a safe enviroment and have dust free meals that this should be fixed. so I call a strike for the customer not to come to this taco bell until this fix these problems.

During your latest commercial, it shows a group of "little men" climbing up to the seat of a man about to eat one of your products. One of the men then kick him in the testicles and the man says, "boy thats got a kick". This commercial is a very bad example to anyone that sees it as it makes it seem all right to kick a male in a very tender spot, and could cause severe damage if it is hard enough. Please remove this commercial as it has no redeeming value to your products nor is it humorous in any way.

I don't know what's wrong with this company! there are only a few things I can tolerate to eat from your Taco Hell menu and I love the Carmel Apple Empanadas but every single time no matter WHAT location I go to they Never EVER have them and your half dead staff will occasionally ask if I want to wait 7 min for them to cook?! WTF? Mcdonalds Always has apple pies WhY can't Taco Bell managers make sure you never run out of product! Apparently your franchises don't like making money you'd prefer to have your lazy incompetent employees fail to do their jobs... honestly so irritating! Take them off the menu or quit wasting my time!

I wanted a couple burritos with beans, rice and some chicken, that's all. The drive thru person said they didn't have that and if I wanted that I'd be charged for the Chicken Burrito Supreme (at almost $3 a piece) and then they'd leave out all the other stuff - even though I'd be paying for all the other stuff.

I then said, no thanks and requested two bean burritos with rice instead of cheese. I get all the way home and find two "cheesy" rice and bean burritos with all this nasty fake cheese sauce (not even real cheese). I went all the way back and the girl at the front window acted like I was the one with a problem and begrudgingly replaced my burritos. After getting all the way home again I discovered they once again put cheese on the burritos. Both her, and the male working the drive through window didn't seem exactly alert. The girl at the front window was irritable and fidgety... perhaps she's withdrawing or something.

Whatever the case, avoid the Taco Bell on Magnolia / Colfax in Valley Village... this was the 3rd time they've screwed up my order... I finally had to vent this somewhere so hopefully other people wont encounter the same thing.

Do yourself a favor and drive to a further Taco Bell if you have to.

We have a Taco Bell and a Longjohn Silvers together in the same building. Everytime we go we usually go through the drive thru. We always get shorted something we are suppose to get. They either do not prepare it the way we ordered it or simply leave it out. I went inside to order the last two times and stood in there and took it all out to check it. I told them about getting ripped off too many times. They gave me extra food for my complaint. I realize they have a fast paced job, but they should try to check your order to see if it is right before they sling it out the window to you. Their order menu screen on the outside does not even work it is taped up. We enjoy eating from there we just want what we ordered.

Well, now you actually can. And not just the spork of yesteryear. Spork? I never did like the sound of that word. Just creepy if you ask me. Anyway, as luck would have it, the Taco Bell location I visited for lunch today actually had regular forks! Knives too! I was delirious and dancing naked in my own little utensil utopia.

Perhaps they've had these awhile, but not since my last visit (not sure when that was exactly?).

But it makes eating my Mexican pizza a whole lot easier than using the curvature of the spork. Yeah, I know...it takes a lot of gall to call anything from Taco Bell "Mexican" or a "pizza". But I was hungry and it temporarily satisfied me.

I would also like to point out that they made a mistake on my order. I asked for a cheesy gordita crunch, and when I opened it up at my table/booth, it didn't have any cheese, lettuce, etc...Therefore, I was presented with a couple of different options. 1.) I could throw a tantrum and start berating the employees for poor customer service and messing up my order. 2.) I could just ask for another one to replace mine.

everyone who come to work each day, comes with a dirty greasy top on, as this is supposed to be part of their uniform. The place is also, dirty, blinds are broke, closed all the time, dirty, greasy and its just a scummy place. The government needs to come in and close them down. Or give them a surprise check. Everyone hired there is DIRTY and GREASY.Hair and uniforms.Wearing dirty caps on their messed up hair. They shouldn't even wear those caps! This restaurant should be closed. Its been like this a long time and no one cares. It is filthy. They should all come to work with clean uniforms, each and every day. Why can't anyone do anything about this? I know many friends who say the same thing, that they aren' going there because its so dirty and unclean and scummy people with scummy uniforms.

Customer service at this taco bell is very horrible. I went there to order and they gave the wrong order I asked to speak a manager because the soda flat and my food was cold. The manager refused to speak to me. So I asked for refund he told the cashier by the name of Erick u that tacobell doesn't do refund. If customers service isn't right u guys need to be shut down because the manager at this location needs better customer services skills the the food is very bad and the cashier's doesn't know how to talk to customers.

I went to the store with my kid to pick up the dinner. we were standing in the line. after giving my order I was charged extra on my credit card.when I asked the girl she called the manager to give me the refund. Manager came and asked me my card and gave me my refund.but she did not said hello or nothing. the cashier ring me again and again I was chared extra on my bill. so I asked the cashier to why I am charged $3.59 when the burrito was only 2;49 she called the manager again
and she came and asked me for my card and cancelled my whole order for the day and took my food away from me.
I was shocked at her rudeness I have 10 yr old son with me who was hungry and we had to leave the store with NO FOOD. as the manager refuse to ring me again. I never had this kind of service where just cause you ask why your are overchanged and the manager takes AWAY YOUR FOOD WITHOUT ASKING ANYTHING FROM YOU.
Its a shame to have people out there like that who are store Managers.
I hope someone not only reads this but do something about it too.

After spending a LONG time at the drive-thru speaker, I drove up to the window where the girl gave me my total. Before paying her, I asked her to repeat my order. She rolled her eyes twice and gave an audible sigh. I wasn't surprised the order was wrong. After correcting her, (it was a minor fix.. change 1 soft to 1 hard taco) she turned to her manager (?not sure) and said, " she wants to change this to a hard shell." I probably needn't say I didn't want to change anything, only get what I correctly ordered the first time. At this time, the girl cooking said "No, she already changed her order 3 times. I'm not doing it again." I could hardly believe my ears! Not only did I NOT ever change my order, it took the girl 3 or 4 times to hear me correctly to start with. Only to find she didn't get it right anyway!

After a few choice words and shouts of incompetency, I drove off without my food.

Today I went to Taco Bell on South Irby St. in Florence, SC. I walked in to buy a soft taco shell and when I pay I do not get a receipt which is fine. I proceed to go sit down and talk to one of the managers on break who I've known for years. As I'm talking to him I get thirsty so I walk up to the register to buy a drink nobody is up there so I grab a small drink since they are right there. I know that was a mistake. I fill up the cup and walk back to my seat to continue my conversation with my friend who is a manager at this store. While I'm sitting there another manager walks up and demands that I pay for the drink I just stole according to her as she yells at me in front of the whole store. I tell her I clearly wasn't stealing as I went back to sit down and didn't run out the door. I ask how much do I owe she says 2 dollars. I then pay her and she puts the money in her pocket then walks away. When my friend was off break I go up to the register and ask for my receipt and change as a small drink is only $1.08. She precedes to yell at me to leave her store or she will call the cops to arrest me for stealing the drink. I leave so she could calm down then call the store 30 min later to ask if she was ready to give me my change and she just hangs up on me. I could understand if I went up there took the drink then as I was leaving the store to accuse me of stealing, but I was sitting with a manager waiting for him to go back up there so he could ring up the drink.

My husband and I went in to this TACO BELL, placed our order. When we got our order we did not get one of the items that we ordered and paid for. this item was listed on our receipt. My husband took tray and all back up to the counter. No one was there to assist him. I noticed that the young lady who had taken our order was over in the cornor of the dining area. She was bent over a table and it looked like she was kissing a some young man who had been and was still sitting there when we left. He gave her what looked like a valentines day card. At that time I hollered over to her saying ''excuse me mam'' and nodded that my husband was waiting to be waited on. She returned with a not so nice look on her face. Another lady working in the back finally brought my husband the cheese roll up that had been missing from our order. I was shocked to see her hanging over the young man, wondering if he was going to be in there the whole time she was working. The young lady working for store number 024684 a d employee number 7880 should be made aware that work and pleasure do not go together.

i went through the drive thru after i got off work about 10:30 pm as i do many nights mainly because it is the only thing still open.i got my food and started home . iget to the last bite and bit down on a screw. which disgusted me.so i called the manager to explain what happened.she proceeded to tell me that she was on the line all night so she doesnt know how i got a screw in my food.i felt as if she was implying that i was lying. ithen told if i did not live 30 min. away i would bring it back and show her.she simply said well i dont know how to handle this you will have to call back tomarrow.she never appologized.she didnt offer to replace my food she didnt ask if iwas okay. i have worked in the food idustry all my life.i was even a fastfood manager for 6 years.this was the worst way possible to handle this situation. when i did try to call the next day i was told the general manager was not in. i feel like im just gettting the runaround here.some responsability needs to be claimed here. ihave contacted the corprate office via email. im still waiting for a response.

I was going through the drive through, and the lady at the window was being very nice at first. She then asked me if I would like to donate to armed forces. I said no, and she started being completely rude to me. What she didnt know was that I just got back from afghanistan as a marine. I think I donated enough. But she still felt the need to be a complete b!@ch. Oh, and the food was horrible
