My experience at the taco Bell on 92ndst between cactus and shea was the worst I have ever had. When I walked in there the lady at the register was rude. She made no contact to say hi how can I help you, she just kinda stood there. I went ahead with my order and advised that I do not want any cheese on the chalupe that i ordered because my friend is allergic to cheese. I told her several times I didn't want cheese on there. I paid for it and she grap the cash from my hands as I was telling her I had change to give to her but she didn't wait and then when I did get the change, she grap that to and she had to count it out what the correct amount was because she hadn't typed it in which took her awhile to do. She didn't give me a # so I would know what # my food was and I never recieved a reciept. So i figured it would come in the bag. When I finally received my order to go, I checked to make sure everything was there and it was but when I got back to work, there was no reciept in the bag, and when my friend opened her chalupe there was cheese in it and because I was on my lunch hour there was no time for me to go back to work so she was not able to eat it, she just threw it away. The other tacos that were ordered were correct with the stuff on them however they did not tast right...there were a little to soggy on the bottom.

Thank you for your time,
Amanda

I don't usually complain because I am in customer service for a prescription benefit service so I know how it feels to be yelled at, but this was just very poor service and I think that needs to be correct. I have in he past done the over the phone survey and I always rate it good but this was just horrible.

I was in the n pine st restaurant on tues. july 15th. My 86 year old mother wanted a taco bell taco after a doctors appt. So we went by the drive thru to be told the computer was down in the drive thru if we would come inside, so i went inside and left my mother in the car with the car running so she would not get hot. Inside i waited in line after about 15 min i gave my order of 4 tacos and a taco salad, 45 min later with my mother outside and my motor running i still had no food. There must have been 10 people in there waiting and while the drive thru computer started working and they were moving those people out getting their food very quickly. So after 45 min i decided i couldn't wait anymore so i asked for my money back and the manager finally came and without saying a word gave me my money back and under his breath said sorry. People were on their lunch hours i know three other people had to leave and one person said they would have to come back to get a refund because at that time the manager said he would be closing the cash register out at 2:00. then 20 min later some food came out and no one got the food, it was for the person that left. I have never seen such poor management in my life. He really didn't seem to care. So after about a hour we left and my mother had to have a jack in the box taco which was not fit to eat. I'm sure we will go back to taco bell just not the not pine street restaurant.

Thank you for letting me vent, shannon anders i would not even give a one star rating, but the computer made me put something.

I went to a taco bell in Black Mountain NC. and went inside to place my order. I did not want to hold up the drive thru because I was riding a motorcycle. I Placed my order and then waited and waited. I timed it and placed my order at 758pm and still no food 19min later. I complained and the women working the counter said. "We are working on it sir". I informed her that they were not working on it and multi. car drive thru. orders were made in that time. I then gave up and asked for my money back. I went home and wrote a complaint to Taco Bell with no response.

I was once given a non - vegetarian taco when I specifically ordered a vegetarian one. If I hadn't checked before I atee it, It would have been a tramatic experience for me.

I signed up for cellphone service from T-mobile at the local Costco in Naples, Florida on October 19th, 2005. When I signed up, I was specifically told I had 2 weeks grace period, in which, if there any problems, I could return the phone and cancel the service without charge. I returned the phone, due to weak signal, to the same store on November 2nd, bringing the return receipt to the Tmobile kiosk to confirm the cancellation. Some time later, I unexpectedly received a large bill. I called to protest, only to be told I didn't cancel the service. I insisted I did, and was told to return to the same kiosk and speak to them. I went to the kiosk and was told to call customer service. After this run-around, I called customer service FROM the kiosk. I was told the bill would be adjusted, and considered it resolved. It had not. I received another bill, adjusted, but a $69 balance remained. I called to complain, speaking to Luke C (#53498). He told me that if I faxed him the receipts and contract, he would resolve the problem. He did not. Another bill. In February I called again, speaking to Jeremy, faxed the reciepts again. No luck. Another bill, another call, in March,to Amy (#7139238), who told me a supervisor would call me back. None did. I called again, speaking to a supervisor named Vicky, who told me there was nothing to be done, as it was placed with a collection agency. I nonetheless wrote a letter to customer relations in April, including all the receipts, but heard no response.

The amount isn't large, but I DIDNT USE THE PHONE, which no one disputes. I hate the way I've been treated by this company- from the start they have been rude and uncooperative. I don't want them to treat customers this way.

Foxy Grandma, go away. You can't spell, and quite frankly, you are really annoying and rude. See, I spelled rude correctly. Brenda, please go away too. You are a troll. Can someone please monitor these threads so we don't have to read Brenda's, Foxy Grandma's and Tasha's posts.

Ha! "do correct punctuation". The proper response Ms. Legal Secretary is "I have good pronunciation." Also, when stating a title, such as yours, the correct way of stating it is in capital letters. Now please go away. I'm sure the Law firm you worked for, fired you.

I went to the taco bell/KFC restaurant at 23rd and Martin Luther King in Oklahoma City and told them that I am senior citizen. they refused to give me a discount. I asked them why not and they said that we are an express restaurant and we do not have all of the menu items that the individual restaurants have. I have been to express stores in the past and have always received a senior discount. I think the OKC store was too lazy to ask the mgr on duty for the card to get the discount. I know the policy for senior citizens. i was a crew leader and worked up to a shift mgr. I was there for 8yrs. if this is the way senior citizens are going to be treated, then I will take my business elsewhere. There are plenty of other restaurants that give senior discounts.

Friday 12-23-2011, went to the Taco Bell at W. Main st in Medford, Or. Ordered 6 five layer burritos for 99 cents. We were not informed that the price had gone up and was given the crunchy burritos. My mother ate one, I at two bites of one and took them back immediately. The manager whas VERY rude and said well one has been eaten already so give her what she wants but will have to pay 1.19 cents for another order. So I told her to give me five and we should be even. She gave rude attitude and disgust at my request and gave me 4 of the burritos I wanted. I should have received 5. There were children in there so I didnt want to cause a scene. I go to that Taco Bell at least 3 to 5 times per week. I felt totally disrespected and ripped off. I will never go there again unless this situation is handles. I dont appreciate being treated as if I am being unreasonable when I didnt make the mistake and its not my job or requirement to just eat what they give me if its not my order. Please rectify the situation.
Respectfully,

Every time we go to the taco bell in linton Indiana our order is messed up. You have to repeat your order more than once and they usually still get it wrong. Also when you order your food you get very small portions. Their new XXL Chapula that says Big Things Come In Big Packages is a very untrue saying. Unless you consider half the taco filled up to be a big package. Also at this particular taco bell, when you order their taco box they act like it's ending their world. WTF? how hard it is to put a teaspoon of meat and some cheese in a taco? That's all they put in here anyway. Would love to say I wouldn't be back here but when you work late at night and it's the only thing open past eleven you really have no choice. I guess that's why they feel it's ok to do this to people.

Yeah um... first off you should have said something to whoever was running the register. Maybe they accidentally hit the button twice? I don't see how you were being disrespected since you apparently showed no concern with the price and paid the whopping $1.20 extra anyways. *shrugs*

taco bell on sunset bl. in St. George Ut. has a female mgr. that is so obtrusive that i'l never go in there till she is OUT of there.
She ordered me out of the store because i was having a conversation with a cashier that was unrelated to the business
She said its to be for business only and she would not let me be served if it happened again. Well i could hire a lawyer and sue her
for violating my free speech as defined in the constitution of this country. I'm still debating the idea.

Taco Bell in Westminster, CO on 64th and Sheridan: Lady by the name of Norma Jean (so-called manager of night shift) refused to give me a few extra packets of fire sauce. When i asked she said, "You only ordered 3 items, I gave you enough and can't give you more." After I asked if I can speak with a manager, she said "I am the manager" and closed the drive-thru window. Its ridiculous that this Taco Bell can be stingy to the point where they can't give you any more sauce!

No one will reimburse your gas. They may give you a free salad, but you should always check your food before departing.

i would like you guys to try and work there! you all are complaining about how bad the service is... have you ever dealt with customers? yeah maybe sometimes the workers arent perfect and sometime can come off a little rude but please customers arent always a walk in the park either. and you know what its not the tacobells fault with the "skickies" because its not like they could fix the computer system! they have to have people come in for that! and fyi we are not allowed to give you your money back for reasons like that! its against our company rules and regulations. so before you all start complaining how about you walk in the shoes of a tacobell employee for an hour! then maybe you will stop complaining!
thanks

I simply didnt get the 2 soft tacos with the rest of my order. When I told the manager he immediately became arrogant and raised his voice at me. I calmly showed him the bag with my order and explained that I hadnt even left the drive thru yet. He said, "I bagged that myself I know theyre in there." I showed him again that they obviously are not. He gave me the number to HIS manager, who still doesnt answer the phone or return my phone calls. I never got my soft tacos. I believe they call that theft.
