The manager is hard on the employees certain ones anyways the ones that ain't her favorites or her picks! She allows her favorites to make fun of other employees and get away with it she will not stop them from doing so! She singles out certain employees and picks on them! I thought huddle House was about all about good old family values Christian values! Well not these two huddle houses! And every time this gets reported nobody does anything about it!

My sister was visiting and after church one Sunday in September she took me and a friend to breakfast. My friend had eaten and just ordered coffee, I had coffee and a waffle, my sister had a large breakfast, she did have a couple of items added and a couple of things she did not want. The bill was NOT cheap, nearly $40.00! They did not give my sister her whole breaksfast, they did not substitute anything, charged her extra for things the picture showed as part of the breakfast. The waffle was good but nothing special. I think the biggest thing was the cost of coffee, $3.29 per cup EVEN with the breakfasts! My friend's had a BUG in her coffee. They didn't even comp a cup for her! Rip off. Won't go back.

The rudest people I have ever met food sucks and no service!she come to table and said you now what you want we give her the order and she sat down!order was ready I had to go tell her my orders were ready!she never checked on us again,never go there again!the one in Magee is GREAT!They need to close this one it is nasty nothing ever wipe off the windows or tables

My daughter ordered ABirthday Gift for My Birthday Today 10/28/23. The food was over two hours late, bacon burnt, grits gritty, hot on top and cold in middle, eggs half way done they fried it and then scrambled it was burnt on bottom, rib eye half cooked, some pink in middle, food left on ground, didn’t receive phone call, bread was not toasted bottom of serving tray was cold and so was the food. I want a full refund for my Birthday Gift today 10/28/23 for $43.00 plus taxes and fees and unsatisfactory performance, presentation, customer service and care, sloppy meal and work. They rushed through cooking my Birthday Gift and the results were discussing! Order No. AB623640.

Disappointed Birthday and Customer

On October 18,2023 at approximately 8:15 I enter to order a hamburger. When I enter the store no one was present but after about a minute a young lady appeared from behind the counter and told me she would be with me in a second. I grabbed a menu from behind the counter to see what kind of burgers were on the menu. After standing and waiting for a few minutes a young man gets out of a car from outside and proceeded to tell me I needed to stand at the sign that said wait to be seated and not to grab a menu from behind the counter. When I started to look over the menu he said let me tell you what we don’t have. I wasn’t greeted at all. I wasn’t even give a chance to say what I wanted. I frequently stop here to eat and I don’t appreciate the attitude. I asked for the manager and he proceeded to give me the manager and the general mangers name. It’s seems that this young man did value me as a customer.

I have the huddle house app downloaded on my phone. I placed an order through the app with my local huddle house (Cuthbert GA), they accepted my payment and told me my order was being prepared. They were not even opened, and of course, I never received my food. They wrongfully charged my debit card for $32. This happened on 8/11/2023 from 9:06 PM-9:24PM

They even say my orders was completed when the place wasn't open. The lights were off and the doors were locked

My family purchased an online order through the app which has to be paid in advance at the Wetumpka, AL location. My dad and I went in to pick it up and was meet by the waitress Brooklyn. She is already complaining about not wanting to work with only 2 tables of 2 seated in the building. We tried to tell her what we were there for and she wasn't following at first. She then proceeds to walk back towards kitchen area asking cooks if they had received an online order and she comes back and says we didn't place an order with them. I had the confirmation from the app and the email and tried to show it to her and she refused to look. She was told this and that the money was already pulled from the checking account. She calls her manager as she says she doesn't know how to handle it and the manager tells her to tell us to refund the money. We can't refund the money that they have already taken. She said to call the bank. My dad was speaking with the manager on the phone who was saying the same thing and said he didn't take the money. My dad asked him if he represented huddle house which he couldn't understand. She keeps talking all loud and screaming while we are trying to talk to the manager and I asked her to please be quiet as we are dealing with him now. She proceeds to tell us to get "F" out of her store and to give her phone back. She went to a cursing match right there and neither of us screamed back at her. I left out while my dad was asking for the managers number and was refused. Neither Brooklyn or the manager have in basic understanding that they represent Huddle House. They took our money and we received no food. We have 4 witnesses to what she did to us willing to have our backs. She was mad already threatening to lock the door when we first pulled up according to witnesses. My dad has eaten there at least once a day for year and told her she cost them a customer. She said she didn't give a "F". Corporate has been called and hopefully her and the manager that we spoke with will not have a job soon.

I was charged $15.00 dollars for a double cheese burger with bacon and lettuce, tomato, pickles with fries and coffee and water. I paid $15.00 dollars for this at huddle house. I have been a long time customer but being on disability and a veteran and former first responder i'm not able to eat at huddle house anymore due to my financial situation and I won't pay that price for a supposed to be a reasonable price.
