Taco Bell food

We went to Taco Bell on hwy 18 in apple Valley and the chalupa was so hard we couldn't even take a bite without worry of breaking a tooth. And chalupa is our favorite because it is so soft and delicious. Also beefy fritos burrito had no fritos in 2 of them, the 5 layer burrito just seemed all sauce and beans like they ran out of ingredients and the baja blast was flat and barely had fizz. We are very disappointed. Perhaps we will try another taco bell next time but if this happens again bye bye taco bell. Is there any way you can help us because we tried to call the store ar least 10 times to let them know and they did not pick up ever. So sad

Taco Bell customer service/food

Went threw the drive threw to get my food, I pulled off to the side after getting my order. I was checking to see if I had all my food, I ended up missing my son's $5 box that was it. So I went inside to let them know that's all I was missing. The girl I told this to comes back to me after walking away to tell her boss. And she said well my boss said she put everything in there. My replie was do u want to see my bags, cause it's not in there. The girl got a pissy attitude and walked away to go and talk about me with anther employee. I was in the store for atleast 15 to 20 mins trying to get what I was missing or a refund. While i was waiting, i get offered a free drink, which i refused cause i did not need it. I was offered The free drink because they told me it was going to be a while before i could get my refund, because they had food to make. The Edgewood md taco bell needs a new staff or the employees need to be trained better! I'm not sure if I will be going back to that one, and it's sad cause they were not even that busy. All this happend around 9:30pm.

Taco Bell drive thru

I ordered a frito beefy burrito from the dollar menu and paid the extra charge to make it supreme. Supreme is supposed to come with tomatoes and sour cream and they only gave me sour cream. I even made a second order in which they got the supreme on that burrito right so why was my other burrito missing tomatoes ? I don't pay extra just for the heck of it.

Taco Bell beef taco

I know it's just a beef taco and really cheap but as you see in the photo... didn't know that cheap. Like really? It was all shell fam.. I'm mind blown how someone thought this was a solid taco job.. on another note, I ordered online so I could just go to the store and pick it up.. but they don't start making your meal you put in until you get there and tell them your name.. what the heck is the point of ordering online? I need this fixed ASAP

Taco Bell food and drinks

I went to Taco Bell number 032682 in Florence, SC last night around 8:30. They had a paper hand written sign on the door saying Drive-Thru only. We go in line behind 6 cars and waited for ever to get around to order. When we were ordering, they were out of sweet tea and Baja Blast. We ordered for 4 people. when we got home to eat, the tacos were stale, the meat was disgusting, and two of the tacos were shattered. One of the tacos was not the right one. The chicken in the power chicken bowl was bad. Consistency was disgusting and it smelled almost rotten. My wife could not eat it. This is the newest location in our area. We were so upset and disappointed with this order. It will be a long time before we will visit that particular Taco Bell. This was totally unacceptable.

Taco Bell amount of food paid for

I went through the drive through on mall road in Florence Kentucky. I paid for 3 extra sides of nacho cheese on a steak nachos box. When I receiveu food there was barely the normal amount of cheese on the nacho that should have been there. It was no where near the amount that I paid for. I drove around the store to go inside and have it fixed but the doors to the dining room were locked 30 minutes prior to when it was supposed to close with a handwritten sign on the door that was barely legible. So instead I went back around the drive through and told them my problem. They complained to me about how much was put on my food and after putting a very small amount more of cheese on my food and giving it back the cook came to the window and proceeded to yell at me through the window. At that point I drove away and proceeded to send this email. I am PISSED! I spend a LOT of money at taco Bell but normally do not go to that particular store. I will never be back to that one.

Taco Bell drive thru

I am complaining about the Taco Bell in Red Bluff, CA. They have the slowest service of any fast food chain in red bluff. So far I've been waiting for thirteen minutes with no movement whatsoever. I thought the point of fast food was to get your food fast. There can be two cars or 10 and every single time I come here I have to wait 30 minutes or more. I have stopped coming here as frequently and have witnessed several lost customers. I'm not sure if this is a staffing/training problem but it should be fixed. I rarely come here anymore I just don't understand why they are so slow.

Taco Bell i’m complaining about no meat

I went to Taco Bell store number 031657 in baker, Louisiana on 08/02/2018 to get a some tacos and we're told they didn't have any meat. I thought they meant just the beef but it as all meats. The time I was there was 8:09 p.m. To me the store should have been closed because people were looking for tacos. They only had nacho fries which I bought

Taco Bell rude employee

We ordered a nacho fri supreme and when received the meat was ice cold. I took it back and the cashier asked for it to be remade. The woman in making it was loudly complaining that she was not going to remake it. He told me this was the second one today that was this way. She first off should not be complaining loud enough that the customers can hear her and second if she hates her job than she should leave. Very unprofessional !

Taco Bell waited over 19 minutes for food...

03240 1 and Hazel Green Alabama. Order was taken at 10: 49 a. M. three cars came through the drive-thru during the 19 minutes that we were waiting. they were two other customers who did not have food prior to our arrival it took over 17 minutes for them to get their food that we witnessed we don't know how long they were there prior to us. 4 people standing at cash register stating only one person working online running orders and drive-thru. my question is why could one of the four people standing around at the register not go work the second line in order to help out. when's order was received only one of the burritos had no cheese sauce the other three Hachi sauce had to be taken back what are the proximately 8 minutes for new burritos to be made! One had no Fritos! Not acceptable.

Taco Bell food

I took my niece's to buy tacos as they were visiting it's their favorite food. After sitting in the line for 26 minutes we ordered a 12 pack of Doritos tacos 9 with no lettuce 3 with lettuce and tomatoes the three with tomatoes may have had 3 pieces 3 diced tomatoes on each . If you would have took all the meat off of all the tacos it wouldn't have filled one. So I was charged a $1.05 for the tomatoes that was nine diced tomatoes and my bill was $18. 04 total .. I took pictures I would like to have a refund or a gift card and the people are kind of rude and it's very unprofessional ... Definitely disappointed it will only let me add 1 picture, this is ridiculous

Taco Bell hiring manager taking money out the safe

When I first started at taco bell our hiring manager ronnica hicks told me if I wanted too barrow any money out the safe that I could but I would have to pay 50extra and if I didn't pay she would took it out our pay check by taking our hours I see her take so much money from the safe and take it home for her beings she always came an cursing us out like a dog every morning drunk she treated us like dogs I complain before about this she also got me trespass because I quite and didn't want to work there any more and all I did was walk out... 1942 east hwy 60, lake wales, fl 33853 taco bell

Taco Bell food and service

Service was horrible waited 40 minutes. Food wasnt edible crunch wrap had burnt particles on it yet it was barely grilled. The shell was soft and it wasn't wrapped properly everything fell out with slightly picking it up. Cashier was told 3 times no sour cream yet my tacos had more sour cream than meat. Manager was outside with his friends came to fix order but left again. He literally had to be found. I am

Taco Bell number 9 order

Went to Yaco Bell in Houma, La at around 12:00 midnight and orderes a nacho nox and a number 9. The taco was not up to pae as I always get them. Some how I wish that I could of up loaded a pic of it. There were more lettuce than anything and I can count the cheese on hand. Very disappointed for this order. The chalupa full of lettuce and broken up.

Taco Bell customer service

My husband and I just visited the Taco Bell in Clinton, NC. I ordered the chicken nachos box with sour cream on the side, no pice de galleo, and extra cheese. What I got was a steak nachos box with sour cream on top. As the girl who took the order walked by, we mentioned to her that there wasn't suppose to be sour cream on it. She looked kind of blank and said "Oh, I forgot to say sour cream on the side." Then she acted like we should just accept it -- kind of like - "You mean you don't want to eat it like that?" So my husband just said we'd scrape it off. Then we noticed it was steak instead of chicken. So my husband when up to the same girl to tell her and she basically ignored him. Just said that the slip said steak. Well, her mistake again but she didn't offer to do anything about it.
Then we when to the drink place to get our sodas and noticed a great deal of mold growing round the tray where the excess spills and whatever goes. Totally off putting and disgusting.

In addition, they begin cleaning the floors well before closing time so customers have to deal with wet floor hazards without any wet floor warnings and the smell of that cleaning solution which is not at all conducive to eating.

Taco Bell service

Upon visiting taco Bell today the team member continued to attempt to rush us through our order. Once our order was completed and my husband was drinking his large drink that came with his combo his straw became stopped up. When he opened the lid he found a used soft taco wrapper at the bottom of his cup. Upon further inspection he found that there was what looked to be pieces of food within the wrapper. Since we were not near the location we attempted to call the phone number of the location multiple times only to continue to only receive a busy signal. We then called the corporate office and were meet with what seemed to be a lack or shock or concern for the situation.

Taco Bell service

Hello, my family and I went into the taco Bell right down the Rickenbacker airport in Ohio. . We ordered our food and it took a little over a half hour to get our food. Just to find out that they didn't have the food that we ordered. So we have to get something completely different. They we're out of freezes that we ordered as well. Overall the taco Bell wasn't ran very well, and wasn't well stocked either.

Taco Bell service

I was wondering if I could get a refund of some kind, preferably to the local taco bell, for a mess up on my order on August 1st st 11 p.m. Part of my order wasn't complete. I go to this place often and have rarely had good service there. Something seems to always be wrong and this may just be the last that I go there if I can't get something taken care of.

Taco Bell manager no where to be found

My family and I drove to Mesquite NV from Las Vegas NV and stopped at Taco Bell on 450 North Sandhill Blvd and we stood for 7 minutes waiting to be helped. My father looked in the back from standing at the cashier and saw the female manager texting on her phone the ENTIRE time we were waiting to be helped. My dad has to shout out for her to hang up the phone and help us. We were driving 1 1/2 hours and were hungry. This behavior is unacceptable. Another older man came in after us and he too has to wait 10 mins to place his order. No one was at the front Again it's unacceptable

Taco Bell poor customer service

On August 1 2018 at around 745am I went to drive through of Taco Bell on W. Franklin Blvd Gastonia no. No one answered drive through speaker so I pulled up to window no one answered window all lights were off only three cars in parking lot which were employees. I pull around and call three times No answer until third time and o asked what time y'all open which I knew it was 7am and the girl sounded startled and said 7am. So I go back through and they go to take my order my drink of choice was tea but I was told they hadn't made the tea yet her exact words were the nozzles are dirty and I haven't made it yet so I choose a soda instead. Pull up to window she unlocks window she Informs me it'd be a second to get her cash register draw ready then she takes my payment and tells me to pull around and wait for food to be cooked. So I waited about ten minutes then she unlocks doors to restaurant and she brought food out. So basically I sincerely do believe your employees where still closed and not intending to open until 8or later. It was one excuse after another. I think she knew she got caught.
