Taco Bell RGM Amanda Neighbors

This RGM should be fired from her position! She It’s abusive to the employees using threatening tactics. She also physically strikes them and uses derogatory words towards them. Also in gauges and illegal drug activity while working. As a parent of a employee and hearing my child say how she behaves. I strongly believe she doesn’t deserve a position she obviously don’t have the tact to possess. If the Physical harassment and verbal harassment does not stop a lawyer will be contacted. No child should have to go to work and be scared of a person in a Manager position or anyone for that matter!

Desired outcome: Fired!

Taco Bell Incorrect order

Today 3/8/2022

I went into your establishment on my lunch hour and ordered a $5 Chalupa box, minus the lettuce and tomatoes but please leave the sour cream. I give the lady behind the counter my name and paid. Went to my seat and heard my name called, when I look up as I am going up to retrieve my food, I see the lady that took my order give it to another customer. So I stand for a few more moments thinking maybe I was wrong in hearing my name. The lady asks if she can help me and I said yes, I am waiting on my order. The ones in the kitchen were clueless. So they make my order again and the lady behind the counter tells them what I want cut off of it. I get my order, go to the table and low and behold, it has lettuce on it. I take it back up there and I tell them the problem, I am supposing it was a manager, she is the next one that comes up and asks what the problem is. I tell her. She was RUDE! It does not take much to read off of a screen to get someone's order right. Please teach your employees to read the screen and take their time. Teach your managers to not be rude. I will not be back to this establishment and I will for sure let everyone I know about the horrible experience I had. Customer Service is low at this store.

Taco Bell Customer service.

Taco bell on Main St. In Madison, Mississippi is not capable of getting an order right. Every single time i go there, they mess up items by leaving sauce off, they leave items off my order, and sometimes like today, they give me a completely different item instead. Now, they are even asking customers if they want to round up the change, and are unclear what they are asking that for. I had to ask, and they specified its for scholarships for their employees. You'd think if they want extra money for their employees, they'd at least get the order right, in less than THIRTY MINUTES, and not have a bad attitude. Suck it, taco bell, yall have the worst service ever.

Taco Bell Wrong Food

I ordered the "chicken box" and got two beef tacos, and the burrito had beef in it. I haven't eaten beef or pork in over 30 years, that is why I order "chicken".

I had to work, so couldn't go back and return the products. I feel that I should be reimbursed for the order, since I wasn't able to eat it. (my dogs thank you)

Taco Bell 30 days free taco for only $10.

I order from my phone through the app. I've purchased The special in 2/13/22.

Only once did I get the special, my 1st order. No info on how to use the promo to get the $10 value from the special.

I ordered from my phone again, yes the same phone I bought the deal and from the same app.

There was NO info about how to include free taco with my order. So I go and pick-up food and no free taco. Asked at window if this included the promo fre taco...NO.

I can't understand how a corporation as large as Taco Bell could have such an

unusable promo.

Staff is rude and unprofessional, left door unlocked and wide open and screamed “get the [censored] out” at me for walking in. This is highly confrontational and harassment. I did nothing to deserve to be cussed at and they should be the ones getting cussed out by you for leaving the building unsecured. The children that work here are rude and angry At the world.

Taco Bell Nacho bell grande

I ordered the nacho bell grande from my local taco bell on 2.26.22 at around 3:50pm. It all smelled normal then when I got home to eat I opened the container and the smell was horrible. I thought maybe it was just the container so I put every on my own plate. Then I took a bite and it tasted revolting it tasted like plastic and cleaning chemicals. I immediately threw up.

Desired outcome: I just want a refund bc I literally took 1 bite and threw up.

Taco Bell Quality of food and service

I went through the drive thru on 2/16/22 and ordered a $5 cravings box. I asked for no lettuce or tomatoes on any of the items because Taco Bell probably has the worst vegetables in the fast food game. Well, I guess you’ve got some comedians working there, because each item had at least one shred of lettuce or tomato on the item, as if some had just been pulled off the rack and been sloppily pulled apart. On top of that the food was just sad, gross, and cold. The chalupa also had decent amounts of lettuce and tomato despite my wishes. Disappointing, Taco Bell used to be a pretty decent place for cheap fast food that wasn’t burgers and fries.

Desired outcome: I wish that Taco Bell would better train their employees on how to cook the food and prepare orders for a customer. As well as making sure they are getting the correct items as ordered.

Taco Bell Unauthorized debit card charges

I got the taco pass.It was something like $10.83 after tax.When I tried to get my daily free taco,I was charged over $3.When I checked my account, I had $28 missing.The manager said he would comp the taco.

Also,I tried to use a reward for a taco yesterday.It wouldn't let me.It was supposed to expire today but it's gone.I hate Taco Bell.

Desired outcome: I want $17 back and my reward back for a free taco.

Taco Bell Drive Thru

With over 25 cars in line the Taco Bell on Wadell Road in surprise Arizona still not providing staff to support the customers in line. Multiple staff members on site but they are sweeping floors and cleaning bathrooms instead of simply carrying the orders to the customers who are waiting in line any other customers in line include delivery drivers who have been waiting for over half an hour for their orders which are clearly sitting ready to be delivered in the restaurant has to say unless the staff itself is also sleeping on the job inside. The situation is beyond unreasonable. It is quite frankly a slap in the face to all Taco Bell customers and his unacceptable and the corporate standpoint I would hope that once you are notified about the situation you do something to rectify it.

Desired outcome: Simply encourage stef to do their jobs and to help customers waiting in and now 30 car long line with their orders it’s not a lot to

Taco Bell Customer service and incorrect order

I went to the drive-thru at Store #026707, located in Windsor, CO on 2/7/2022 at 5:12;01PM. The order taker would not pay attention to my order at all, and kept asking me "what". I had to repeat 4 times that I wanted to order the Cantina deluxe crispy chicken box. I also ordered 2 of the $2 grilled chicken burritos. My ticket is #418. The name on my receipt for the order taker is AMILCAR. When I got to the drive thru window, the hispanic female that was handing out and accepting payments did not even say hello or anything. I handed her my debit card and she closed the window on me. She handed me my drink which I had ordered a diet Pepsi w/o ice and it came with extra ice, I didn't say anything as this store is always so slow and I was already upset!

When she handed me my order, she was very abrupt when handing it out, and when you have a box meal, those things are so flimsy and hard to handle anyway, I almost dropped my order. She kind of smirked about it!

When I got home I checked my order and saw that in the box meal there was something with steak on it. I called the store and whoever answered the phone and said he was the manager, thought he was a comedian or something. When I told him what I had and that my receipt said steak chalupa sup, he told me that it didn't matter because what I got and what I ordered were the same price anyway. I told him that I did not ask for the steak, I wanted to try the new crispy chicken tacos, and he didn't know what he could do about it anyway. I let him know that I was going to contact the corporate office today. He then told me that they didn't have it yet, that it might be in tomorrow. I told him that I wanted a credit and he told me I could come back tomorrow and he would give me he save a crispy chicken box for me. I don't want anything cold! I want it fresh! This is unacceptable and I want a refund!

Desired outcome: I want a refund and a response would be very much appreciated!

Taco Bell Mobile app need refund (it's been two weeks)

I placed a mobile order with a vanilla gift card and then went to taco bell to pick up my items on 1/16 (8-9pm). They did not have the product i ordered, they were out of beef.. they told me there was nothing they could do and to contact corporate. That was my last $25 to my name spent on taco bell that I didn't even receive. We went without dinner that night. I could not get ahold of corporate due to it being later in day. I called the next day the lady assured me id get an email and my refund within 3 days. It's been two weeks i never got an email and my card is still charged the $24. The customer service i received from a place i love so much was absolutely horrible... From the restaurant not caring one bit that i was without food for my family.. to the corporate office. Idk how you can run a business so badly, making so much money. They under pay their employees and their managers and area coaches. Clearly they don't even pay a living wage to their customer support either due to the quality of it. It makes me sad I love taco bell even after working for them for a year a while back. BUT I've never had to deal with corporate a day in my life so i truly understand how they get horrible customer service reviews.. I will never use the mobile app again. SO many other fast food places do a great job and take care of their customers. Taco bell falls extremely short in this category. I've reached out through Facebook Messenger trying to resolve this as well as filing a complaint on the website that go figure once i typed everything up which was a lot and put in all the information asked for.. it wouldn't even send it through. Waste of so much of my time and effort to get my money back for products i never received. Such a joke.

Desired outcome: My money back and to be compensated for my wasted time over this whole ordeal. Thank You

What is up with your management at this store? How can you support kids going to college if you will not follow your own rules? Joe has asked for availability for work hours. He has been made well aware of our son's work availability due to him still being in high school. The work availability was requested by your leadership only for them not to follow it...

Taco Bell all food items

The amount of the main ingredients of all their items is not sufficient. On a hard shell taco it is 2/3 taco shell and 1/3 condiments. But you see a commercial on tv and wow it sure looks good but it is not what you get not even close. I would think that is false advertising. About all the Taco Bells do the same. I have eaten at several locations across the country with the same results so I assume the employees are told to do so.

I will no longer eat at another Taco Bell or will my family or friends until there are big changes of how to provide people with a good product as they used to in the past.
