Subway rueben sub

Approximately 10 minutes ago I purchased a rueben sub located at 80th & kipling in arvada, colorado. The most pleasant description I can give is that it was absolutely horrible! It was a carry out to my home 5 minutes from this location, when I unwrapped the sub it was soaked (As in completely water logged) and dripping sauerkraut juice. The meat was undiscernible, unless it was supposed to be simulating rubber, the furtherest substance possible from corned beef. And I requested that it be toasted and the entire sub was cold. This is the second time that this particular location has failed to be even minimally satisfactory. I'm done with them... Never again!

Subway corn beef reuben

I purchased the foot long Reuben today. Bread was stale, one single layer of paper thin corn beef. Few slices of cheese. The russian dressing was some watery stuff in a squirt bottle. Saurkraut was slimy canned stuff.
Totally disappointing sandwich at $9.58 with tax. Horrible.
Don't know how to add to the 350 words thasy want for complaint. It is a sandwich...but a bad one

Russian? its suppose to be 1000 island, but its a great sub if its made right try some spicy mustard if you don't like 1000 island

Subway employee attitude and homeless issue

today(11/09/17 time 2.08a.m / location 2001 vanness ave.) i went to buy a sandwich on that location . there were lot of angry homeless people and they ask me money . on my refusal they about to attack me and subway employee suggest me to give them some money, anyway i left without buying anything . that's whole thing happening with the consent of that subway employee . please check with that employee .

Subway free cookie on tuesday

I took my kids out for dinner last night to Subway. We ordered three sandwiches with drinks and chips, no big deal.
Staff wasn't the best but we continued to the tables to seat and enjoy our meal which wasn't bad.
My daughter was looking at all the flyers around the inside of the store and spotted a sign that says " FREE COOKIE ON TUESDAYS - With any sandwich purchase." She got really excited as well as my son.
The way my 12 year old daughter read it was for each sandwich you buy you get cookies, I read the sign an thought the same thing, so I told my kids to ask the lady at the registered to get there cookies. I bought three sandwiches so I thought my kids would get the 3 cookies. Well not quite the lady told them that no, that it doesn't matter how many sandwiched I buy that its per transaction...
That's not what it says it clearly says that with any sandwich you get a cookie. If that was the case then the sign should say with "Free cookie per transaction/Client/Customer.
Yes I had money to pay for three cookies but that was not the case...

Subway should really change their flyers so that people don't get confused.

Subway service

I used to frequent the Subway located in Pelham AL in Town Center for dinner during the week. I am usually there around 515 pm. The staff is not very attentive and slow. It should not take 10 mins to make 2 sandwiches when we are the only ones in the store. The employees do not seem to care about the customers, usually are unkempt and do not know how to run the coupons codes that I receive via text messages. I have not seen a manager in there in a while, so there is no one to complain to. I enjoy the food from Subway but am not going to that location, which is the closest to me anymore. Since the other locations are not very convenient to my location, I will stop going to Subway for a while. This location has not always been like this, there used to be a manager in there in the evening and I believe that makes a difference.

Subway customer service

I went into subway with my four and six year old sons on 11-6-17 and immediately was treated like my sons and I were a burden. I told the owner what my youngest son wanted and he and another lady sighed at me and said, "oh my God". I was flabbergasted by the disrespect and unprofessional attitude infront of my children! Then the owner told me because my youngest only wanted meat and bread, that he was going to charge me extra. When I asked why, the lady yelled at me and said " because he's the owner, then told me to "[censor] off, get out". Not only were my children with me, but I go into that subway all the time and have lived in Manton for years. Its my husbands home town. I am absolutely FURIOUS with the way that I was treated! I will continue to complain about this business until something is resolved! People can not act that way, especially when there are minors present! I will also be filing a police report on this incident due to the hostile behavior in front of my children!

Subway behavior

I have had an ongoing problem with the Subway located at Chicago and Franklin in South Minneapolis. I love Subway and frequent restaurants throughout the area. This particular restaurant refused to allow me to use the restroom on several different occasions. About two months ago I stopped in for breakfast and was told by an employee named Maria they did not have a restroom. After this incident (and because of previous similar incidents) I complained to the manager who seemed to think it was humorous. Today I stopped in and again asked to use the restroom and was told I had to make a purchase first. I wanted to use the restroom and wash my hands before eating. On one occasion I was told I couldn't use the restroom even with a purchase while people who hang around in the area come in and out using the restroom frequently. Because of this I will not be eating at this location again unless the problem is corrected and I am notified via my email [protected]@yahoo.com. If nothing is done I will take stronger actions.

Is it a customer restroom or an employee restroom that requires a key? If it's the latter, they do have the right to deny you access to it for any reason. I'm not sure why you keep trying to use it knowing their history of denying you.

Subway "employee out of line"

Sunday 11/5/2017 at 7:00 pm eastern daylight saving time I entered Subway #51464 location #170 in Falls Church, VA 22042 to take advantage of a buy one get one free sub with the purchase of a 30 oz beverage. It was the last day of the promotion and had been previously listed and advertised as a trailer on the bottom of their receipts. Things did not go as planned.

Upon entering there were 3 employees (2 girls and 1 guy) engaged in conversation behind the counter and 3 customers were exiting. The 2 girls I've know from previous visits. The guy appeared to be new. I placed my order with the Indian girl telling her I wanted 2 breakfast subs with the promotion. Midway through the preparation she stopped passing the unfinished subs to the new guy to finish. She then got a broom and went out onto the floor to sweep.

The guy really had no idea what to do and seemed lost at his new job. That left the latino girl with glasses to finish up with mu subs. When I went to pay, I referenced the promotion and see quickly said that was last Friday 11/3/2017. That was true but the receipt stated the promo would run through Sunday 11/5/2017. She wanted to see the receipt. I did not have a receipt. She could have found another receipt left behind by a customer to verify my claim. She simple said "NO."

I would think that as an employee, they should know their own promos. I will say that this is not the first time I've had an issue at this store over promos. I've been visiting this location for several years and know the Sylvia the owner. It's not as though I expect any special favors, just follow the ads and promos. Had things ended at this point, I reluctantly would have purchased the 2 subs without the beverage and left. That didn't happen.

The latino with glasses said to me, "You seem to always have a problem when you come here. This happened with another girl." Then the Indian girl said she didn't hear me mention the promo when placing the order. It really took 3 people to prepare the food. Fortunately, the guy stayed out of the conversation. I said th the latino girl, what did you say? There was a noticeable hesitancy, realizing what she had said, she actually repeated herself. This time raising her voice and bringing the other 2 employees into the conversation for support. I told her to keep the subs and walked out. All the while she kept complaining to the other 2 employees about how I always give them trouble. Not a favorable story so far.

The "trouble" she referred to is my persistence to keep doing business at this location out of convenience in spite of rude and insulting comments from the staff. The food is fine. The atmosphere is what's lacking.

Yes, I know. It's had to find good help these days. There is no customer service anymore. Employees are, too, wrapped up in their "phone" and really don't have time to do the job they were hired for and being paid to do. As a customer you're just getting in their way. What an attitude, a sorry disposition if ever there was one.

Where things went seriously wrong was when the discussion shifted to an affront and verbal assault towards me, an unnecessary occurrence that can escalate. I'm neither demanding nor commanding respect.There's no place in a business setting to "call out a customer." This is bad business and detrimental. Nothing good can come from this. I can vote with my wallet and warn others to stay away.

For the record none of the 3 employees on hand Sunday 11/5/2017 at Subway store #51464 location #170 were wearing name identification. It would have simplified the manner in which I had to describe them.

Subway my sandwich

So I went in with a friend to the subway here in saint Louis. #56489-0 off of south Jefferson. The two employees working were speaking very vulgar and inappropriately to each other and talking about how the store is disgusting and the bathrooms are "full of piss and [censor]". The whole time the female worker was making our sandwiches she was flirting with the other worker and telling him to come help her as he was just leaning against the wall watching her. Upon receiving my sandwich, first bite in I was overwhelmed with the taste of onion. I am allergic to onion and that being said did not order any onions on my sandwich, my friend did. So it's clear they did not switch gloves between sandwiches or she used the same knife to close and cut my sandwich as my friends. When we came back to address the problem the female employee was sitting outside with her feet on the table on the phone and smoking a cigarette. When I told her my sandwich tasted of onions and I have an allergy she did nothing to help or fix the situation. So I have wasted 12$ on hives.

Subway service

On November 4th at around 7:30 p.m. I went to the Subway in Stokesdale, NC (off of Highway-158). First, the staff were rude. Two young men were sitting at a table and saw me walk in, but neither were in any rush to get up to serve me. I was the only customer in the store. Second, one of the young men was smoking an e-cigarette at the table closest to the door. Not only was it disgusting, but frankly, it was rude and inappropriate.
This is not the only time I have had trouble at this subway. Many times I have walked in to rude and slow service. One woman, I found, does not wear gloves when she is making the bread. Very disgusting. I think this needs to be addressed.

Legally employees are not required to wear gloves when preparing food. In regards to the e-cigarette though, you may want to try contacting the store manager with your complaint.

Subway chicken breast stinks and taste spoiled

I bought an chicken breast foot long sandwich from subway on Roosevelt/Clinic in chicago il.. I ate an few bites and noticed an funny taste and smell, withthin seconds i begin to gag which lead me to vomit.. I open up the sandwich and smell the meat and the meat smell rotten, spoiled, disgusting.. Why would they sell ppl spoil food?.. I will never eat from subway again.. I really hope i don't get sick or food poisoning or even worst.. I am six months pregnant and i pray that i will be ok...

Subway the store owner at 7317 40th st w, university place.

The store owner is awful. She doesn't care about her location. The store is filthy. There's leaks, and it's hazardous. Especially when employees work alone? What if someone was unconscious after they slipped? The store is just terrible, and the manager, Miranda, has TERRIBLE customer service and is extremely rude. Not to mention there's things going on with her and another employee... Real professional for a manager right? The store OWNER knows this and doesn't care.

Subway customer service

Hello, my name is Mariana Rodriguez.
Today (Nov.1st 2017) while visiting one of your locations (1722 Euclid Ave San Diego, CA 92105
United States) in the morning,
I got a long disgusting hair in my sandwich. I pulled it out of my mouth and i showed it to my mother, who was with me at the time. I calmly went back to the register, and finally a young man came out and I asked him to make me a new one, he went to the side and I could hear him whispering to the older woman, who had originally made my sandwich, about it. He never once said "sorry". He then proceeded to re make it, in a rush, and then just handed it to me without saying one word. The lady never came back out the back to apologize or nothing. I didn't cause a scene, I was nice about the whole thing, but it seems your employees don't know [censor] about customer service. Don't ask me for a receipt because my mother kept it, do your job and look it up on your cameras.

Subway discrimination

I has hired from my interview 10/30/17 and on 10/31/17 I was sent in to train 2 hours on and start working after that for 8 hours. I trained for about 2 hours and within a couple of minutes the lady training me told me it wasn't going to work out because I didn't speak Spanish... first of all i was mad i told her i could learn it and she still said no! If they wanted someone who was a fluent spanish speaker they should of put it on the list of requirements on the application! Even at my interview I didn't get asked if i spoke Spanish my trainer norma said she just assumed i spoke Spanish. So they told me to go home... This is just wrong. Dont go to subway in Oakland on E. 12th street. They treated me horrible

While they certainly shouldn't have assumed you could speak Spanish, California is an at-will employment state which means they can terminate you for any reason at any time. I assume they declined your offer to learn Spanish because learning a language takes some time and they probably needed someone fluent right away. Hopefully they do a better job with other applicants.

Subway customer service

I was at the Subway inside Walmart in Wilmington Ohio. One female employee was in the back screaming an crying that she couldn't take it there anymore. The other female employee left the customers in line to go back there, and you could hear her speaking loudly. Meanwhile the customers came and left. The second female walked out and left. It seems like there is a severe management issue here.

I have numbness in hands and fingers and was feeling my money to make sure it was one $20.00 bill .The lady with sores on her face got a ghetto attitude, verbally and stated she didn't have time for this.After which she stanch the money out of my hand and began to be rate me.I go to the this subway a lot because it is close to where I live but no more with people like her there.

Subway wraps and sandwiches prepared wrong

Tonight I had the misfortune of going to a local Subway at 13601 W McMillan Rd Boise, ID 83713. My order was completely awful the young men working in this location are not helpful or adequately trained. The order we placed was a 6 inch cold cut combo with american cheese lettuce and tomatoes, the bread was smashed instead of a cold cut received a BMT, 2 steak wraps the meat was placed at only one end of the wrap for some reason nothing like what I've gotten at many other subway locations. Very disappointed with this service and the food was the biggest disappointment.

Subway server at plano, tx 15th street store

Server at Plano, TX 15th Street store failed to place the jack cheese on after forgetting to toast. When I got the sub at home during the Dallas Cowboy game Sunday, my wife called to tell the Subway server about the missing cheese. She told my wife she had to prove it was missing by showing the sub. I had already started to eat it and did not want to interrupt the game on TV. I was astonished that we were told we must show the Sub to prove the cheese was missing. I will never buy from Subway again. My wife and I are in our 80's and felt totally disrespected by your employee.

I love to order on line however I noticed you guys are the only restaurant that won’t let me use coupons nor order and pay cash at pickup. Just a recommendation to improve customer service.
Please make changes if possible. Why send coupons in the mail if I can’t use them without paying in person? I hate that I can’t order online then pick up the subs, use the coupons, and pay cash. 5 footling subs 5 different ways would be nice to order ahead of time so they would be ready and I don’t have to wait. I was informed I am not allowed to place a take out on the phone either. People love convenience. Help!
