Sonic Drive-In review: The worst fast food experience

This was probably the worst fast food experience we have ever had. We waited in line for at least 45 minutes with about 6 cars in front of us. Our kids really wanted slushies, so we waited. Once we finally got to the window, the lady had so much food in her mouth she couldn't talk. Once she could talk, she mumbled the wrong order. We had to then tell her again about the order as she continued eating. My husband literally could not understand what she was saying. Unreal. We waited almost an hour for food and as we pulled up, she's eating and doesn't even know what we ordered? Not to mention that the chicken was cold and was definitely sitting for a while. I have no clue how this place is still running. Do not recommend wasting your time on this trash service.
