Sonic Drive-In review: The wait when using the app

I recently visited my local sonic last night, and I used my app before leaving my house to order a drink and a shake. When I arrived at the sonic in McAlester, Oklahoma, there were only three other vehicles besides mine. I have been sick over the Thanksgiving holiday and was still sick, and a little impatient however, I have never had to wait so long on a drink or a shake, unless it was packed. It took 32 minutes to receive my order even if there was only one person making drinks and one person, cooking food, and one car hop , there is no reasonable explanation for why I had to wait so long. I pushed the button to ask what was taking so long and nobody even replied to my call.
